  1. 1. What is your IGN? (In Game Name) : SF GC TDFB SV Priest King 2. What Regiment are you applying for? Imperial Starfighters 3. Why do you want to be a commander of this branch? I would like to be commander of this battalion for many reasons. The Starfighter Corps is the only battalion I am a part of. Therefore, all my time on the server is purely dedicated to SF. I am in school and have been dealing with a lot of real-life stuff so admittedly my recent activity isn’t perfect but once my school is over I’ll have more time to play. I’ve been in every battalion aside from Royal Guard, Imperial Commandos, and Inquisitorius and SF is the only battalion I have thoroughly enjoyed. My goal as a Vice Marshall would be to improve it in as many ways as possible so that everyone within will have a fun experience. I believe that I have a good reputation in SF and am able to lead well. To back this up, I was solely entrusted to lead the new Tie Defender Program by previous SF Senior Marshall Deaky. 4. How much game time do you have on the server? 1 almost 2 weeks. 5. What is the Main Purpose of a commander for a branch? The main purpose of a Commander in a battalion is to keep everyone in the battalion working together. Commanders are expected to be able to answer most if not all questions that are asked if it gets to them from COC. Commanders are also needed to supervise officers and guide them what to do as an officer. Commanders are a necessary rank in any sort of battalion just due purely to the necessity of someone able to communicate with high command and able to be trusted by their subordinates. 6. Why should we trust you to be a commander? : I believe I should be trusted as commander as I’ve been in SF for almost 4 months and learned the ins and outs of how the battalion works. In SF I have done many things that I believe separates me from others, such as the aforementioned Tie Defender Program, forming the new training documents for Cobra Squad at the rank of Cobra Squad Captain and assisting SF command with many things in the past and lately. Additionally, I feel that I am a relatively available person that is able to solve most problems with ease. 7. How often can you be Online? : I am able to be on most days for 3-7 hours and am trying to improve my activity overall. [Saturday-Sunday: 12:00 PM EST - 5:00 EST PM] [Monday-Friday 5:00 PM EST - 9:30 PM EST] My school finals are all next week and for the past 2 weeks I have been studying for them. Afterward, I can dedicate a lot of time to the battalion. 8. Do you have any Warnings? (What for?) 2 Both are for Sit Abuse and are both for the same thing at the same time when I joined the server.
  2. 1. What is your IGN? (In Game Name) : Nacho 2. What Regiment are you applying for? Imperial Starfighter Corps 3. Why do you want to be a Vice Marshal of this branch? I would like to be Vice Marshal of Starfighters to give those new to the battalion the same great experience I had when I first joined. When I first joined the Starfighters, I was captivated by how great the leadership was. To keep that many players involved, entertained, and well disciplined was very impressive to see. I knew immediately this was the battalion for me. I tried my hardest to reach NCO, then hosted over forty tryouts until I became an officer and was even rewarded with the rank of Assistant Head Training Officer (AHTO). If I were to be implemented as Vice Marshall I would make it my mission to give current and new members of SF an even better experience than I had, If possible. 4. How much game time do you have on the server? I have two weeks in-game on the server. I joined SF on my second day on the server and have been active almost every day since then. I have both TeamSpeak and Discord on my phone so I can be involved most hours of the day. 5. What is the Main Purpose of a Commander for a branch? The roles that a Commander must carry out are vast. This is something I am well aware of. A few examples of important roles include, but are not limited to, being the pinnacle of a good role model to your peers, being active and available to assist those in need, constantly finding room for improvement, instilling an enjoyable, orderly environment for battalion members, keeping documents, rosters, and members up to date, and overseeing the officer’s duties and activities. The main purpose of a Commander, in my opinion, is to inspire battalion members to be the best version of themselves possible with their leadership ability. By accomplishing the previously stated roles, influencing members to do good will assuredly come naturally. 6. Why should we trust you to be a commander? : I believe I can be trusted as Vice Marshal seeing as I’ve been dedicated to the battalion and serious since day one. Ask anyone in the Starfighter Corps and I’m confident they will agree with this statement. I’ve always taken my roles and responsibilities seriously and tried my best to establish myself as an outstanding model for others. As an Assistant Head Training Officer (AHTO), I’ve supervised countless tryouts to ensure that the quality of our tryouts are nothing less than superb, and that everyone has an equal opportunity to enlist. As the current Cobra Squadron Vice Lead, I’ve personally evaluated the skills and ability of each member individually numerous times and have always made sure to be inclusive and let everyone have a chance to participate in missions and have a fun experience, even if that required me to literally take the backseat. I always try to put others before myself and lead by example. 7.How often can you be Online? : Depending on the week I can be on 5+ hours everyday. 8. Do you have any Warnings? (What for?) : To my knowledge, I have no warns.
  3. What is your IGN? (In-Game-Name) Manjini What Regiment are you applying for? The Imperial Starfighter corps Why do you want to be a commander of this branch? First, I want to prove to someone that I know that I can go further in the rank of SF. I also want to be the starfighter vice-marshal to help the battalion that let me in with open hands. I think as I started in SF welcomed me with open hands, and in a way, I feel like I have to bring all my power also to help people think the course of the battalion as I am, as someone said, "if you feel you are ready for something to do it"-a good person from SF. So in a way, I want to prove to people what I can do for this battalion and help as much as I can around the Starfighter community. And last but not least, I want to become the vice marshal of SF because I was to prove to everyone that the old Manjini is gone. And the new one that has been hardworking and tried his best for this battalion is going to new unreachable heights that people told me I could not make. How much game time do you have on the server? I have over all on the server around 4 weeks. What is the Main Purpose of a Vice-commander for a branch Well the first thing is to help the marshal as much as possible either it be with documents, roster updates, over all doing what the marshal needs help with. Then we also have to watch over the Star fighter community. and over all helping the battalion grow stronger and stronger. Then we also have to look over are Squadron (pretty much specialties) like Cobra, Sentry, Gladius, this battalions are one of the biggest and very important things you can do as a vice marshal for SF because its little branches you have to look over. Then you also have to work with High command to try to help them in any way they will need your help. And the most important thing I think that a vice marshal should do is make there battalion better and more efficient. Why should we trust you with this position. Well, you should trust me with this position firstly because people in SF had told me from when I started as an SF to when I ended. I have changed from when I began to the position I'm not right now in a good way about how I act and how much help I have gotten to people. I also right now have a prominent leadership position as a squadron lead for Gladius. You should also trust me with the time and work, and time I have put into the Starfighter community. Then also but not least, I also have had no problems with people in the Starfighter community. How often can you be online? I can be online in the week from the time shown below Monday <4PM-12 PM EST> 8 Hours Tuesday <4PM-12 PM EST> 8 Hours Wednesday <4PM-12 PM EST> 8 Hours Thursday <4PM-12 PM EST> 8 Hours Friday <1PM-3 AM EST> 14 hours Saturday <1PM-3 AM EST> 14 hours Sunday <1PM-12 PM EST> 12 hours AVG=8 hours a week Overall= 72 hours. I want to help the current command members, where I can. I have been as active as I can and wish to improve activity , and I wish to help do sims, tryouts, and help with the roster update. I wish to take everyone’s suggestions into consideration, and make everyone feel included. I wish to make SF a better community, and overall a fun regiment for everyone who wants to give it a try. I wish to help the newer people of the community, and help them learn, and do more on the server. I wish to help the best I can, whether that is tryouts, trainings, sims, or docs/roster. I have been active to the best of my ability, and wish to be able to help more than I can now. I wish to help enlisted and NCO’s, feel more comfortable, and able to speak up and voice their ideas. As everyone's opinion matters. I wish to help NCO’s with their questions, help with their first sims, and make everyone have more fun. I wish to bond more with our brother battalion naval, and do more passive rp to happen. I wish to bond more with every battalion, with passive rp, and sims/trainings. I try to never let anyones opinion go to waste, and always make sure everyone feels like their idea gets taken into account. I have been HTO for sometime now, and a VL, and Lead. I have learned how to adapt to changes and help everyone in the process. As of now the command is stressed and I wish to do more then I can now. 4. How much game time do you have on the server? 6 weeks 5. What is the Main Purpose of a commander for a branch? A commander is there to help everyone's time in the regiment. A commander is responsible to keep the documents up to date, and keep the roster up to date. They are meant to help their branch in any way possible. Help enlisted feel welcomed, and know what to do. They are there to help NCO’s do their first sim’s, and tryouts. Also to make sure their officers are doing their duty as they should be. They need to make sure their branch is running smoothly, and CoC is being followed. To make sure the right punishments are handed out when need be. They are there to make decisions for their branch, and take suggestions from everyone who has one. Bring things up with other command members of their regiment. They need to make sure that all of command are on the same page. If there is a problem or a suggestion, they need to make sure to work with everyone, and not jump to conclusions. As the commander is the last goto in their branch. 6. Why should we trust you to be a commander? : I have been playing on this server for over about a year, I have been active, and tried my best to help where I can. I’ve been a shock MAJ, and am now a starfighter Wingcommander/COL. I am also a senior moderator for gaminglight. I do believe I was somewhat a minge, but I have tried to improve, and put that in the past as I wish to continue being able to lead, and help. Over time I have learned what to do, and what not to do. I wish to help anyone as much as I can, as I have been a AHTO since the beginning of NCO, I learned a lot, and did more than officers at NCO. I was also a Vice Lead at the beginning of officer, I climbed up, and earned some respect. I wish to treat everyone how I would like to be treated. As of now I am now a lead, and the HTO. 7. How often can you be Online? : After school, and whenever I'm free. 8. Do you have any Warnings? (What for?) : N/A
  5. 1. What is your IGN? (In Game Name) : Yogurt 2. What Regiment are you applying for? Starfighter 3.Why do you want to be a commander of this branch? I would like to be Vice Commander so that I can help SF in many ways . I'm really active and feel I could use that activity to help SF in tons of ways. Some ways would be to keep documents and roster updated constantly, and work with other Vice Marshal+ to make decisions and recommend promotions . I've been in SF for a long time now and it has not just changed me as a player, it changed who I am as a person. All I want for SF is greatness and I think I could take the next step to help that happen with Vice Marshal. I have a lot of great Ideas and I would love the opportunity to share some of these ideas as a VM. 4. How much game time do you have on the server? 3 weeks. I first joined SF on 2/23/2021. 5. What is the Main Purpose of a commander for a branch? The main purpose of being a Commander is to keep a battalion active and running well. As a commander you should be making an effort to have a good relationship with all members and having a good reputation overall. Another purpose of a commander is to work hard to keep the battalion operations running smooth. Keeping battalion tryout documents up to date would be an example. Watching over the officers to make sure they’re doing what they need to is another. 6. 6. 1. What is your IGN? (In Game Name) : SF GC TDFB SV Priest King 2. What Regiment are you applying for?: Imperial StarFighters. 3. Why do you want to be a commander of this branch?: I want to become Vice Marshall because SF is the only battalion that I have really enjoyed and been welcomed into and want to better the battalion and improve on what past Marshals have done for this battalion. That being said I personally feel that I have a good sense of right and wrong and am able to lead other members of SF successfully. I am also well versed in how things on the server work and am able to help with peoples problems on the server. As well I feel that I am well respected and liked in SF and am able to assist others with their problems without needing others to be punished. 4. How much game time do you have on the server?: 2 Weeks. 5. What is the Main Purpose of a commander for a branch?: The main purpose of having a commander in branch is to have someone that is able to improve everyone's experience in the battalion and the battalion itself. A commander is the one responsible for resolving issues within their battalion and keeping roster and documents up to date and easy to read. Furthermore, they are the ones that members ask about issues and personal disputes that they don't know how to resolve on their own and don't want to ruin their relationship with others in the battalion. Vice Marshalls are the ones that oversee Officers and NCO's and how they are doing with their duties. 6. Why should we trust you to be a commander? : I feel that I should be trusted as Vice Marshall due to a few reasons that I think many others will agree with. In SF I have been trusted with many things such as the Tie Defender Program and being Vice Lead of Cobra Squadron. With being Vice Marshall I will be capable of helping my battalion in ways that I cant do as a GC. 7. How often can you be Online? : Now that I have fixed many of the issues with Steam and Garry's Mod I am able to be on every day for 4-7 hours. 8. Do you have any Warnings? Additional note: Due to having issues with Steam I have been inactive for the past month and am not scared about questions about my activity so if you have any questions just message me on discord and I will gladly answer them. https://www.battlemetrics.com/players/981369533 To anyone that is asking about activity please read the notes.
  7. 1.} What is your IGN? (In Game Name) SF WCMDR CSL AHTO ROSA 1267 2.} What Regiment are you applying for? STARFIGHTER CORPS 3.} Why do you want to be a commander of this branch? The main reason why I would love to be vice Marshall is to help everyone to gain connections with other battalions! Then also strengthen the bonds of starfighters even though we are in the same regiment, I believe this is the most important to make a priority to have a connection to the people we play the game with! I am also willing to help squadron leads with activity also if they need help with the SOP’s to make them more improved or to make it look stronger I will gladly do so!! Also we have tried solving the minging problem with SF with NCOs and Officers and it's going well already, but if it needs more improvement I will gladly help make that less of an issue! Tryouts are already boosting, but I help make it stay as high as it is now to have more people join in!!! 4.} How much game time do you have on the server? I have 7 weeks on the server and I joined the server on 09/05/2020 I joined SF on 9/25/2020 5.} What is the main Purpose of a commander for a branch? The purpose of being a commander or vice commander for any regiment is to be there of its members to help support them when needed or even when not needed, you never really expect the outcome of anything unless you are there to understand with those around you. A commander or vice commander is supposed to strengthen the bonds of everyone and the troops as well!! Although command is really supposed to keep on officers it's more important to keep an eye on the whole regiment as a whole unit and don't just keep an eye out on just one group!! A commander is supposed to be the glue of a regiment and help support then also organize a branch, without this glue a branch can fall apart and break into pieces. Being a role model is important too because if you are a terrible role model the people under you will see you as unfit to lead and that can cause issues with people you need to be close with. A commander is also meant to help those who want it and need it to improve on skills like combat, or for instance for SF with flying which is very important when it comes to starfighters!! 6.} Why should we trust you to be a commander? Although I may not have any experience with being a commander and only managing the little bits of SF, I am willing to take a step forward and handle things that need to get done or anything that just needs to be overseen. I feel like the officers along with NCOs in SF feel comfortable with me trying to step up and take that bigger step to make Starfighters a whole unit like a family. I will also make sure that SF can be the most interactive battalion with other regiments, like I said in the beginning, having connections with other people makes a group or battalion strong. Not to mention also makes everyone not feel alone and feel like it's fun to be with others. Therefore this also goes along with it encouraging passive RP with other branches!!! I will also increase more sims in battalion and out battalion also when I'm not in game, I will constantly fix/update roster so we can have a clear view of those who are active and those who are not, then when it comes to documents I can touch them up or update them more when other members of SF feel it's necessary. Another thing I would make my priority is to find things to do when we can’t fly, which has been a lot. I've already got some things for them to do like to switch to ground armor and protect SHB or check ID’s for people coming into SHB for passive RP!! I will also encourage officers and NCOs to be on the forms more!! 7.} How often can you be Online I can be online everyday for at least 5-10 hours and hop on whenever anyone needs me if I am home or free 8.} Do you have any Warnings? (What for?) I have one warning on Imperial RP for RDM back in September 2020 I believe THANK YOU FOR TAKING THE TIME TO READ MY APP!!!
  8. 1. What is your IGN? (In Game Name) : SF GC SRC SV Seaman 1995 2. What Regiment are you applying for? Starfighters 3. Why do you want to be a commander of this branch? I would like to be a vice-commander (Vice Marshal) because of how much I have really grown in this battalion and how much it has changed me as a person in game. As a Vice Marshal I would do my absolute best to make sure SF is striving as a whole. One thing I'd push for more of is higher activity within the squadrons (Gladius, Sentry, and Cobra). Seeing these more active will benefit SF in 2 ways; tightening the bonds between SF members and having other battalions of the ISD be more aware of them. This can really apply to all 3 squadrons as they CAN have interactions and greater relationships with other battalions and can be achieved with passive RP, sims and even small things such as binds. This serves as my ultimate goal, being able to see SF be successful! I’d also like to mitigate the issue SF can run into in during moments of high player count on the server; there are many things to do but it's not something that is entirely taught or shown how to handle. I believe there are many things that can be done to help with moments of “boredom” with SF which causes members to leave as they may believe they do not get what they tried-out for. 4. How much game time do you have on the server? I have 312 hours played on the server, which is just under 2 weeks. I typically play anywhere from 4-10 hours a day but can be reached at any time. I initially joined this server on February 5th and within an hour joined SF. With no 2nd life all my time and dedication has been put into SF. 5. What is the Main Purpose of a commander for a branch? The main purpose of a commander for a branch is for their dependency and consistency of reinforcing and rewarding positive and correct behavior. As long as this main purpose is reached there should be no issues throughout the branch both as a whole and through the numerous relationships between it’s members. Commanders should act as the best role model to their subordinates in order to maximize effectiveness. Being a great role model includes but is not limited to reactions, manners, listening, training and execution and creation of orders both in and out of branch specialties. All of these can easily and commonly be reached by typical battalion action such as events, sims, tryouts, passive RP and patrols. Commanders in any branch should be showing these traits but also be reminding and enforcing the same attitude and ideology on fellow officers and all within the battalion. 6. Why should we trust you to be a commander? : I should be trusted as Vice-Marshal because I have always been sticking by the book since day one. Everything I do and have done has been extremely precise and well thought out. Doing so allows me to be one step ahead of everyone else that I am against (rebel scum) and those I happily work with. I would say that this is most visibly seen in the SF tryout log. Within there I have done a lot of work for the battalion and its members by working hard to recruit new members and have pushed the NCOs and high ranking enlisting who are working on becoming NCOs become successful. I work to prioritize my SF by being both tough yet appreciative of their actions as I do realize some of the stuff needing to be done can be intimidating or an occasional pain in the butt. Regardless of any situation I’m placed in I have always been rooting for all members within Gaminglight Imperial RP and been offering my help (even to those outside of the SF battalion and to those who are above me in rank). I’d also like to say that being a Centurion in the Sentry squadron has given me a second sense of responsibility so this can give me an edge in terms of readiness. -side note- I've seen the work that a lot of people put into this community and I've appreciated that - a lot. At first I didn't really pay attention to it but as I played more I realized the passion that a lot of people have so what better way to give thanks is to become that myself and give back or make the experience someone gave me to someone else. 7. How often can you be Online? : I can be online nearly everyday for several hours typically between 10am-6pm EST. Although I may not always be online IN GAME, my notifications on discord are on and DMs are always open to help both game-related and non game-related issues and scenarios to anyone. 8. Do you have any Warnings? (What for?) : No warnings at all. -Thank you for taking the time to read and consider my application, Seaman
  9. 1. What is your IGN? (In Game Name) : SF WCMDR Matrix 1307 2. What Regiment are you applying for? Starfighter Pilot Corps. 3. Why do you want to be a commander of this branch? well i could say, i am back in game, and i miss old Battalion so i want to apply Vice Marshal to help out SF/Naval, i been gone really long time, but this time i am back, i have been changed allot, last time what happend to SF i was sad disspointed why i left, but there is reason i want to come back, not many other poeple knows me, but old poeple do know me, time to get things right, also many been change from Squadrons and Ranking System, reason why i do want to be a Commander of this Branch is to help out other poeple, teach them how to fly a ship and get better, follow orders and act like SGT or Officer Or high command and be Serious on rp. 4. 10. 1. What is your IGN? (In Game Name) : Sully 2. What Regiment are you applying for? Starfighter Corps 3. Why do you want to be a commander of this branch? I would like to become Vice Marshall of this branch due to Marshall Blunt recently leaving, I believe we will need a Vice Marshall otherwise the regiment will die out extremely fast. Another reason I would like to become Vice Marshall is because Marshall Blunt trusted me with future projects and designs that we would discuss. I would act as Blunt's advisor and I believe he would entrust me to lead the Starfighter Corps regiment. I also believe I can have more control over the documents of SF I would like to review and go over with the other officers in the Starfighter Corps regiment, I feel if we were more of an updated battalion we would become more active and help the Gaminglight Community as a whole. 4. How much game time do you have on the server? I have 6 weeks in game, last time I checked I was on the top 15 for playing time on Gaminglight ImperialRP. 5. What is the Main Purpose of a commander for a branch? The main purpose of a Vice Marshall in SF is to be able to take control, as well as have a great Officer Core which I believe the Starfighter Corps already has, making us in a great position for a good future for the Starfighter Corps. 6. Why should we trust you to be a commander? : You should trust me as a Vice Marshall due to my prior Shock Commander role, as I created the most active Shock Regiment ever seen on the server in the recent year, which I will do again with SF. You should also trust me as a Vice Marshall due to me updating the tryout guide as the Head Training Officer. I also helped with the idea of the Tactical Intelligence Division which was denied, but can prove my loyalty into the Starfighter Corps. Another of the many reasons you should trust me as Vice Marshall is because of my loyalty to the server, shown as my good amount of playing time without being on the game at all times. 7. How often can you be Online? : I am online everyday for 2-3 hours, mostly all my time is poured onto Starfighter Corps, as in my small time (1.5 months) as an SF member, I have recruited 15 people into the Starfighter Corps as well as my 21 tryouts in total. 8. Do you have any Warnings? (What for?) : I have three warnings, two from around a year ago as well as one from recent events, which I was going to appeal but ran into an issue with my recording software.
  11. 1. What is your IGN? (In Game Name) : Emily 2. What Regiment are you applying for?: Starfighter 3. Why do you want to be a commander of this branch?: Whenever the subject of Starfighter comes up it’s always something Negative in my opinion and the usual thing I hear is “They’re mingey.”, “Inactive.” or something negative that has happened in the past. My experience as a FL, SFL, and MP has shown me that not many branches or people respect SF because of the past and it’s understandable. Now, I am not saying that SF are all negative because my experience has shown me that they’re actually very kind and respectful. I wanna be a Vice Marshal so I can change the branch beside VM Blunt. I plan to do this regardless however I plan to host more training, have others do tryouts, or simply encourage activity. One of the main reasons I wanna become Vice Marshal is to lead SF into a respected path alongside VM Blunt. These are more passive reasons but these reasons are also important. I wanna lead SF by having them do more tryouts, encouraging promotions and doing promotions (Hopefully NCO) and teaching SF how to maintain flight and increase skill in airspace formations as well. 4. How much game time do you have on the server?: I have 2 weeks. 5. What is the Main Purpose of a commander for a branch?: The main purpose of a Vice Marshal is to lead and manage the Starfighter battalion. How can he do this? There’s hundreds of things that a Vice Marshal can do while in this type of position. I will be naming a hundred. If you read the entire thing, I love you. If you don’t, hopefully skimming this is good. Is this overdoing? Yes but It was late and I was bored so I figured I’d show how much this means to me. 1: Encourage activity by doing @’s and also speaking to NCO’s to encourage tryouts and activity through discord. 2: Training with SF by having increasing skill in flying and shooting. 3: Simple ground training by doing formations, faces and target practice. 4: Trigger discipline and simulation practice. 5: Game night, showing your troopers that strictness isn’t all that a Vice Marshal can do and having fun is an important thing too. 6: Patrolling the ISD and doing correct formations while patrolling. Double column or Single Columns. 7: Explaining a Tie Fighter and Tie Interceptor by showing what parts are which and what Tie parts are on each vehicle. 8: Testing SF on their knowledge of both ties then informing them of Ties. 9: Passively roleplaying by fixing Tie’s or parts that fit on a tie. 10: Breaching training. This is important in case SF cannot fly and need to join troopers on the field. 11: SF PVP by having teams set up and having them vs each other with Tie Fighters. 12: A Simulation where SF will fight droid ships made from Imperials that assist in training. 13: Dismantling enemy ships from previous battles. 14: Having SF do a supply pick up from the DS01 and passively roleplaying on refilling ships and supplies. 15: Teaching SF how to be respectful and kind by saluting, and also respectfully not interrupting tryouts. 16: Teach NCO’s correct training to keep SF organized and also well taught. 17: Practice with advanced Flyers to increase skill and others (Have a simulation with other branches such as IF, or DT’s that can fly.) 18: Search through SOP and update things accordingly and more easily to encourage troopers to read through the SOP more often and also give themselves knowledge. 19: Have bunk inspections with SF and weapon inspections as well. 20: Have a Tie Fighter or Interceptor inspection and inspecting weapons, thrusters, targeting systems and more.. 21: Actively updating roster and checking enlisted to see when the last promotion was. 22: This is mean but it’s also good to remove inactive people based on last promotion and last login. 23: Enjoy the good times. Hang out with your branch and have a good time while also making sure they stay active. 24: Stay active on forums and also maybe take some good screenshots of moments from SF. 25: Speak to old Marshals and Vice Marshals and get some advice on certain things. 26: Look into branch problems and work on possible updates for things. 27: Encourage conversations with other branches to show respect. 28: Assist all members of SF on controls and inform them on the sneaky ones that are hard to spot or learn. 29: Preparing meeting notes and doing meetings with NCO and Enlisted. 30: Passive roleplay combat. This is never used however it’s good to understand a good feel to CQC Hand to hand combat. 31: Do small exams with SF on random times to test knowledge. No punishments if they’re wrong. 32: Have an Advanced Dupe Simulation by having them follow certain dupes in the correct formation then executing without the dupe. 33: Have SF go to Medbay and get standard check ups. 34: Managing LOA’s, Activity, and Inactivity. 35: Adjust and edit the training documents to make it more organized and updated. 36: Adjust the SOP Ranking structure. In individual rankings. This could make the SOP longer however the sections or headings on the left will make it easier to switch between all sections. 37: Do giveaways with more tryouts or other. 38: Physical training such as running laps, grammar jacks, or other. 39: Begin setting up squads during events so SF remains together. 40: Make Advanced Dupes for training like Kill houses, flight simulations, and obstacles. 41: Make a race track using Tie Fighters and allow SF to have some fun and race each other with it. 42: Take active screenshots of certain Tie Positions and SF! Photos are what make memories last. 43: Add new things within the formations such as Bomb run Wedge or Double Column. 44: Bring all the SF to Cantina and have a little moment to relax and have lunch. 45: Begin having SF guard places and assisting other branches. 46: Encourage the event team to begin giving us small goals or other to increase activity in SF. These small things could be transporting, investigation, or EVACing civilians out of danger zones. 47: Hosting single player training to fly on separate maps and also practice combat. 48: Have passive things to do such as scavenge old ships or other throughout the Galaxy. 49: Explain to NCO’s to try and be friendly or over friendly to new SF. 50: Introduce a new thing to SF called Pilot of the week. If you’re pilot of the week, then you’d be seen as a Superior ranking to whatever rank you are such as FC, FL, or other. 51: Actively do NCO+ meetings about problems within SF to encourage fixing them as a branch. 52: Introduce Flight medals to SF which can be earned with superior flying or other. 53: Create a physical training dupe and have them run a course. 54: Setting up scheduled training or other that can boost activity and numbers during training. 55: Practice respectful saluting and test them on rankings for Naval. Inform them of rankings as well. 56: Possible joint training with other battalions that are allowed to fly such as Lords, Navy or possible others depending on rank and specialty. 57: Possible set up a movie or video night where SF can get together and just watch some movies or you tube videos. 58: A flying training where small targets such as props, maybe balloons or other are set up and shot by SF. 59: Activity supporting or minus supporting posts on the forums like, applications, or suggestions. 60: Introduce a new game mode for training where SF, IF, DT, IQ or other can participate where it’s Aerial Conquest and what this means it points need to be captured. A GM will have to keep track or other however it’s an interesting game mode. 61: Make Squadrons more active or other. Have more be recruited or selected. 62: A training that’s full thrusters through an asteroid field in a single column or other formation. 63: Specific training for squadrons that go to advanced environments and timed transports, attacks or other. 64: Encourage more specific tasks for each squadron, communicate with the Navy more to encourage tasking them. 65: Encourage passive role play before every take off by checking Ion cannons, targeting and thrusters. 66: Begin doing NCO Interviews every 2 weeks or other depending on how many NCO’s are here. 67: Encourage more use of communications in Team-speak and inform others to inform SF to be in TS. 68: Check on inactive SF to see if they’re still interested in SF or not. 69: Do standard check ups on Discord to make sure everyone in SF is in the discord as well. 70: Begin doing flight patrols and airspace patrols during events or out of events. 71: Show SF how to properly take off and inform them of all controls. 72: Possible change weapons or try to do active updates. 73: make training docs for NCO’s to use for inspiration or other. 74: Update SF bunks or something more SF like or even have a contest of SF making things in single player. 75: Host contests that cold win rewards. The contests could be dog fighting, ground fighting or other. 76: Add a new training to Ground Armor that can be trained for any rank. Obviously, very small training but it could make Ground Armor more trained. 77: Adjust some things that Squadrons can do for Magma, Onyx and Cobra. Add new things they can do with that position. 78: Possibly revamp armor skins for SF that could match specific squadrons. 79: Make use of the Tie movers and begin setting up more Passive RP. 80: Use the tie bays more often and set up Tie fighters for combat drops. 81: Have a training of combat drops where Tie Fighters or others take off together in formation. 82: Teaching better communication when taking down another ship by saying “X-wing down” or “A-wing down.” 83: Teach newbies or other how to correctly spawn vehicles even though I still mess up. 84: Often try to recommend or support other branch changes. 85: Be a role model to every trooper you can. Being a role model is important for future troopers. 86: Communicate with other Commanders or Command to see if they’re in need of assistance in anything. It’s always good to pay attention to other branches and command. 87: Show dedication to their branch by being active, speaking to members and actively speaking in discord to other SF members. 88: Negotiate possible usage of Probe droids. This could help in scouting when no scout units are on. 89: Possible attempt to add drones or something along those lines. It’s most likely not gonna happen however it’s an idea. 90: Begin proper formation use when entering Debrief, MHB or other places when troopers are called. 91: Better sportsmanship when watching another SF or having yourself take out a Rebel. Basically some “Wooo!” or “Yeah!! Take that!” type of stuff. Like the movies Obviously not loudly but an idea. 92: Host simulations where SF vs each other with certain weapons. 93: Host simulations where SF can vs each other with fun weapons and have a good time. 94: Encourage more talk in Team-speak when not on duty just to keep TS active. 95: Encourage SF to learn about enemy ships to find weak points or other. 96: Standardly have SF check on their ship or other. 97: Do a training on parking Tie Fighters inside the Tie bays. 98: Encourage SF to suggest changes or other to the branch for better activity. 99: Inform NCOs of this list and give them ideas on how to be a good NCO or what we expect. 100: Always show SF that you respect them and you cherish the moments you have with them. Being a Marshal or other is always about respecting your Men and Woman. 6. Why should we trust you to be a commander? : This isn’t the very first experience I’ve had with leading a branch. On Gamling Light SCP, I used to be a Colonel which was considering a High Command and lead the MTF Branch by the name of Nu-7. This isn't the first High Command position I’ve had however it’s a good example of experience I’ve had through the years of roleplay that I’ve done. Another reason to trust me is on my maturity and age, this isn't a huge thing but maturity means knowledge and knowledge is a top key to leading troopers as well. Dedication is another reason to trust SF in my hands and I think I showed good dedication with the 100 reasons. 7. How often can you be Online? : I am on everyday however sometimes I’m not on SF all day however my activity is going to change as I am trying to focus a little more on SF. I’m not inactive in SF however I also don’t have perfect activity.. This is going to change regardless if I get accepted or denied anyways. 8. Do you have any Warnings? (What for?) : One single warning when I first touched Gaming Light on SCP. I believe I was warned from killing another D-class for calling me stupid and I believe i said “No your stupid and a nerd! And I beat up nerds!” and I beat him up with my fist. Something like that if I’m correct.. Thanks for reading! No matter what if I'm accepted or denied, I'm very proud of this application. I put a lot of work into it and I hope you enjoy reading it.
