Now with the other appeals it was already done and dealt with as I was already Punished for my actions at that time, But I am not one to fight with anyone about something like this, if you feel the need to say this then you may, but I will tell you my side as I think it would be fair, and with the Pickle problem we've already chat and we've made up about it as he was a good fellow SO with me, so any mistakes there I take and will forever hold with me as I am only human and Humans make mistakes all the time, and I think it was me and the Moderators fault for choosing to warn you for this little mistake but I was only following my higher ups decision. FoxTrot was Demoted my Sun's for being unfit for his new rank, if he wants to make Nova look bad then that right there is a problem on our Command team, as it shows that we're not able to be professional within this Battalion, so In my defense he called out Nova for no good reason as he made all of us look stupid in front of all command/troopers, and with the other account I was hacked over a year ago and I didn't have any proof to show that it was my account, as my friend has gifted me Gmod, as I was stupid to click on a CS:GO skin Link at that time, I was never warned/banned on that account but I was Warn/Banned on my New account, and which I was banned for Racism at the date of [Sep 16] which I clearly learned from my Mistake then, and now I wish I could get my Old account back so I can prove it to you guys, and as I have said before I am not capable of regaining my Old account, and in which I've already told staff before on what happened to my Old account.

-Support I have asked the DT that was ARDMed if he was annoyed by it, and with him stating that it was annoying for some SF to come onto bridge just for some attention with DT, now with me being a former SO that is what you would call annoying and it brings up the idea why did you do it? and with ur response "I just wanted DT's Attention" that is not a proper way to get their attention, maybe PM or ask and not break Rules on the server by going onto bridge as an SF [Which is not allowed] you are breaking a lot rules, in which I should of arrested you too for breaking said rules, now here's my evidence for this claim, and even DT LJ5 can agree that he annoyed and bothered him while he was RPing with Naval, and I did ask Nacho why he shot the DT and like I quoted before "I just wanted DT's Attention" -Nacho, so In which he is also lying! about this warn appeal app, and lying isn't good for this server, and also 4 weeks in game isn't really anything compared to other people on this server, like me for example I've been here for over a year first part of the year on a different account until it got hacked, and the other half on this account, and I still have been Banned on this server, so Server time doesn't really excuse you from doing stupid stuff like this [Breaking rules up on bridge Vice Command+ or Naval]
