2. Why do you want to become the position of Marshal Commander?:
There are many reasons why I wish to become the next Marshal Commander. Firstly, I would like to become the next Marshal Commander because to put it simply I think I would do a great job. I feel I have proven that I am a responsible, hard working & dedicated person. I have put forth a lot of time and effort into the ARMY branch as a whole, not just IC whether that be hosting sim's & training's or separate missions for other battalions to build a bond and forge stronger connections. Within my time in IC as VCMDR & CMDR I feel I have established my reputation as being a person anyone came to if they ever have concerns or problems within the server. If I am selected as the next Marshal Commander I will continue to do this on a greater scale. If it happens that I am not selected as the next Marshal Commander I will still strive to do my absolute best to make IC great and help other battalions where I can.
3. What is the biggest thing you would bring to Army High Command?:
There are many things I feel I could bring to the Army High Command. Firstly , I would bring my hard work and dedication. I feel I have proven not only to myself but to others that I am a very dedicated person and will always strive to complete a task to the best of my ability. I have consistently put up great number's each month in terms of simulations and training's and moved IC into a serious contender for one of the best special forces battalions on the server. I have made it my goal since becoming IC command to show everyone that the Imperial Commandos are capable and good at completing any task handed our way. I have put in a lot of time to work one on one with each member of the Imperial Commandos and ensure that they have all the necessary tools to make them the best possible Officer, NCO Or Trooper they can be.
4. What is the purpose of a Marshal Commander?:
Firstly, One of the purposes of a Marshal Commander is to guide and assist any battalion that requires it. This means to step-in and ensure that everyone in the respective battalion is performing their duties to the best of their abilities. I personally accomplish this by speaking with every IC member weekly to ensure that they understand their role and that they have all the necessary tools to complete these roles. I am always a very approachable person and made it my goal to ensure that anyone within IC can message me at any time regarding anything and I will do my best to assist them.
Secondly, Another purpose of Marshal Commander is to provide updates/changes to a battalion every once and awhile to ensure that the battalion is always fresh and does not become stale. The Garry's Mod community is growing significantly each day, this means that there is constant additions & updates to the Garry's mod Workshop, this provides us with the means to update a battalion whether it be adding new weapons or changing models to give battalions a fresh look or simply tweaking battalions Hit points and armor. When you have consistent updates within a battalion it provides players with a fresh outlook and feeling to the regiment and this almost always draws new players into the battalion.
Lastly, The most important duty of a Marshal Commander is to prove to everyone you can be a reliable person and a person that anyone can reach out to when they require assistance. I feel I have accomplished this in IC and I will continue to do this in the future.
5. Why should we trust you to be Army High Command?:
Firstly, I believe I am deserving of the Marshal Commander position just for the simple fact that I feel I have Earned it. I have spent a ton of time within a gaming light community. I have been a VCMDR twice and a CMDR once . I feel as in my time as both VCMDR and CMDR I proved my loyalty to the Army branch and the loyalty to the server. I have given countless hours to the server and always strived to do my absolute best to make anything I am a part of a great experience.
Secondly, I believe I am deserving of the Marshall Commander position because of what I have been able to do for IC. Since returning from my break from gaming light, I have put all my time and energy into reviving IC and I feel it is safe to say that I have done that, We now have one of the most active battalion on the server, we also have competent and dedicated officer's within our ranks who are more than capable of leading anyone into battle. We also have fantastic NCO's and Troopers who are always willing to help and learn as much as they can. IC has been a blessing for me. It has always been a place I can go to escape real life stuff and I hope I have provided the same experience to anyone who has decided to hop on the IC job.
