I do feel like 5-6 gov are better since its harder for players that arent in a big crime family to do silos

+/- Support While it's been about 5 years since you got banned you got warned for making rape jokes 3 days before you got banned which is a big no no. However, at the same time you've had time to mature and maybe you should be given a second chance. I'm feeling very split on this one honestly.

What you want to see? - The default Gmod dance being brought back to the emote menu. Why should we add it? - The sexy dance is weird and could potentially be used for ERP. It can also make some players uncomfortable, overall really weird as already stated. Besides, the default Gmod dance is way better. -Support Your report was made on the wrong part of the forums. Ganta did nothing wrong here, funny enough you are the one breaking the rules here. In fact you should be warned for FailRP if you already havent gotten warned for it. The rule that im referring to is: If you are handcuffed, you must comply with the officer. Not doing so can be considered FailRP. If the police officer gets distracted and leaves you alone, you may attempt an escape.

-Support I like the idea but it would kinda make the bank useless except if you are robbing it.

-Support Confusing suggestion and poorly worded. You can just create a demotion vote if I understood your suggestion right? Besides, those who have the power to kick someone off the job (especially via the tablet) already does. If you for some reason are thinking about what happened on the morning of june 7th you were clearly AFK on your swat job and a demotion vote was created which kicked you off the job.

-Support You're saying that you are familiar with the rules yet you got 13 warns, which 12 of them are between 4/15/23 - 6/4/23. Along with those 12 warnings you also have several racism bans which one is from april 5th 2023. Either you don't care about the rules or you just haven't read them. Every time I see you on the server you are disrespectful or minging around and I've had personal experiences with you being disrespectful etc. In my eyes you don't have any place in the Event Team.

Hello there, not completely sure about what to say. It was fun being in EMS and working with a great command team. It's time for me to say goodbye to EMS, I want to focus on other things and I also don't believe I'm active enough. I wish that everything goes well for EMS in the future, goodbye!

-Support A base shouldn't be easy to break into in the first place. Gov also has shields and crim can also get shields to defend themselves from the base defenders. Besides, crim should have the right to store printers etc that can be worth millions in a safe place that they can defend. I'm pretty sure a lot of us knows the pain when someone breaks into your base and destroys something you've spent millions on upgrading.

I agree with HuntR here, you are missing out on a lot of the requirements and I believe that you need a little bit more time in game and activity on the forums. You can also do a little bit more than just following the handbook, such as trying to calm the person down and when you get a higher staff to ban them also inform them that they are being banned (for how long and for what reason)! Everyone has their way to deal with situations but just some things that you can think about. Good luck!
