Was not trying to propclimb into base

Had a somewhat reason to "Prop-climb" onto roof

Conslusion: You walked into his base for no reason and proceeded to attempt to taze him after watching him prop climb onto the roof of his base. You didn't say a word to him and watched him do it just to catch him in the act, without having any context to the situation at hand. You didn't actually have any rp reason to walk into his base, let alone attempt to taze him and

His reason for prop climing: Trying to fix his base. Next time he will notify a staff member in game before doing what he did.
