Around 3 years ago i made a gang called RED.BANDITS if you were a part of this gang plz let me know. There was an admin at the time named Vulkan or something similar to that. Keep in mind during this time there was no gang forums. the way I would get people to join the gang was to set up desk around the map recruiting people. Zeeptin you once spoke to me in game during this time.

How would you handle someone that is Mass RDMing and when you bring him/her to an admin sit all they do is curse at you? i would first jail and mute them and explain the situation and give them a chance to comply with our rules and such. if they continue to cure ill kick/ban them for a day depending on how harsh they are. (Can be any length) What I have to offer to the GL community is a guy that can be that leading ro-model figure to the lower staff and higher ranked staff on this community. Why I think i deserve a staff rank on GL is because I'm active and dedicated to the community. Why I think i deserve a rank on GL is because I'm not power hungry and i'm always motivated to make a player way more happy than they already are. I can make this whole community unite and prosper and make more and more people donate simply by giving me a staff rank. Why I think i deserve a staff rank on GL is because I am very welcoming to any new player and I can rule with an iron fist when needed but can be a fun and good guy to talk to all around. I would first make sure that when I bring them to the sit room when talk it out and if they curse I would tell them to stop and if they keep going i would gag them and simply make them type and then I would proceed to check the logs and see how many people they killed in that short period of time. I would then check damage logs, and advert to see if any of the kills where justified and if they weren't I would get a higher up to ban them for mass rdm.
