What date did you start playing on the community? (roughly) July 6th What date did you make your forums account? July 6th How many warnings do you have on all GL servers? I have a one warn. What is your donor rank? (User, Silver, Gold, etc) Platinum Are you a staff member in another community? No I am only staff on this server. Have you read the staff handbook? Yes I have thoroughly read through it and I still read through it on occasion. Timezone: CST. What rank are you applying for? Admin Why do you believe that you deserve the rank? (150 Word Minimum) I should be admin because I want to help newer staff understand not only the rules but also how to handle specific roleplay situations. I also wish to help when specific sits that require admin whether for spawn setting or for lcmd whitelists that nobody else can help with. It would also help our current low admin count out by alleviating some of the pressure put on them to be active at all times or even allowing JMT to not have to worry about doing the tasks that admins should be doing instead. Although I recently took quite a while off due to computer problems I have already gotten back to working hard on making sure the server is fun for everyone from CI to MTF, when I take sits I don't discriminate based on personal preference and I always make an attempt to logically think every sit through and making sure I get the full story from both parties and gather all required evidence to make the right call. Scenario questions: Select any two of the following four questions to answer for this section. Please note, in the scenario questions we are not expecting perfect answers. We are accessing your critical thinking skills, your ability to use the staff handbook, and come to reasonable conclusions. Q1: How would you handle someone that is Mass RDMing and when you bring him/her to an admin sit all they do is curse at you? When I deal with any RDM sit I always check with the accuser to make sure they have the proper evidence and if the person wants to constantly disrespect me and/or the accuser I generally put them across the room while I talk with the accuser and gather the required info. If it is apparent that the accused did MRDM and wants to continue being disrespectful I usually issue the required ban with formal warning. I also inform them they can stay in the server on the shadow banned job and work off the ban if they so choose. Q2: You are involved in a staff sit that involves 5 different players. The players begin to get frustrated and the sit becomes very toxic and unproductive. What would you do in this situation? When dealing with a multi-person sit that begins to dissolve into toxic nonsense, I would talk to each one by one privately to figure out the full story and what each person's participation in the action was then I punish the person/s who is at fault. Q3: In your opinion, what is the best way to handle a situation involving a player that clearly does not care about the punishments they are receiving? When handling a sit with someone who obviously doesn't care about receiving a punishment then all that can be done is just handing them the punishment and then watching over them to see if they intend to return to doing the actions that caused them to be put into a sit before, if they begin actually RPing then there is no problem but most times they started off with NITRP and as such they usually return to doing what they were doing wrong and getting in more trouble but with the evidence against them for NITRP then they can and would be punished for that as well. Q4: There is a player abusing a known bug, and he has been reported to staff. He swears he followed the server rules when you talk with him. What's the best way to handle this? When dealing with a player who is actively abusing a known bug it is best to give them a verbal warning and to not continue but if they go back to doing it then issue a warn and inform them that if they continue they may get BL'd from the job they are using to abuse the glitch.

Scenario Questions: Q1: An MTF Nu7 Corporal is in dire need of surgical attention (5% health) but an MTF E11 Captain has asked you to come to SCP-966’s containment cell and fix its doors. What should you prioritize? I go fix 966's CC because I hate them then I tell the Nu7 CPL to "suck it up buttercup" then ignore his needs since it doesn't matter to me. Q2: SCP-106 is on its last advert and is about to breach. As you are enroute to 106’s cell, a squad of MTF D5 Gladiators requests that you squad up with them. What should you prioritize? I squad up with the G9's cause all G9's are cool and then we go to 106's cc and murder him since we can totally do that and then we burn down his goofy pocket dimension fr fr.

(150 Word Minimum) I deserve Admin because I'm active as much as possible and I really enjoy helping other staff with their problems. being admin would open up what I'm able to do to help the other staff especially at times when others are either busy in RP situations or aren't on to help. This promotion would also help alleviate any stress that JMT may be experiencing, as well as help lower ranked staff with bigger problems like the recent increase in MRDM reports. This situation would easily be resolved, if I bring them to a sit and they choose to berate me then they will simply get their formal warning with the 5 day ban for the MRDM and they will also earn a warn for choosing to disrespect staff. Q2: You are involved in a staff sit that involves 5 different players. The players begin to get frustrated and the sit becomes very toxic and unproductive. What would you do in this situation? I would separate the involved parties then speak with each individually while gathering evidence of the situation. Once I have all the evidence I would need I would then hand out punishment and send everyone back to where they were so they may hopefully continue to RP and enjoy the server. Q3: In your opinion, what is the best way to handle a situation involving a player that clearly does not care about the punishments they are receiving? If the player shows little to no interest in the sit and has no care about the punishment they are recieving then it's best to not waste time and just give them their punishments and monitor them very carefully to see if they will continue to break the rules or if they get their act together. Q4: There is a player abusing a known bug, and he has been reported to staff. He swears he followed the server rules when you talk with him. What's the best way to handle this? If the player is actively abusing a known problem such as the 173 issue then I will inform them verbally about not doing it and if they persist I will warn them for failRP as it is actively breaking the rules post being informed about the rule.
