This promotion will allow me to help out the Police Department even more than I am already. Also, I've gained other experience while being a Lieutenant in State and a Colonel in SCU. Activity: I am very active, I am on multiple hours of the day dealing with command things and overall helping the Police Department. I never ignore anyone, I am always willing to help out and perform to the best of my abilities. Maturity: I feel that I am very mature. I never act immature during serious and RP situations. Being mature is contagious if one person is mature during an RP situation then others will try and follow. Professionalism: I am very professional. I never act out of hand during a situation and I never would because being professional is one of the most important things of being a command member. Leadership: I feel I am a great leader, I lead my fellow officers into making great decisions and improvements to their abilities. I show them the rights and not rights and show them how to brighten their future in PD. Furthermore I have been Captain for 9 weeks. I have learned so much and feel I've mastered all of the things needed as Captain. Lastly on my points I will talk about being kind: If you are mean and a dictator in command you will not get very far. What I mean by that is no one will think of you as a leader but more as a dictator. They will not improve themselves and not listen to you. Also you don't know what someone is going through so the last thing you should be to them is harsh and not kind. To wrap up my Major Application I would like to say that this promotion would further benefit the Police Department and I will not let you guys down.
