(Can be any length): why i believe that i deserve the rank because I have been playing on the server for a long time now and i have seen a lot of people doing things that they should not be doing. so I want to show them that they can have fun without messing with other people's role play. I want to help people on this server that need help. I hope i can learn more about being a good staff member. I am mostly a really experienced person when it comes to being apart of a Staff Team I do also like answering the tickets no one else want to take.. I like to work with people who are on the team and meet new people. I am very active when it comes to servers like these. I am very experienced and I know a lot of commands and I know the basics and what I am doing as a Staff Member. I know how to handle situations peacefully and try to calm people down when things get to heated. I personally like helping people with their situations and trying to make the server a lot better and keeping the community straight by making sure people are following the rules. I am a very chill person and I try to make sure that things really do not go out of hand and I try to be as quick as possible. I think I would be a great fit cause I have learned from my previous mistakes and I hope that people look at my application with a clean slate. I want the server to grow I am not someone who jumps to conclusions and I just try to make it best for everyone. I am very open to helping with anyone if they need help. I am a team player How would you handle someone that is Mass RDMing and when you bring him/her to an admin sit all they do is curse at you?: I would bring them to me and then i would ask him what is going on with him after that i would ask them for their side of the story and if both of them make good points i would see if they are just Confused about what happen and then i would tell them that they should not be doing that even if they get mad, MASS RDM is not a good thing to do. Also that if they do infact continue to Mass RDM is could result in a five day ban. So i would Formal warn them [Mass RDM x1] and i would call a Mod+ to help me out. Now if they were being uncooperative I would bring them to me and if they start shooting at me I would freeze them. If they started to mic spam or curse or yell. Try and calm them down and if that does not work them !gag them. If it seems like They will not going to calm down then i would ask in staff chat for a Mod+ to help me out with this person and i would watch and see how They are dealing with the situation and remember that for next time I have an uncooperative sit. Just learn it all over and go with the flow.

Ok so. 1x RDM/RDA - Warning (Verbal or Formal) 2x RDM/RDA - Formal Warning + Jail (300 Seconds) 3x RDM/RDA - Formal Warning + Jail (600 Seconds) 4+ RDM/RDA (Mass RDM/RDA) - Formal Warning + 5 day Ban Except being a trial again I probably wouldnt jail the person . Normally I like to give verbal warnings first. Second time would be a formal for sure. Depending on the RDM count

I've been a Senior Moderator on this server before. I dont have access to the actual staff handbook anymore as I was away for like 5-6 months. I dont remember the punishment protocols. I would say for a Mass RDM that would be look into from the logs. Warn them for Mass RDM x1 and then screen shot them or Medal the the clip and have it posted in the staff chat for a higher staff to ban them if its multiple times.

(Can be any length): I wouldn't say i deserve anything. I would however like to join the staffing team because to be frankly honest. I do miss doing that type of work. Some of the staff members i have already met seem like the type of people i could be on a team with and do good things for this wonderful community. Wether im accepted or not. One thing I have learned is do not feed the raging beast. Talking in a polite and calm manner to help alleviate the situation and to hopefully calm down the person in the sit. If that fails and i wouldn't be able to get a word in. Gagging them could be another good option. Ask them if they have calmed down and are ready to be civil. If ot will become that much of an issue then perhaps getting another more experienced staff member involved would be a good idea to help to better mediate the situation. All in all the main goal would be to calm them down to try and better understand their frustrations or get to the full picture of what just occured in that particular situation. Keep cool, stay calm, be professional.
