(150 Word Minimum) When I First Joined the Gaminglight Community I did not know what to do and Only played Criminal, But when Became a donator and gained access to Diamond Jobs I thought I would try joining FBI, When I joined I started Only Playing Gov that's when I became Interested In staff, I looked at the Requirements and Began working to meet them I became Active on The Forums, and Started Grinding the Police RP Server. Once I met those Requirements I applied and made a few Errors then when I learned what I did wrong I began working again to Fix the Errors in my Application. And now I am here to Reapply with my new and Improved application, I was first motivated to become staff when I saw that during Certain times of the day such as morning or Late Night not a lot of staff is on causing a mass flood of sits, I have seen Administration struggle with all of these sits and Believe I could help take sits and be active for anyone who needs help. I am a member of FBI, HRT, and SS This has made my time on gaminglight a lot better. I have Recently Been Promoted to SAIC in FBI which is the Highest Supervisor Role you can get before Low command, All of this Time has Taught me the Rules and what you can and cant do, I am very aware of the MOTD and Staff Guidelines. -Requis How would you handle someone that is Mass RDMing and when you bring him/her to an admin sit all they do is curse at you? I would access the Situation First asking The Offender to stop Cussing me out, Because it is considered Staff Diss. Then when or If they calm down I ask both the Victim and Other Person their sides of the Story, I will then Check the logs to see if this adds up And if it does I will Look at the players Play time and Warns to See if this is a first time. If it isn't and they have a lot of warns and Low Playtime I will Call a Higher Administration To give Them a Ban Depending On previous Offences and Playtime, This Depends if they are new to GMOD Or if they are active in another Server and came to Gaminglight to Minge/RDM. If The Offender does not Cooperate and Is Lying I will add it to his List of warns Such as Staff Diss Mass RDM and Lying to Staff. I will then ask him If him he is new to GMOD and if he responds Yes, I will Explain to him Why he cant do what he did. Explaining each warn so he understands. If he Responds No I have been playing GMOD for a while I will ask him Why he did Mass RDM, Staff Diss and Lying to Staff. Then I will call for a higher up So he can be banned for 5 days for Mass RDM, Lying to Staff, and Staff Diss. I am going to be resigning for Delta Squad, I didn't have the time put in to become anything other than a Recruit but It did teach me some lessons and help me understand the roles of the tac units a little better. I hope this department grows and everyone that has joined has a great time! After all I believe the Weaponry and Vehicle Structure Is great especially when you first join. I liked playing as DS as it was my first ever Tac Dpt. And it will always be remembered by me. -Requis

Started: I first joined about a year ago but I was new to GMOD and was on a computer that had struggles running anything so I left pc but I recently started playing after Christmas this year because I have Upgraded my Pc. Time zone :CST Reason for rank: When I first got GMOD I was just messing around in other servers not really enjoying any of them, Then My close friend told me about a Server Police RP that he was on. And liked so when I joined, I began playing this server a lot to the point where I saved up my money to buy the diamond rank. When I got this rank I began to have more and more fun, With being able to join FBI and use other Jobs that were restricted for users who don't have ranks. When I began having a lot of fun on the server I began looking at was Available for me to have more fun. Then My friend from before Informed me I could apply for staff and help other players who were having problems or were new and needed help understanding everything. I new I could help since I am on the server a lot, So I began reading up on the Rules and Guidelines for moderators and began working to meet those guidelines, I have became Active on the Forums I have also been on team Speak and Been on the server for a week plus. I believe I could bring more activity, As I have seen their isn't enough mods on for all the Reports so I could help with that. I am also very dedicated to this server. and have been recently saving for the Platinum rank. I am also willing to put in some time and work in case I don't meet any requirements for this position. But I believe I do I have at least a week on the server also 25 or higher posts on the forums and I believe I am known across the many departments I am apart of such as Delta Squad FBI and HRT. Response to the mass RDMER: I, Would ask them to please stop cussing me out because I find it disrespect full towards me, (If they continue the Staff Diss I would warn them if this continue They will be warned for staff diss) after this I would check the Logs to make sure this is valid and he did RDM if he was perhaps adverting a raid or such and the player wasn't aware I would let him know that he adverted raid and it seems everyone inside was KOS from the raider. If for say their was not advert for Murder, ETC I would First warn him for Player/Staff diss if it continues as for the Mass RDM I would call for a Moderator or Moderator plus so he can be banned for his 5 day ban for RDM on 4 or more players. + Support I agree with this because many people don't rp with the tow truck driver and just steal their car back without paying. The tow Truck Driver is often calling PD or asking for help because people keep stealing the cars. (A mechanic could be you have to lockpick it so it would come off.)
