-Support I do not see you as fit for staff, there's several reasons for this. Professionalism on and off duty - I don't think you are capable of keeping a professional profile up at all times. I've seen it myself with you being in USMS, you knew the rules but still broke them. It kinda counters the fact that you say that you always read the rules. As staff you also need to follow a handbook and if you can't follow a SOP then I don't think you're able to follow the handbook. Bringing personal bias into staff - I believe you will bring personal bias into your staffing job, this is based on previous actions that you've taken. In order for me to reconsider this to a neutral or +Support I would need to see some serious improvement from you. Improvement takes time and I dont believe that you're quite there yet. Also, you got denied at staff interviews yesterday.

Hi everyone. This is a pretty long report so there's a lot to explain here from my point of view. We can start with situation 1, the base building. The base was and is at this time when im writing this being adjusted to fit the rules! It's a very old base dupe so therefore it needs a lot of corrections and it takes time. As for the wall length it's being adjusted and the properties that the base is on is being owned by two separate owners (this was adjusted after the sit). There also isn't a rule on the amount of properties you can own as a player, however, common sense would be to not buy every property on the map or give up one property if there isn't any other properties left available. I do not believe that two properties is too much for one person and for the base design. Back when the base was created basically the whole base was full of printers and bitcoin so therefore I didn't deem the base too big. As for the second situation.. well there is a lot to say here. So to start off with SL Warren made a sit on DC DOGGO for RDM. Therefore Russtime couldn't take the sit so I took it instead. Warren claimed that Doggo RDMd him, there was no clip so i pulled up the logs. The logs showed that Warren was in the position of holding a shotgun but the shotgun didn't show up in the log. That is why i called Russtime in as a second opinion. You choose to show the clip to my second opinion which is in the same family that reported you. Even if I trust Russtime he might tell me something that isn't true and the outcome of the sit might be faulty due to that. That's the reason to why I told you to show me the clip instead of showing it to Russtime. A second opinion also gives their opinion and I as the person who takes the report can choose to take what the second opinion says into my final decision. The reason why you didn't get returned before the reporter is in case he had anything else to say that might involve you. I feel like having to do any bringing and returning just because is unnecessary. As for any suspicions about bias, I never take my personal opinion into a sit. Everyone has their own opinion and they might dislike someone which is fine but a staff member should never take those feelings into a sit. I have never done that and if you feel like I've done that I can tell you that it's not true at all. I apologize if my jokes have been too harsh, it shouldn't have happened and I'll improve on that. Last part I want to touch on here is that several members from DC constantly call me different condescending things. Even though this has happened on numerous occasions I have not targeted DC. I'm not sure if you feel like you're being targeted for me simply raiding your base or if it's helping out with a base that needed to get fixed so it doesn't get reported for failbase.

Kessel, it's been great working with you. You basically raised and helped me get to where I am today. You've always been someone to lean onto when I was unsure and you have just been an amazing influence on FBI and HRT, your commanding have been outstanding. I'm truly going to miss you on the server and it just won't be the same without you. You got some aura that just makes everyone around you excited and happy. As I and Ridge take over HRT I will always try to do my best for HRT. Hope retirement treats you well. (Text me occasionally thanks)

Hi there, let me explain some things. Firstly, I was not the person who created the pride flag with a arrow pointed towards the dumpster/the person sitting on the dumpster. Your sign stated "being gay sucks" (https://imgur.com/a/b7zMCHP) which I and other staff understood as homophobia. It was completely unnecessary for you to even put that sign up from the beginning. Secondly, you have been nothing but rude against me but the ban was not based on how you have acted towards me up until this point. I don't believe that it has anything to do with your ban other than you reaching your ban threshold (10 warn ban).

Azrael, Kind, thoughtful and mature. I felt like this was coming soon and it's incredibly sad to see you go my friend. You have been a huge influence, inspiration and icon to me but also for GamingLight as a whole. You always bring seriousness, happiness and unmatched roleplay wherever you go and the server won't be the same without you. You may not have changed the way everyone does roleplay but for some you definitely made a change. No one can ever replace you even if they tried really hard. We spent a lot of time together this year and you are someone I never will regret meeting. Even outside of Garry's Mod you are fun to play with, especially when we burnt a village to the ground on MC. You learnt me the basics of Ready or Not and even though I was really bad it was really fun to play together. Besides playing together, I'm happy that I could help you and motivate you to keep you going even in hard times, you've returned the favor many times and I will always appreciate that. Everyone needs someone, right? You're an incredibly strong person and you always keep going when everyone else would've backed down. I want you to know that not everyone is capable of that. Despite your health condition you've done so much for the community but now you can finally get rest from those responsibilities and focus on school, family and your health. From here it will only get better, it might feel hard with school sometimes but you've come so far and now is not the time to give up. You and your safari hat will be dearly missed.
