EST (Ontario, Canada)Why would you want to join our Forum Diplomat team? Despite it being a minor role, I still want to be able to assist in making the forums a friendly place. I want to be able to expand on my moderation, and help on assisting the forums. I want to be able to learn from more experienced people on how to diplomat, and overall help make the forums a safe and fun place to share ideas!Would you consider yourself to have good judgement? If so, how?I am a semi-laid back person who would ensure that everything is running smooth. I would limit how strict I am. If someone is breaking the rules, I would ensure I verbally warn them and perhaps try to see it through their side. Overall, my maturity and overall dedication also assists my judgment.How would you deal with a situation where a user is spamming the shoutbox due to getting banned from one of our servers?I would first verbally warn the player, and try to calm them down. I would delete the spammers posts and PM him or teamspeak him and try to understand his reasoning. I would mentally note the spammer, so future offenses would result in harsher punishment.
