1. What is your Ingame Name: Mapley 2. SteamID (steamid.xyz if you need to get it): STEAM_0:0:532165723 3. Rank: Senior 4. Time on server: 1 and a half weeks. 5. Total strikes ever received: 0 6. How many warns do you have on GL: 0 7. Who gave you permission to apply: Krieg and Dustin 8. On a scale of 1-10, how active are you?: 8 9. Why do you think you’re fit for ACM (60+ words): I feel fit for ACM since I have lots of experience, I have been in medical since I ever joined GL and it has always been my favorite branch. Since I have lots of time in medical I have lots of experience when it comes to handling healing and surgery. I am as of now in E11 and MMF as my combat classes and I have been in E11 for a long time as well which means I have very great combat skills when on the field as well. I have been a loyal and dedicated member in medical and I will stay in medical for a long time now and I feel like all of the reasons I have stated are fit for a ACM position. 10: (Bonus question, this is in no way required, but it gets you some brownie points) CI is currently raiding. You see an MTF E-11 CPL at 27% health running away from a fight. Just as you start to examine his condition, an MTF A1 Captain comes up to you and asks you to help them fend off the CI. What do you do? Since I am a medical man I would heal the E11 first since code black means no surgeries and it shouldn't take long. After I am done healing I'll head off with the Captain.

Who gave you permission to apply: Doctor ZJ Medic Man Larry & MRS Dustin 8. On a scale of 1-10, how active are you?: 8.5 9. Why do you think you’re fit for ACM (60+ words): I enjoy helping others and would much rather prefer being on the field to help support GenSEC as well as MTF when required. as for why do I think I would fit. I have decent combat training was part of GenSEC But quickly left for I preferred helping people and being support then a full blown fighter. I believe I would make a good fit I am rather active on the server and would be on the role quite regularly! 10: (Bonus question, this is in no way required, but it gets you some brownie points) CI is currently raiding. What do you do? Send the MTF CPL to the Medbay and Agree to help support the MTF Captain. taking cover if any is possible would also of course advise potentially calling in reinforcements if available.

Requirements for an ACM application: Medic+ Level 45 No strikes/demotions in the last two weeks Permission to apply from two command members Good Reputation Decent Activity A reminder that if there is conflicting rules in the Main SOP and ACM SOP, the ACM SOP overrides it. Total strikes ever received: 0 6. How many warns do you have on GL: 0 7. Who gave you permission to apply: FWM Zack, andChief Manager Crystal 8. On a scale of 1-10, how active are you?: 7 9. Why do you think you’re fit for ACM (60+ words): I think I would be a good ACM because I am very active especially at night when there are low security. The main reason I want to be an ACM is so I can continue to do my job as a medic while being able to protect myself before I get stabbed to death . I also want to be able to protect other field medics in LCZ. I am rather good in a firefight and I would be able to hold my own as a combatant but my main focus would still be healing others first. I may not have been on the server very long but I do keep logs of the hours I play and I tend to average 4 hours per day. I am used to being the only medic online and I think I would be a great asset to the foundation with the role of ACM. The MTF E-11 was at 27% health which is too low for medkit healing and to high for emergency surgery because of this surgery at medbay is required. I have already noticed he is hurt and began to examine him so if I leave him now that would be abandonment. If there is a medic online and at medbay I escort the MTF to medbay for surgery then I return to deal with CI in the foundation. If I am the only medic online I escort the MTF medbay and do the surgery myself and if the CI is still a threat I deal with them in the foundation if not I return to the Field Medic Station.

Who gave you permission to apply: Beanz, Rang 8. On a scale of 1-10, how active are you?: 10 9. Why do you think you’re fit for ACM (60+ words): My current experience on the server, combat branches and non-combat branches afford me a in-depth understanding of server rules and branch rules. Which I could comfortably say I'm used to being on the combat medic role; Very much unlikely to cause any major issues, errors or violation of procedure while playing on a field medic job. Thus I believe I could certainly fit into this combat sub-class.
