Yeah I agree the server has become less RP focussed and has shifted towards combat, and the very limited RP can be boring since its either really heavy or none at all. I believe that a way to fix it would be to limit combat a bit more and add bigger incentives for RP, or you could make the combat slower and have more impact.

You had a day on the server and had RDMed 8 D-Class that did nothing but stand in their bunks, from the evidence provided it looked like you purposely went around and RDMed people for fun, I was not provided any counter evidence when I asked you and I gave you the punishment that i thought was needed based on what had happened in the situation.

I also believe that I can be serious when it's needed. During sits, I give unbiased punishment and can listen to both sides. I can also deal with criticism and improve myself based on what others say. Since I came back to Gaminglight in October, I have taken on a lot of advice to get to the position I'm currently at. I believe that I would be able to help the community as an admin and improve on what I have learned so far. First of all I would try to calm them down if that doesn't work I would gag them while the other person talks, when its their turn to talk I would ungag them if they kept swearing I would gag them for a minute and explain to them that they're getting a formal warn for Player Disrespect and MRDM as well a 5 day ban and for the MRDM. Q3: In your opinion, what is the best way to handle a situation involving a player that clearly does not care about the punishments they are receiving? If the player has received multiple punishments and doesn't care about any of them I usually use spectate to see if they do it again if they do ill explain to them that they're getting a warn and a jail for 300 seconds, if he keeps doing it I will wait for him to reach the warning threshold that bans him for a day.
