(150 Word Minimum): I believe I deserve the rank of trial moderator because I'm extremely active on the forums & have a lot of time playing on the SCP-RP Server so I know the rules of the server, I've wanted to apply for staff for a while now but I've just put it off because of other personal things but now I have a lot of free time to put into staff & other branches inside the SCP-RP server. I've learnt from my past mistakes on event team and I want to prove it by making it into staff. I've been recommended to join the staff team by multiple other of my friends so I'm going to put in an application and see how I go. I've been wanting to help new players on the server and I see so many new people that didn't read the MOTD break rules and they seem sincere when they talk to the staff granted they could be lying but most of the new players are kids so I really don't believe they would deliberately be a nascence in servers most of them get warns but I saw a few get a 4 week ban and stuff and I never see them re join the server so I'd just give them a warning but if it's really bad I'd get a higher up staff member to dish out the ban. and tell them to read the MOTD. First I'd gag the player and tell them that they are receiving a warning & a ban I'd then ungag the player and get their response on the matter I'd tell them if they feel that this is a false ban they can appeal the ban in the ban appeal section of the forums page I'd give them the ban appeals section link then call a higher up staff member to dish out the ban (if this is in TMod POV if it isn't then I'd give them the ban myself) Q2: You are involved in a staff sit that involves 5 different players. The players begin to get frustrated and the sit becomes very toxic and unproductive. What would you do in this situation? First I'd gag all players in the sit I'd then ungag each player individually and get their responses. if one of them has a recording/screenshot of the situation I'd ask them to give it to me for review once I checked the evidence I'd then check logs. once I've come to a final conclusion I'd then dish out the correct punishment, if the punishment is a ban I'd call a higher staff member to dish it out (if in POV as a Tmod if not I'd do it myself) ~ Tazza "The Certified Clown"

(With Screenshot Proof) 4 Why do you want to join the Red Right Hand team: I've always wanted to guard O5 Council members without getting my head blown off and becoming a RRH guardian will help me do what I want to do. Why should we accept you: I've had past experiences in combat branches, I've been able to lead a large amount of raids (CI) and handle a lot of MTF duties as different MTF, I've got a lot of free time and I want to play my favourite server and hopefully lead a crew of people and help others, I've been recommended to apply for RRH multiple times by my friends so I'm going to try and get into the RRH program. While I was in CI I mainly did close ranged combat as hotshot even with the nova I was pretty good at what I was doing, I was able to lead a few squads and I was able to capture or recontain different SCPs, I've been able to handle extremely dangerous situations while in CI, like grabbing SCP-682, Fighting a horde of MTF, mech raids, etc, I had a lot of fun doing what I loved doing and being in RRH will hopefully increase my love of this server. While in my time as MTF I've seen how hard it is to maintain the site and on the SCPs and deal with CI so as RRH I can hopefully assist my MTF brothers during downtime when there isn't much MTF on but there are multiple Keter/Euclid class SCP breaches, I've experienced SCPs hiding behind LVL 5+ Key card doors to be safe from MTF during downtime so If I'm RRH I can hopefully help MTF get that SCP that is hiding in the containment. (I Added this just for clarification/other mentions) Notes: Former RAS (RESEARCH), SFC (CI), OFC (GENSEC), RCT (E11), IA (R&D), CPL (Nu7) My time zone is ACDT (I'm Australian) so I'll be online during off hours mainly (the server ticks over to downtime at 3PM for me and I'm online a lot before that time. 6 Weeks Playtime (been playing since OCT 10th 2021) ~ Tazza "The Certified Clown"
