I Believe I would be good for the position because I believe I am fair and since I'm in a different time zone I constantly see people breaking rules when no staff are on and I'm powerless watching it I want to help the staff team by being one of the few that are able to be on during late in the night and I still want to staff but on this server it also gives me something to do while the regiments I'm in are inactive. so i can deal with loads of sits I feel I would be a good fit for the position as I have previous experience the only problem I'm having here is stretching this to 150 word without sounding like a broken record I hope no one minds if this is 150 words or not ,I haven't counted

Q1: How would you handle someone that is Mass RDMing and when you bring him/her to an admin sit all they do is curse at you?
Temporarily gag them and tell them that ill be giving them a warn for mass rdming and a verbal for Staff disrespect
Q2: You are involved in a staff sit that involves 5 different players. The players begin to get frustrated and the sit becomes very toxic and unproductive. What would you do in this situation?
Ask them one at a time and sort out the situation by find if someone did something wrong [by looking at logs and proof] and if they did administering proper punishment.
