You're a medic first combatant second
  4. Yes Damn I screwed that up ++++++Support if you ignore that
  5. +Support As someone who constantly plays 208 constantly, D-class tend to target 208 due to it's ability to revive so being able to fight back is a much better alternative to standing there waiting to die.
  6. +Support - Good application -Cool person - Active - Dedicated - Would definitely RDM
  7. Big +Support Very active Amazing at surgeries Cool guy Great FTO Can't wait to RDM him when he becomes command.
  8. Your In-Game Name: Xnmora STEAM ID: STEAM_0:0:442964127 How long have you been playing on the server for?: Since mid to late 2019. List all of the RP ranks you hold on the server. (MTF, Gensec, Etc.): I am currently a Doctor in the Medical branch. What Command position are you applying for? (list two): I am applying for CPT or 1LT. Why do you want to become Delta-5 Command? (250+ Words): I want to join Delta-5 because I am excited about a new MTF branch coming to the server. Even though I am unsure what this branch is going to be like. I am still excited to be a part of the branch and am open to the new experiences that it will bring. I want to be command to help this branch be the best it could possibly be and I want to help in anyway that I can. I want to be here from the start and help train the first recruits and help them rise through the ranks and see them make Delta-5 one of the best branches on the server. I want to make sure that Delta-5 has a good start from the beginning and that the first players that join the branch don't just join for the hype of a new MTF branch. I want to show the first recruits just how amazing this branch can be with their help and I want to keep them active on the branch. I also want to show the recruits that we get later on why Delta-5 is a great branch and why they should join it. I want to set a good example for the recruits and enlisted and I want to hopefully encourage them to be dedicated to the branch and hopefully I'll be able to see them in Delta-5 command one day. I really want to be Delta-5 command just to help other people find something that they love about the branch that they can't get anywhere else and hopefully I will be able to see them rise through the ranks and maybe even pass me one day. Why do you feel you are the best option for this position? (150+ Words): I believe that I would be a great pick for Delta-5 command due to my previous experience as command and the dedication I am willing to put into the branch. I am super excited for the Delta-5 branch and am willing to dedicate a lot of my time to help in anyway I can. I understand that being command of a branch takes a lot of time and effort and I am willing to put in the effort to prove why I was a good choice for command. As command I always tend to keep and open mind and I never jump to conclusions as I believe assuming leads to terrible things. This allows me to get the bigger picture of situations that may require me to give out punishments and ensure everything is fair. This also allows me to see things through other peoples perspectives and helps me understand where they are coming from and why they took a specific action. I tend to think of a lot of possibilities of how situations may turn out and I am always preparing for the worst case scenarios. I am a great observer as I take my time to take in all the information of a situation before I react. I am also active in the server and I also plan to try and be even more active. Currently during the weekdays I tend to be on for at least two hours a day but I plan on being on for longer once I fix my sleep schedule. I am ready to take on the responsibilities of being a Delta-5 command and I will show my dedication to Delta-5 if I am accepted. Why should we trust you for this position?: I can be trusted with this position as I follow the rules and currently have 0 warns. I was trusted in command positions and I have been Omicron-9 SF and HSU briefly as well. I was also part of the RRH program as a Guardian. I was also moderator for a short period of time before I decided to leave. I was also once accidentally whitelisted as an Event Team member and was honest and didn't do anything bad with that whitelist and got it removed later that day. Do you have past leadership / command experience? If so please list them. (Limit it to Gmod only please): I do have previous command experience, currently this is my second time being a Doctor in medical. I was also previously Captain in E11 and Deputy Head of the Rapid Care Unit. You are in LCZ and Security is requesting assistance due to a Mass D Block Riot; however, Chaos Insurgency has been called out for taking a SCP in HCZ. What would you do in this situation, and why?: I would head to HCZ to help take out CI and return the SCP back to it's containment cell. The reason I would make this decision is because D-Class have no where to go but into HCZ. D-Class mainly try to escape from the facility which means they will have to head through HCZ to do that which is where me and other MTF will be. After I and other MTF deal with CI we will most likely encounter the D-Class in HCZ during our sweep or while we are heading back to LCZ. If D-Class decide to stay in LCZ and try to hold it. I can work with other MTF and Gensec to help retake LCZ and force D-Class back into D block. Another reason I would make this decision is that if CI are taking an SCP in HCZ it is most likely a Keter or 049 which can cause major trouble for the site. The Keter could even be 682 and if 682 manages to escape in this chaos it would be able to cause a code Red or even a nuke if he makes it to surface. What would you do if those under your command are not following orders and are breaking the SOP?: If this is their first time and they relatively new I would pull them aside and talk to them about them ignoring commands' orders. I would give them a verbal warning and tell them to pull up the SOP and explain to them what part of the SOP they broke. If they continue to break the SOP, not follow orders, or if the person is Senior Enlisted or NCO I would give them a strike. If the behavior continues or what they did was really bad I would bring this information with proof to Delta-5 HCMD about a possible DNP, demotion, removal, or even blacklist if it is bad enough. How would you react to someone asking to be put into Delta-5 without a tryout and to be fast promoted?: I would tell them that they have to go through tryout like everyone else. I would also tell them that by asking for promotions this makes command less likely to promote them. I would tell them that if they want to get promoted if they pass tryouts that they need to be active and dedicated to the branch. If they keep asking to be put into Delta-5 I would report this information to Delta-5 HCMD about putting them onto a possible DNT until they have learned their lesson. Explain how you would react to receiving an anonymous tip about a GOI group: I have never ever received an anonymous tip about any GOI. I would report the tip in MTF comms and explain that the tip was given to me anonymously and that MTF should be very careful if acting on the tip as it could be a trap. I would then bring along at least two other MTF with me and we would go investigate the tip. I would have one of the people ready to call into MTF comms if the tip does be credible or if it is a trap and we need assistance. Do you promise to be committed to Delta-5 and to lead by example if you are accepted into Delta-5?: I Xnmora, pinkie promise if accepted to lead by example and be committed to Delta-5.
  9. +Support Give this man the whitelist
  10. +Support If I put in as much time, dedication, and effort that Infinity Boot puts into his test logs and medical, into my college work then I would be passing my courses with straight A's.
  11. 1. What’s your In-Game Name? Xnmora 2. What’s your SteamID? STEAM_0:0:442964127 3. What is your Rank? Senior Medic and Field Medic 4. Total strikes you’ve ever received? 0? 5. How many warnings do you have on GL? 0 6. On a scale of 1-10, how active are you? 8 7. Why do you believe you should become a Medical Command member (100+ words)? I believe that I should be Medical Command due to my love for Medical and my experience as Command. I am former Medical low command as I was a Doctor for a brief time and in the time I was absent from Medical I put in the time and effort to reach Senior Command in E11. Along with being Senior Command in E11, I also worked my way up to Deputy Head of the Rapid Care Unit which are the medics of E11. I understand the time and dedication it takes to be command of a branch and I am willing to put in the effort to become great command member in Medical. As I have no other lives and nor do I plan on getting any lives I can dedicate most if not all time on the server to medical. While I was Command in E11 I would still actively train the new recruits and help the new recruits understand the rules of the branch thoroughly so there would not be any issues. I plan to do the same in Medical, I want to help recruit new medics and show them the ropes in hopes of them rising up the roster and keeping the branch alive. I hope to increase activity in Medical and hopefully show as many people as possible how great Medical can be. [The following questions are intended to test your response and ability as command. You must answer 2 (two) of the questions, though you may answer all 3 if you wish.] 8-1. You have found a Resident in HCZ, what do you do? The first thing I would do would be to ask them what they are doing in HCZ. The Resident could have been kidnapped by CI and saved by MTF and just got lost on his way back. The Resident could also have escaped 106’s space and returned to HCZ. So before I would make any decision I would get context of how they got there and why. If the Resident just wanted to go explore HCZ on their own I would bring them back to Medbay and give them a verbal warning and explain to them where they are allowed to be for their rank and what their priorities are. Since they are new to the branch and possibly new to the server I would give them the benefit of the doubt as a one time mistake. 8-2. There is a Medic requesting to be trained for Field Work, how would you train them? I would pull the medic into spawn and explain to them the duties and responsibility of a Field Medic. I would explain the extra privileges they get as a Field Medic but also make it clear on what they can or cannot do (like how they are still a non combatant class, and where they are allowed to be for their rank). I’d ask if they wanted a tour of LCZ and if they did I'd show them around and explain each location to them. If they don’t want a tour I’ll let them explore LCZ on their own or assume they are already familiar with LCZ. Then I would give them the Field Work SOP so that they can read it before I give them the whitelist. Before I let them go out I would ask if they had any questions and if they don’t they’re free to be field medics. 8-3. You see an Exp Medic shooting D-Class in D-Block, what do you do? First I would enter D-block to fully assess the situation. It’s not right or smart of me to jump to conclusions so I would see what was going on. If the Exp Medic is shooting D-Class in self defense that would be fine as we are allowed to defend ourselves and I know how much D-Class enjoy trying to murder medics. However, if the Exp Medic is full health and just shooting D-Class for the fun of it. I would wait for the staff sit that they are most definitely being brought to and once the sit is done (or if it never happens) I would pull them aside to explain what they were doing wrong and give them a strike for shooting D-Class for no actual reason as Doctors are allowed to punish up to Experienced Medics. We are non combatants and a EXP Medic shooting D-Class for fun isn’t very non combatant like. This person has clearly put in enough time to move up the ranks to Experienced Medic so clearly they know the rules of the branch enough to get promoted multiple times and they should already understand we are non combatant. If the Exp Medic was Mass RDMing D class then I would bring it up to high command to discuss a possible removal from the branch since it reflects poorly on medical if we keep them around.
  12. +Support Good medic and soon to be good Doctor
  13. Requirements for an ACM application: Medic+ Level 45 No strikes/demotions in the last two weeks Permission to apply from two command members (Consario and Baeto) Good Reputation Decent Activity Questions: 1. What is your Ingame Name: Xnmora 2. SteamID (steamid.xyz if you need to get it): STEAM_0:0:442964127 3. Rank: Experienced Medic 4. Time on server: 4 Weeks 5. Total strikes ever received: 0? 6. How many warns do you have on GL: 0 7. Who gave you permission to apply: Chief Manager Consario and Doctor Baeto 8. On a scale of 1-10, how active are you?: 8 9. Why do you think you’re fit for ACM (60+ words): I think I would fit ACM as I have been a part of a lot of combat branches. I was former Omicron-9 SF and Senior Command for E11. I was also Deputy Head of Rapid Care Unit for E11 which also was supposed to prioritize healing over combat so I have plenty of experience in that aspect. I have plenty of combat experience and I can hold my own against D class, CI, and any other threats that the facility may be faced with. I do enjoy helping other so being ACM would allow me to both provide medical support to MTF and also be an extra gun to them as I help them secure whatever is making the site unsafe at the time. I have also been ACM plenty of times. 10: (Bonus question, this is in no way required, but it gets you some brownie points) CI is currently raiding. You see an MTF E-11 CPL at 27% health running away from a fight. Just as you start to examine his condition, an MTF A1 Captain comes up to you and asks you to help them fend off the CI. What do you do? I would finish healing the MTF E-11 CPL he's at 27% and ACMs can heal above 20 so I would finish healing him as it would not take that long to heal him. Then I would go deal with CI.
  14. Name: Xnmora Rank: Captain SteamID: STEAM_0:0:442964127 Reason for leaving: Recently my life has changed a lot and now I don't have much time to dedicate to the server. I don't even have much time to write this. I don't feel like it's fair or right for me to hold the rank of command but not have the time or energy to remain active. I've had a hell of time playing on the server with all of you. Thank you to everyone that has helped me get to command and everyone that made me want to stick around. I want to thank all the former RCU command and the present command (Panda) for helping to make a class that I loved so dearly and was the main reason I stuck around on E11 for so long. Shoutout to To Nenea, Thank you for introducing me to Hearts of Iron 4 even though I suck at it it's a game I still enjoy playing and would not have ever given it a chance if not for you. To One, I may never had gotten to promote you... No that's it I never got to promote you. You're stinky and I hope to see you again when I return one day. Thanks for all the laughs. To Guinea, Thank you for mentioning that one Roblox game it's pretty cool. Keep up the great work. To all the former Omicron-9, God I miss that branch so much. To everyone, I suck at writing these types of things so sorry if you weren't mentioned. Thanks for all the memories.
