While you have demonstrated the willingness to go beyond what is considered minimum with your quota and other duties as an officer, you have neglected creativity along the way something that is needed as a command member. You have also on more than a few occasions shown serious error in doing certain activities, such as a flag-up, considering you were a previous COL this shouldn't of been a problem for you yet it was on many occasions. To your credit, it has improved, yet the flag ups remain uninspired. I hope this does not translate to other areas of work that you would have to perform as a command member. Your eagerness to exceed is commendable, and I'm sure it will serve you well in command as it has as an officer. Keep doing what you're doing and improving upon your errors, and you'll go far. PS. I recommend you improve your answers to some of the questions within this application. This is meant to be a test of knowledge and literacy competence and act as a gauge for community support.

I see no reason as to why they wouldn't be able to do the same as IQ's CMDR, if not better. They take the initiative in all matters, which is a quality that should be utilised, and the CMDR position would allow for it to be used even better than it already is. Good luck! I don't see it changing anytime soon, so I am certain that I could carry out the many tasks of an officer in a responsible and effective manner. Having spent the majority of my time on the server with this battalion and branch, I believe that my experience can be best used to benefit the Purge battalion as an officer. I am committed to holding not only myself but also my superiors and subordinates accountable to the expectations of their positions. +Support This would only add to the RP of the server and see the cantinas actually used for a change as well as create RP scenarios resolving around the rations, such as a mission we've had recently thanks to the Ninth Sister RP. Great suggestion.
