I want to better this battalion to the best of my abilities and make sure we are functioning at maximum capacity. I had my break, and I believe I am ready to once again take on this responsibility and be someone for people to look up to, set an example amongst the enlisted and fellow NCO’s. This battalion is in no way the same as it was when I first joined almost 5 months ago, and I would like to assist the command team as much as possible in bringing it back to its former glory and making sure everyone has fun along the way. What makes you stand out amongst the others?(110+Word minimum) What makes me stand out amongst others is my immense dedication to this battalion. Even after leaving, I missed being here, sure we have our drama but we are a family. I would be very grateful for this opportunity, as I feel I strive best in a leadership role. I’m not used to sitting on the sidelines and taking orders, however, I will not disobey orders given to me. I feel as though I can contribute a lot in a leadership position as I enjoy being the person that others can go to when in need of help. If I could salute you I would lmao. You and Mann were the best DT command, you showed me that I don't have to minge to have fun . Without you I'd probably still be mass rdming or some other dumb stuff, I thank you for introducing me to some of the best friends I have now as well as allowing me a little time to get accustomed to taking RP seriously as I'm sure I was a bit of a pain at first. It's because of you that I have become the officer I am today and I will never forget how great of a person you are and will forever strive to be as great as you have been. Thank you

+SUPPORT + Very detailed app + Hard working + Great seeker + IRL experience + Always gets quota done SF3 has done a great job as an NCO. He is dedicated to his position and always treats everyone with respect. He took my SN03 position . No but in all seriousness SF3 is a great member of the battalion and will work wonders not only as an officer but also in his newfound position in seeker, I hope to see him better the battalion and Sub-branch. - Burrito | DT CPT RX6

+SUPPORT + Good app + Always exceeds quota + Has goals + Serious when needed + Very active + Past experience I think Slasha/XT5 would be a great officer. He has set goals for himself and always reaches or exceeds those goals. Quota is always well above the minimum. Knows when he needs to be serious and switches off any jokes to complete the objective or corrective action as needed, definitely one of the best NCO's from what I've seen. I have proven my worth and shown what I can do, and have been nothing but respectful to my fellow DT which is a big part of this battalion, respect is a must. With this being said I feel I have shown my capabilities and willingness to do what needs to be done as well as follow the orders given to me. [Why do you want to be a part of Unit TI-23] I want to be a part of Unit TI-23 as I want a fresh start from seeker and to work with a new set of people more closely. I mainly want to show I am capable of what this role entails, and that I can complete my objective as efficiently as possible. With this, it will open doors that have been closed, in respect to the DT members I haven't had much time around, communicating with them more and showing what TI-23 can do. [What does Unit TI-23 do] Unit TI-23 (The Undying) is a lore unit within DT, each has their own specialization such as marksmanship, medical, demolitions, and CQC. However, this all ties into the same idea of direct combat, suppressing enemy troops, and of course, protecting the VIP. Each has their own tools to help complete their respective tasks as quickly and efficiently as possible. [How active can you be] I can be on almost every single day, and have been clearing my schedule a bit to get on more during peak hours. [Do you understand that if you are accepted into Unit TI-23, you will be on a 1-strike system] I completely understand and will not disappoint.

I also feel as though I've grown my leadership skills through assisting and guiding enlisted as an NCO Why do you want to be an officer?(150+ Word minimum) I want to be an officer for a couple reasons. First and foremost I want to contribute as much as possible to this battalion more than just doing tryouts. I want to be able to promote and reward members of the battalion for their good work and dedication. Second, I want to work alongside fellow officers to better the battalion as a whole and make sure we are always helping one another to become the best we can as a group. DT is more than just a battalion to me, it is a community of friends who care about and help one another and I want to be a part of making that possible for me and those around me. Welcoming enlisted with open arms and watching them evolve into NCO’s and beyond is my ultimate goal. Collectively, we can grow and expand to greater heights to earn our right to be called a Deathtrooper. I have and always will love this battalion and the people in it. I’ve set aside time for tryouts as much as possible to help us become more. I have spent countless hours just trying to make being a Deathtrooper a better experience for everyone. For me, just being able to see my fellow DT enjoy their experience on the server is enough to make me happy. I often get on when I’m not in a good mood just to talk to someone and get my mind off things for a bit. Even when I’m not in the mood to play the game, sometimes I’ll join the TS just to talk to enlisted and answer their questions or just talk in general. First, I want to main Death Trooper as my primary life and put as much time as possible into Death Trooper. Second, I want to assist in recruiting new DT's through selections as I enjoy doing tryouts and giving people the opportunity to do more in the server than just be a Storm Trooper. Lastly, I want to rank up in this battalion as much as possible and be someone people can look to if they need help or don't understand something and need a little guidance to better get to know the procedures we follow. I am active every night and I am always looking for ways to improve and better myself and others. I spend time talking to the people around me and being as inviting as possible.
