  1. +Support On frequently Shows good initiative Fun to play with Experienced with leading -Support App could use some more detail
  2. +Support: Mature and loves to play Great activity, gives good debriefs Shows huge commitment to the Corps and genuinely seeks improvement for all Understands position very well Good luck!
  3. +Support: Neo is amazing to work with Very detailed app, shows understanding of position Great and consistent activity Wants to solve the problem of more active officers than NCO, I have noticed this as well. Neo, if you receive VCMDR, I also think part of the problem is that we lose too many enlisted before they become NCO. Takes responsibility and I believe would handle things with grace -Support: None. Good luck!
  4. -Support In the future you could work a bit on the application providing more detail and proof reading it a bit. As others have said the lack of LOA notices is a big one. You could improve on this, but I cannot judge too harshly since my own activity has been spotty due to my job. +Support Nice person and a good leader. Good to work with. Doesn't minge and wanting to decrease the amount of minging in medical is a great thing. Good ideas overall, you just need to work on the app to expand upon them.
  5. Agreed. Gray is a great member of medical and is a good leader and role model. I disagree with this, as the lack of a microphone doesn't change Gray's ability to lead and garner my respect, which Gray has done. Overall +Support due to above reasons
  6. +Support: Good leader in combat, gives great combat directions in TS for medical personnel. But if Flanbro receives VCMDR I would personally like to see him instill this into other officers so that they do it for him and have a chance to shine and use their own leadership ability Great activity both in hours and in getting others to join medical Understands position and responsibilities -Support: Can become negative towards others, specifically those outside medical. Would need to be worked on if becoming VCMDR This negativity can be a bad influence on others in medical Believe others are better suited at the moment
  7. +Support: Very dedicated Good role model for enlisted, NCO, and officers Active Can answer questions from other members easily/help out if confused, understands how medical functions I personally look up to Grizzly as one of the earliest people I remember on the server, and from that time forward he has done a good job at pushing us all to better places. -Support: None, I think Grizzly is the best fit for medical VCMDR at the moment.
  8. +Support: Very detailed application Extremely active Understands role of officers Has ideas for improving medical -Support: None Some 501st people requested this from me. If you make a suggestion on forums I will support it and would be interested in developing this with you (ping me on Discord with link if you make one).
  9. 1. Whats your in-game name and rank: MC SG RSLO SGM Keegan 4571 2: Whats your timezone?: Central Daylight Time (CDT), UTC -5 3: Whats your SteamID?: STEAM_0:0:159204113 4: Why do you want to be a medical officer?: I want to be able to promote individuals who do well and make me proud of their performance. I also want to be able to be a leader both in the medbay and outside. 5: Whats your activity like on a scale from 1 to 10: (1 being terrible activity and 10 being on daily for a while): 7. Before going on LOA (wanted to ensure I had time for work and sleep in first week of my internship), I was consistently on for a few hours per day. During LOA I was active in the Discord answering questions and such. I expect to have the same level of activity as before my LOA, as work isn't as draining as I had expected. 6: Why should you be a medical officer?: I should be an officer since I have done well as a leader (see below), and respect all members of medical, from command to enlisted. I also should be medical officer for the ability to promote enlisted to higher ranks if they do exceedingly well as medics. 7: How well do you command other troopers?: I believe I am a good leader of medics, as there have been several instances where I was the highest ranking medical on with numerous enlisted and I kept them in line and engaged with tasks. If I notice they start to seem bored I assign tasks such as group patrols, giving checkups to battalions, etc. I keep them in line while still allowing them to have fun, and know when it is necessary to have a chat with trooper(s) when they are being problematic. 8: Why should we accept your application over other applications?: I am willing to put in sufficient time to help better medical corps and be a role model for other players.
