1. What is your IGN?: Havoc ATL COL Klepto 4867 2. What Regiment are you applying for? Vice commander for Havoc 3. Why do you want to be a commander of this branch? I want to become a vice commander for Havoc because I feel like I am ready for the responsibilities that comes with this position. I am prepared to take charge to help lead and to help improve Havoc. One of the ways that I can help is coming up with new ideas for SIMS and plans during events so that Havoc can be used more. I am a Colonel, and I already know what goes on as a Vice commander(due to my experience as a Colonel in leading and my past learning about Vice-Commanders). I could create some excellent SIMS for Havoc and the Havoc subbattalions; however, moving on, I honestly never thought that I would get to this point. I'm glad that I am in the position to at least apply for Vice-Commander. I feel that I'm well equipped for the position because, in my past experiences, I have had many people from Medical and Havoc that have guided me and taught me how I need to act and perform as a Vice commander. (These people include Grizzly, Koopa, and Wheat ). I want to be someone that can solve problems for the battalion, and the only way I can see myself doing that is to become vice commander. I know that I am someone willing to help people out, even if that means helping with battalion issues or dealing with people in an argument about something completely off-topic and unimportant. I will be someone who can help out with any problems that can come my way, and with this position, I feel that I can be fit for Havoc's Vice Commander position. 4. I have just been given a full-time position at work, so I should be able to get 3-4 hours on the server, and I also live in a different time zone, so some people might not always see me on. I try to be on every day for at least 3-4 hours if I can. 5. What is the Main Purpose of a commander for a branch? The vice commanders' duties are to assist the commander with Sims, player activity, disciplining, creating documents for the battalion(SOP and other training documents), helping the regiment strive to be one of the best battalions on the server. As vice commanders, we also assist with roster updates and watch over the battalion, ensuring that our troopers are not acting out of line and doing what they were trained to do. We are also backups just in case the commander can't hop on for a more extended period. Vice commanders are also the leaders for the battalion, so they are tasked with making the battalion enjoyable for trainees. Above that's just one of the ways vice commanders help with the activity. I am not one to go behind people's backs; I'm someone who asks for permission to make sure I don't mess up in any way. If I get this position, I will make some mistakes, but I will always apologize for anything I do wrong and try to fix my errors. Plus, it's a way I can learn some new stuff. I also feel like if I were to become a vice commander, I would perform well I am very confident that I could do a good job; I have said this before I take these applications like if I was applying for a job, I take this very seriously and I am ready for this jump. I would like to become a vice commander for medical because I feel like I am ready for the responsibilities that comes with this position. As of right now I'm a Rescue Squadron assistant command and I have seen that this sub battalion doesn't get to do on battel field surgery's when we do off map events that would be another thing m would like do help improve as well . I think it would be fun to create some scenarios for medical sub battalions. but moving on I honestly never thought that I would get to this point but I'm glad that I am in the position to at least apply for vice commander. I try to be on every day for at least 2-3 hours if I can and I also know about my LOA's they haven't been looking so good I some times forget to put them in like I sad I have a lot on my plate and sometimes I'm going to forget but I am always one to take responsibility for my actions I have already apologized for my inactivity. 5. I have been in medical for a pretty long time now and I have had lots of great people that I have learned so much of what it takes to be a leader(for example Grizzly,Koopa,Spaghetti and Blag). I think that all of these people have guided me and prepared me for what the vice commander role takes and I finally think that I am ready to take this leap and become a leader in this regiment. 4. The VCMDR roles are as follows leading the regiment, doing sims, training recruits and officers. VCMDR also make documents and help with SOPs to help insure that the new recruits have a good idea what they will be doing in the corp 6. Why should we trust you to be a commander? I'm not one to lie about anything if I was ever to do something wrong on purpose I would own up to it as I have in the past. and I have a zero tolerance for minging. I care way to much about this regiment to lie or let mingers into the regiment. I have worked very hard to get to this point in medical and I'm not ready to let anyone down I am ready to take the responsibilities of VCMDR. 7. How often can you be Online? But as I went up in the ranks I learned and started to care about what we do and what we are to the server/impairer. being apart of this team allows me to train and meet new people every day. The reason why I want to be a medical officer is I think I would make a good addition to the other officers and I feel like I already act like an officer. therefore I think with all the tryouts and the patrols/events I have done I think that I would do well as an officer 5: What's your activity like on a scale from 1 to 10: (1 being terrible activity and 10 being on daily for a while): I would say that my activity is between 7-8. 6: Why should you be a medical officer?: it didn't take long for me to climb the ranks because of my activity and the amount of events( check up events, battel events, and Sims) and tryouts I have done some of the officers have said that I am the back bone of medical for example Calvin. and like I said I think I would make a good addition to the other officers. 7: How well do you command other troopers?:when it come to commanding other troopers I always say something when they are doing something wrong and I do tend to take TRN/PVT out for patrols. and on the battle field think I do pretty well when telling medical troopers who they should be healing and where they need to be on the battle field so they are supporting every trooper in need. 8: Why should we accept your application over other applications?: I think I have made a pretty good impression on my fellow medical troopers I try and go above and beyond what I do on the server and I think can be a really good officer for this regiment I'd like to thank the person who is reading this application I hop that you consider me for the new officer position. thank you for your time I hope you have a good day.
