Biological SCP’s is really where I started my career studying scp-049 / scp-049 - 2 as well as scp-610 in my later years within the foundation, I have come to really enjoy studying as well as logging these as they've always been very very unpredictable and very very interesting in that of just there overall behavior and demeanor when being tested on, now as an experienced researcher I seek to study extensively the biological effects of said SCP’s on site and or within Foundation custody, I believe my research could bring about benefits in the research field Regarding biological SCP’s. Lore Name: Heart Rank: R SCP: 610 Question / Idea: The question and or idea for this SCP-610 test was to see if SCP-610 would react differently to D class Personnel entering its CC if said d-class personnel were administered a highly volatile strain of the rabies virus. Background Research: The background for this test was obviously the knowledge of SCP-610 knowing that this SCP spreads a highly volatile infection to any humanoid life-form that dose not have anomalous properties and or some anomalous humanoid creatures can also be affected by SCP-610 infection. We didn't wanted to see the reaction of SCP 610 to a D class Personnel who had been infected with a highly volatile form of the rabies virus. Hypothesis: my hypothesis was to see if SCP-610 as already stated would react differently and or perhaps more harshly to a D class Personnel who have been infected with the rabies virus. Observations (What Happened During Test): The D class Personnel were instructed to enter SCP-610 containment chamber upon entering SCP-610 containment chamber SCP-610 seemed to be if not stalking said D class Personnel before infecting said D class Upon being infected SCP-610 then went into a somewhat of a dormant state, SCP-610 then aggressively started attacking SCP 610 - 2, SCP-610 then seemed to calm down once more, I then gave a set of instructions to SCP 610 - 2 it seems although however unlikely that SCP 610 - 2 still had somewhat of a Consciousness left and or possibly remembered his previous existence As he was able to understand and follow directions as given to him, Once all reasonable data was collected gas was it administered into SCP-610 chamber terminating SCP 610 - 2, SCP 610 - 2 was then disposed of as per hazardous material protocol. Analysis / Conclusion (What Could Of Caused The Results): I believe strongly that the rabies virus played a big part in the outcome of this testing although I cannot say for sure as further testing is needed. Lore Name: Heart Rank: R SCP: 966 Question / Idea: The question and or idea of this experiment was to see if SCP-966 had any other altering effects on D-class Personnel who had been administered adrenaline Via the forearm The D-class Personnel were administered two injections each. Background Research: The background research for this experiment was of course revolving around SCP-966 is almost immediate insomnia effects to one's self + bodily functions, we wanted to see if adrenalin and or giving D-class Personnel heavy stimulation Possibly change the effect of SCP-966. Hypothesis: My hypothesis was that of a possible other outcome besides SCP-966 putting it’s victims into a somewhat of a sleep-deprived State and then consuming them we then asked the question if adrenalin and or any sort of stimulant would change the out come of said SCP effect, unfortunately my hypothesis was incorrect the simulation had no effect against SCP-966 effect of bodily functions. Observations (What Happened During Test): The D class Personnel were inserted into SCP-966 containment chamber. MTF was then authorized the use of thermal technology in spotting scp-966. we then began to observe the D class Personnel who had already been injected with two sets of adrenaline as well as heart monitors on each wrist of the D class personnel the D class Personnel then waited patiently but we're slowly and surely consumed by SCP 966 20 minutes into testing session. Analysis / Conclusion (What Could Of Caused The Results): The conclusion / final analysis that I have for this test is like all SCP's under Foundation custody they remain and will most likely always remain unpredictable. //-----LEVEL THREE CLEARANCE REQUIRED-----\\ Name: Heart Rank: R Clearance Level: 3 Date of Incident: 3/30/2021 Describe the incident: I was conducting a test on scp-008 with a single D class personnel after said test I then prep said D class Personnel for transport to light containment zone for proper termination and disposal of hazardous material upon reaching light containment Zone the power to the facility then cut, upon reaching near D-Block scp-049 scp-049 - 2 as well as scp-049 - 3 then came into view I had no choice but to release my grip on said d-class personnel who had been infected with scp-008 I had no choice but to make do with what I had and run with my life I hid within light containment zone until scp-049 or any other infected individuals were no longer in view, I then proceeded to research bunks and hunkered down as per protocol I cannot confirm the whereabouts of the infected D class personnel only that mobile task force began sweeping light containment Zone I shall make my best efforts to inform all mobile task force units of this incident as well as upload this log to the foundation file base as soon as possible. Question / Idea: Hello I am Associate Researcher Heart and today we are going to be going over SCP-049/ SCP-049-2 this test is a following test of the heavy containment Zone test log scp-049 / scp-049 - 2 test said recorded data has been Received and reviewed by Foundation personnel, security level 3. no casualties and or Personnel breaches as a result of this test. Background Research: As stated in the beginning of the log this following test of SCP-049 / SCP-049-2 the background for this test was to see if SCP-049 / SCP-049-2 would have the same odd reaction as they did in previous test log, D class Personnel within SCP-049 containment chamber Reaction has been recorded and will be displayed on the observation tab of this log, end of log. Hypothesis: My hypothesis was the possible outcome of another SCP-049-2 incident as to where SCP-049 claims that the D-class personnel Within his containment chamber had less of the infectious disease that he so claims Humanity is “infested” with, I didn't continue to ask myself the question of SCP-049 is unpredictable personality unfortunately this test was nothing major as will be stated in observation part of this log. end of hypothesis log. Lore Name: Heart Rank: AR SCP: 049/049-2 Question / Idea: the testing started off as nothing unusual the research Personnel were expecting the usual results of a test conducted on scp-049, D class Personnel entered scp-049 containment chamber scp-049 was then directed to administrate his cure to one D class within scp-049s containment chamber the other D class Personnel was instructed to move to the opposite side of the room observing scp-049 from his perspective once said cure was administered to D Class, said D class becameing scp-049 - 2 in accordance to Foundation records And research files Clearance level 3. We then Instructed scp-049 to calm scp-049-2 into a Docile and moveable State Where are we extracted scp-049-2 from said containment chamber moving him to a safer location within scp-049 containment chamber to conduct further testing we then had the remaining d-class Personnel stay within scp-049 containment chamber we then instructed scp-049 that he was cleared to do whatever he pleased with his test subject the D class personnel scp-049 then approached the D class Personnel to then say that the d-class Personnel lacked most of the infection that he said he sees in most of humanity as said Foundation file research Security clearance level 3. The question then arose why this D class out of countless thousands of d-class. Background Research: Being an associate researcher myself I take it upon myself to research all SCPs within the heavy containment Zone that come under my clearance such as scp-049. Foundation research knows that scp-049 “Cure” cannot be undone and must done so by scp-049 himself with some kind of well we don't know, anyways on to the important part we went in with the same expectations as expressed earlier in this log then be almost completely stunned at how 049 reacted to said d-class. 049 has a routine if not anything he conducts himself as if he is truly a doctor as of which we cannot prove whether or not he is a doctor multiple interviews will argue otherwise but the fact remains that scp-049 does not frequently change Behavior unless otherwise provoked this Sudden Change in behavior is somewhat questionable as given his history under Foundation custody. Hypothesis: I then began to hypothesize 049s behavior during said test perhaps we don't know enough about this SCP perhaps we know too little all we know is that scp-049 can be like most under Foundation custody very unpredictable and a very great danger to site personnel, we then begin to ask scp-049 a line of questioning wondering why this D class Personnel in particular was not as infectious so he says as much as the rest of humanity so he claims, We did not get a direct answer from scp-049 only that this D class Personnel was not as “infectious” like most of “humanity”. Observations (What Happened During Test): My observations of scp-049 and the D-class in which he deemed not infectious were captured on photograph it almost seems as though scp-049 has somewhat of a manipulative ability but perhaps not. I have no evidence to prove this claim only that one member of research Personnel was infected and almost caused containment breach of 049 MTF was on site 049 was contained no incident log to be filed no casualties as a result of this test. we then proceeded to keep asking scp-049 questions as well as snapping photos of scp-049 interacting with the d-class personnel we were then raided by chaos Insurgency forces and put under site lockdown the D class was disposed of as well as scp-049 - 2 but not before all data could be recorded and put on record as seen on this log. We then had a clean up crew come in and dispose of all biohazardous materials Bid Farewell to scp-049 and went about our research. Analysis / Conclusion (What Could Of Caused The Results):b I believe the conclusion to this would be that scp-049 behavior is that of an abnormal SCP as seen in scp-035 demeanor. I can also conclude that 049 does see some humans as non-infectious and will not Administrate his cure, if this small majority of people exist or not I do not know we also concluded that scp-049 although we cannot confirm completely scp-049 might have some sort of pathological manipulation at his disposal. To answer the question in the format, I would first like to say that I believe that the 05 team is really a place where you could express your skillset if you have a above-average understanding of the SCP Foundation Mythos whether that be Canon and or non-canon material as a research geek myself I believe that it is important especially 05 personnel in the research division to conduct themselves in a mature manner. Of course the server can be funny at times and everyone can be goofy but there are times where I do like to hold RP for as long as possible and there are players who do like to engage in this role play so that really does make me happy and is also one of the reasons why I would really want to get into the 05 research team. I believe it can help me reach my ambitions within the research field. I am a big fan of classified and redacted experiments as well as documents. I'm just a really big nerd to cut the long story short. Again the 05 research team would be a great place for me to go ahead and express my ideas that I have if I'm seen fit and able to conduct experiments and research in numerous ways within the confines of the server rules as well as the foundation. Lore Name: JR Hear Rank: JR SCP: 173 Question / Idea: The question arose whether or not SCP 173 Would respond to aggressive d-class personnel Observations (What Happened During Test):As I was observing the D class enter SCP-173 containment chamber they immediately almost immediately upon being unrestrained vandalized and attacked SCP-173 as well as hurdling verbal insults towards SCP-173 nearing the 10-minute Mark of the test being conducted we realized that SCP-173 was not reacting whatsoever almost in the slightest upon d-class Personnel not viewing SCP-173 directly the question then arose that of if SCP-173 was somewhat intimidated and or not interested in snapping the necks of said d-class personnel although I can only speculate at this point but there may be more research to show that perhaps SCP-173 does have a sense of fear and perhaps maybe it's somewhat sentient but for now the question is why the D class and why respond almost neutrally if not in a sense of fear too aggressive D class I will take it upon myself to hopefully answer this question. Analysis / Conclusion (What Could Of Caused The Results):My final analysis and conclusion is that SCP-173 may have a possible sense of fear and or intimidation Factor more research will of course need to be conducted before a full specification can be given as to what ifs SCP-173 is of somewhat sentient being or not again I urge more and more testing of SCP 1730 to rule out these possibilities I cannot for sure say that SCP-173 has a sense of fear and or a sense of intimidation but I can conclude that SCP-173 did not attack the aggressive d-class upon them all three of them of which took their eyesight off of SCP-173 this concludes Junior researcher Heart’s log.
