(150 Word Minimum) I have spent a long time in this community, and have a bond with it that I have with none other. I started my administration experience with Event Team to get to know some of the staffing community, and after 2 (almost 3) weeks in ET I have played enough of the server that I believe I am ready for staff. I am very dedicated to GL as a whole, and I expect that staff will be no different. I am always willing to learn, not only from my mistakes, but from general advice that I am given. I take feedback into consideration a lot, and if someone says I am doing something wrong, I will try to improve in that area, to not only satisfy the staff, but the community ran by it. I have gotten to know many community members, through RP and with ET and I think joining staff will allow me to know many more. Q1: How would you handle someone that is Mass RDMing and when you bring him/her to an admin sit all they do is curse at you? I would attempt to communicate with them to inform them of the issue, if they do not I would issue a formal warn and a 5 day ban following, and confirm that it is correct with other staff that are more experienced then me. Q4: There is a player abusing a known bug, and he has been reported to staff. He swears he followed the server rules when you talk with him. What's the best way to handle this? If there is clear evidence of him abusing this bug, I would give him a formal warn or a regular warn followed by a small ban (1-2 days) and report the bug to higher members of staff.

Started by watching Elitelupus which got me into DarkRP, I started with the more rp kind of modes with MilitaryRP, and for SCPRP I was just looking at the gmod servers saw SCPRP and decided to try it

Name: Adams SteamID: STEAM_0:1:119986069 Current Rank: LR Time in Research (Estimate): 2 months and 2 days exactly Why do you believe you should be in Research Command?(100 word requirement): Ever since I joined SCPRP I gravitated towards Research due to the fact that it is the most RP intensive branch, and not only do I love RP but can get very invested in it as most of my test logs show . I have also been command on many other RP servers, I have many traits that make me eager to learn, and provide that knowledge to others that need it. As shown in my recent trainings I have also been implementing other tactics to help JRs with getting into research such as switching to RIS unit and showing them how to do tests with D class, and giving them tours. I also have a great connection with the community not only in research but in other branches. Finally I have learned from my mistakes of my last application and worked to improve them to the best of my ability. What can you bring to the table that others can't? (100 word requirement): Like stated above I love helping lower enlisted with their endeavors so they can not only succeed in research but be inspired to stay and have fun! I also would try to ask others around me for feedback, and what I can improve on. I am also very determined, as if I am presented with an obstacle instead of giving up I attempt to figure out what I did wrong by either looking at my performance or asking others around me, and use that knowledge to help me get over the obstacle. I am very forgiving, and although I will provide discipline when needed I give people many opportunities to not only redeem themselves when they mess up, but make them feel good about it, and ready to move on. What would you do to better Research and increase activity? (100 word requirement): Firstly I would look for an alternative to mass tests. As they are overused and anyone above the rank of ADVR does not really attend them. I would start by doing more initial discovery mass tests, as it lets the researchers participate in creating a new SCP object! I would also host PT's that would benefit research, and other branches with cross branch PT's. I would also attempt to lean away from money prizes and lean more towards other types of prizes that benefit Research's RP, as money prizes don't give much of an advantage on SCPRP and although there will be people that will be there for the money using other prize types either alone or on top of money can draw a lot more attention. RA nydecore showed a great way of doing this by having all of Researchers work toward a reward of an SCP 682 mass test if a certain goal was met. And although some prizes might be denied by high command I am ready to think of more!

(If so, explain it): I have experience as an ET on a TTT server doing event rounds before and after server shutdowns. These events mostly consisted of other game modes in TTT. I will say this experience was more staffing then hosting events. I also hosted events in SCPRP, however i am unsure if this would translate well into SCPRP How Active are you? (1/10): 7. (Across all Gaminglight Servers.Put the date/reason/server, then explain each one.): 0 Why should we allow you to be an Event Team Member (150+ Words)?: As you can see i have made 2 previous Event Team applications both of which have been denied. Instead of giving up on becoming an Event Team member I decided to listen to the feedback given by other community members and tried my best to improve upon the issues pointed out by them as best as I can. I am also willing to learn not only from failures, but from advice given to me by more experienced ET members, and most importantly the community. I also have a lot of spare time on my hands and I think that becoming an ET member would allow me to use some of it to better increase the servers activity for the better. I have played on many servers in the past but never have felt a connection to them like I have with GamingLight and I think that joining ET will only strengthen that connection. I have gotten to know many members of the community, considering some as friends, and am eager to know many more. I have also played on gaminglight policerp and rust (rip) and gotten to know the server members there. I see ET as not only a way to get to know the community, but help them, and entertain them. Many times What is your favorite SCP? Why?: SCP 4885. I have always been a fan of infohazards, but 4885 has to be the creepiest by far. As with most info hazards there is something that you can do to prevent yourself from being affected by it but for 4885, once you know about it your already dead.
