2191 would be able to see cloaked individuals as it utilizes echolocation instead of eyes. Maybe that could be the addition to it?

Where in the 2191 article (on the SCP wiki) does it state that they’re vampires? They do seem to share some characteristics, but unless I missed it, they’re still able to be seen by cameras, robots, etc. If we’re really trying to be more accurate, 2191-1 makes clicking noises with its tongue for echolocation, as it can barely see any of the visible light spectrum. D4 would be able to hear this and know where they are. If I missed something in the 2191 article, please let me know.

I’m not sure what you’re trying to say here. Is there an in RP reason that MTF wouldn’t be able to call him out to D4?

Only thing I’m hesitant about that you +supported was D4 being unable to see 2191. If there are other MTF in the area with them, they should be able to target and kill 2191 because they would hear MTF call it out and see where they’re shooting. If D4 are by themselves, then they shouldn’t be able to engage.

What are you suggesting? - Lower the volume of the chainsaw when drawn or used to attack. How would this change better the server? - Currently when someone pulls out a chainsaw or attacks with it, it makes anyone talking in game or any other noises impossible to hear. Changing this would allow people to hear any other noises while someone has one out. Are there any disadvantages of making this change to the server? If so, explain. - People with chainsaws wouldn’t be able to be heard as well, but I think with the proper amount of adjustment this could an easily solved issue. Who would this change mostly benefit? - Anyone trying to talk in game while someone has a chainsaw out nearby. Please link any workshop content, screenshots, or anything that you think may be helpful to those who view this suggestion - N/A

Scenario Questions Q1: How would you handle someone that is Mass RDMing and when you bring him/her to an admin sit all they do is curse at you? I would first attempt to calm the player down so that I could address the offenses that they have committed and also inform them that they could get additional punishment for staff diss if they continued to be curse and be disrespectful. If they continue to curse at me, I would gag them and then continue on with the sit by first confirming the MRDM by checking logs and reviewing any evidence presented, and then I would give a formal warn for MRDM and for staff disrespect. I would finally contact a staff member that had the necessary permissions to preform a 5 day ban for MRDM and have them preform the punishment. Q2: You are involved in a staff sit that involves 5 different players. The players begin to get frustrated and the sit becomes very toxic and unproductive. What would you do in this situation? I would tell all of the players to calm down and be quiet so that the sit can resume and they can all get back to playing faster. If some players were still talking, I would tell them that if they did not be quiet, I would gag them, and them do so if they still were arguing.
