SteamID: STEAM_0:0:538322186 4. DiscordID: Destroyer#4887 5. Why do you want to be an Officer?: I have a lot of reasons why I want to be an Officer of A1, the first reason is general A1 branch. Since 2019 when I first joined CI, I wanted to be an A1, however I didnt have time to play. A1 was always a great branch back then, I loved the people in it. Now I have the chance to ACTUALLY become an A1 and I dont want to let that chance fly by me. Being an officer of A1 would be my complete dream on what I want to gain on the server. I enjoy the fact that the branch is back, I have great memories with it, I remember the people like Daedran and I kinda want to be like them?Of course I want to gain a lot in the branch. I also dont want the branch to just fly away and become inactive, I want to improve the activity within, I'd also like to help with the FTO system and to make A1 like before. Great and glorious, I loved the branch and I hope this one will be almost the same! With all of that said, I want the branch to become great. 6. What makes you competent enough to be an Officer?: The most important thing that makes me competent enough is my ability to improve and make a point. I have been an officer in a branch, I know it wasnt a high rank however a lot of people know me and they know that I am in fact a good person, letting me become an officer is a good experience for both sides, I could help the branch with a lot of stuff. I am actually in fact a very helpful member, I dont need to be command to be very helpful within the branch, however becoming one would help a lot. I am a very hard working member and I help the branches improve. Within the time in Nu7 I have did in fact try to improve on the branch's FTO system. I tried to improve activity and the general trainings within the branch. Due to the fact that I worked with a lot of high ranking people, I know what I need to maintain and keep up within the branch thats the most important. I enjoy being with my fellow command members or just generally branch members, I am very friendly to people not just people I know. I love helping fellow enlisted and answering their questions. I had some situations when I need to issue a punishment and I try to make them less painful and being friendly while even doing it, I am very patient, I also never powertrip. I try to make people have a fun time and a great experience on the server. With all of that said I think that I am a good pick for A1 command. 7. How will you maintain strong relationships and communication with other branches?: Im a known member of the community and I'd very gladly try to improve on relations, because of the fact that I am in both CI and MTF I actually dont need to improve on relations with these branches since I already have a strong relation with them right now (Whenever I feel like they are bad I always try to improve). I love my fellow members of CI or MTF and try to make them like each other. I'd also try to make a place that people can know each other, thats actually a hard thing to do, even within the same branch people dont know each other, thats a bad thing since they work with each other and no communication is always bad. I always try to improve on activity as I said, however whenever I am alone I always go to other channels in TS to talk to people in other branches to make sure they kinda know me. As a command member of A1 I'd try to do some events maybe not PTs because of my timezone so I never actually have a chance to make a PT. I've been in everry MTF branch and I helped command of these branches and I understand which problems each branch has and I know what I can do to improve on them. I try to make my fellow enlisted be respectful towards other people and most generally NOT argue in OOC, thats a really bad thing to do. I know people have arguments however as a command member of A1 I'd try to terminate them and make people like each other, maybe not love but just like each other so they dont argue.
