Flight Lieutenant (FL) How many strikes do you have? i have none at this moment and i have never had one Why should we trust you with an Officer rank? SF should trust me with officer rank due to me having much experience with SF and changing to a more mature man in SF. SF should mainly trust me because there have not been reports/have had strikes in the past, and I keep getting told well done doing tryouts and being active by high members in SF. I think SF should also trust me because I'm an officer for gladius also for what I believe is an excellent squadron for people who want to become a starfighter who fights in the air and sets an example to enlisted. The gladius members support me and have said that I'm doing a great job in SF and gladius. I also consist of doing event more tryouts and doing even a better job supervising SF. I have also been told that I have been improving from the times I was "mingey," and people have said that I'm stepping in the right way as an NCO and SF member. Another critical point SF should trust me because I have been active and helpful to SF, either by doing sims, setting up events for SF, and having a solid connection with SF members. What can you do to assist command with this rank? I can assist the command by supervising tryouts if people need help with them. I am getting members in by the ideas I have had, like, for example, doing an open house sort of thing. And all around helping command if they need help with needing steam ids requiring a gamemaster or a moderator or anything that I have to offer as a gm or moderator. I also can help command by being an active member and over-seen SF as a whole, having them do sims, and pretty much having SF just all and all active. I can also help command with any doubts they have about any specific players due to me having a solid bond with pretty much everyone in SF that has been in SF for like a week. This is pretty much the big point I bring into SF if I become an SF officer. Do you agree that if you are striked within the first week you will be put back down to the NCO rank? Yes.

i was not doing that sit i was in the back looking at it but i was not the person who actually was doing that sit people were complaining (i rec all my sits/brings for reasons) i dont have a clip of you and i watch over them weekly just in the cases of this so im 90% sure it was someone else i never really dealt with that and i remember btw you saying the nwrod in chat and also in ig chat i dont have a rec of this because it was not my sit tho other admins also gaged you like 12 times for player dis and also racism "Hawkeye then brought you into a sit about the disrespect.
