(Can be any length) What I have to offer to the GL community is a guy that can be that leading ro-model figure to the lower staff and higher ranked staff on this community. Why I think i deserve a staff rank on GL is because I'm active and dedicated to the community. Why I think i deserve a rank on GL is because I'm not power hungry and i'm always motivated to make a player way more happy than they already are. I can make this whole community unite and prosper and make more and more people donate simply by giving me a staff rank. Why I think i deserve a staff rank on GL is because I am very welcoming to any new player and I can rule with an iron fist when needed but can be a fun and good guy to talk to all around.How would you handle someone that is Mass RDMing and when you bring him/her to an admin sit all they do is curse at you? I would first make sure that when I bring them to the sit room when talk it out and if they curse I would tell them to stop and if they keep going i would gag them and simply make them type and then I would proceed to check the logs and see how many people they killed in that short period of time. I would then check damage logs, and advert to see if any of the kills where justified and if they weren't I would get a higher up to ban them for mass rdm.
