I've been through times with my own department where it was just 5 people total including myself. Now this was around a year ago and since then I have transformed EMS into a striving department with my great command members (those who have resigned or still here) and I couldn't have done it without them along the way. Another reason, is that I have great leadership skills of which is shown in all departments I have been in and currently are still in. In my time as gov, I have spent months working in my departments to help make it better along the way, while rising the ranks. From all of the 8 departments I have been in, only 1 of them do I not hold a command position of which is due to me just joining it. Out of gov, I hold the head position of "Boss" in SL which is the biggest crime family on the server and I have held this position for almost 3 months. To add on out of RP, I hold the staff position of Lead Admin/ JMT and have been in staff for 457 days. I believe with all of these positions I hold and have held, I would make a great addition to the PD HC team. To continue on, I have years of past command experience ranging from all current GL servers (Imperial and SCP) of which were DT VCMDR, MC VCMDR, IC 2LT, D5 2LT, CI 2LT. Also on Imperial, I was a Super Admin/ JMT member there for around 3 months. Outside of GL, I have been between around 4 other communities and have been command in 3 of those. Finally to finish this off, I have been working towards PD HC ever since I joined PoliceRP back in late 2022. I applied back in February under Commissioner MiniEpic and since then have gained a lot more experience within the server and have almost doubled my time has EMS Chief. I feel I am ready to hold this position to my best ability and become a great member within PD HC. My explanation I gave many times to at least 3 UMC people were "he adverted assist somewhere near spawn with no line of sight of me and drove over to where I was at after he adverted assist. After he drove over to me he started shooting at me for no reason since he wouldnt have known who I was shooting at". I think I should be promoted not only cause I believe I have great leadership skills, but as well as the skills to overcome hard challenges, adapt to different situations, and am a very active and available person. I believe that by me becoming a COL, I can help a little bit more than I would have been able to before as a MAJ. I believe I can continue to use the skills I have gained from my many command positions I currently hold and the many other positions I have held in the past. Another reason as to why I think I deserve the promotion to COL is that I have been working towards this position since I joined PD. - support Warn bans aren't appealable. If you wanted to not be banned you should've either appealed the warns at the time they happened or just not get that many warns

Thy day has come. This isn't a community resignation but more of a "I'm leaving to explore more that the server has to offer". I've been given reserves for MAJ so I will still be around of course but just wont be as involved as I have been. Thank you to everyone that has given me a chance here since I joined back on January 4th 2023. Kitty: You were my first CMDR and were really fun to have as one. You helped me become better at driving and realize that I hate doing vehicle pursuits with you. Was sad to see you leave back then but happy to see your still around a bit. Masterson: You probably aren't gonna see this but I knew you before I even joined SRT and you were really interested and pushing me to join from the start. You were also my first ever CoCMDR. Cool guy, was sad to see you leave too. Andre: Although you weren't around much at the time of you being a CMDR, I felt like we did pretty good together in SRT. Pretty cool guy, helped pave my way in SRT as well and helped me look at some situations differently for the better. Ganta: Your a minge, L bozo Scout: Keep up the good work here, I know someday maybe you'll make it to CoCMDR Finally Sato: We've stuck it out the longest and have been side by side in this department for a while now. Honestly thought I would be the one to resign first before you but I guess this day has come. Mini, you have helped me since day 1. No joke. You were the one to promote me with only an hour of me being an OFC on a ridealong. You were a reason as to why I joined EMS and definitely a HUGE reason as to me getting EMS Chief. You have not only helped the server through RP but staff as well and it was always a fun time. o7
