Trial Moderator Why do you believe that you deserve the rank? I believe that I deserve this rank for many reasons starting with how trustworthy I am. I feel that I am very trustworthy within the SCPRP community as I have been trusted with Command in medical, Senior Command in Delta-5, and Former Moderator and have made many friends within the 8 months I have been playing. I also believe that if I had Moderator I could help out with all the sits during late night when no one is really on. I am also fairly active throughout the day and getting Moderator will only make me more active than before. I've read through the staff handbook multiple times and I think I have a lot of knowledge on what to do during certain situations. Also, I'm very familiar with the ULX commands because of my experiences in event team. I feel I could be a great asset to the staff team and make it far in staff. Scenario questions: Select any two of the following four questions to answer for this section. Please note, in the scenario questions, we are not expecting perfect answers. We are accessing your critical thinking skills, and your ability to use the staff handbook and come to reasonable conclusions. Q1: How would you handle someone that is Mass RDMing and when you bring him/her to an admin sit all they do is curse at you? First I would ask them to please quiet down and stop cursing and if that doesn't work I would simply gag them. I would tell them that they will be getting a formal warning and a 5-day ban. I would then issue the formal warning and get a higher-up to do a 5-day ban on my behalf. Q2: You are involved in a staff sit that involves 5 different players. The players begin to get frustrated and the sit becomes very toxic and unproductive. What would you do in this situation? I would mute and gag each player until I got everyone's side of the story. Then with the knowledge, I now have from everyone I would issue the punishment accordingly. Q3: In your opinion, what is the best way to handle a situation involving a player that clearly does not care about the punishments they are receiving? I would keep adding on the punishments and let them know that the more warns you get the worst the punishments will get for the player so I recommend calming down. Q4: There is a player abusing a known bug, and he has been reported to staff. He swears he followed the server rules when you talk with him. What's the best way to handle this? I would check their warns and based on what they look like I may issue a Verbal if it's empty and they're new and then spectate them to make sure they don't do it again. If they have recent warns about the same thing I would issue a Formal.
