Plus the plenty of times of real life leadership experience. Why do you want to be a Pyke Officer? (100 word minimum): First I wish to be officer because I want to support Pyke activity, the current roster is full of future NCOs and Enlisted and I want to see them continue Pyke, but I don't see that possible with so few officers at this time. I also want to see Tatooine and Pyke be more incorporated with the server instead of being forced to do combat when dealing with imperials raids and their own raid. I also want to see Tatooine constantly utilized if Pyke can constantly be doing what they do best it would push expansion of use of Tatooine. Why should you be trusted with this rank? (100 word minimum): As stated before I am a 1LT within Tank, this gives a positive situation for this position because I have 2 perspectives on the Pyke, I feel this is good for seeing what's best for the Pyke this in turn can really help balance and push the Pyke to be a more incorporated battalion instead of just random forced events. I always try to do my best even if I am sometimes off and on. Finally I want to see Pyke become more of a threat because currently Pyke raids are very quick assaults rushing to bridge, when I feel they should be slow multistage attacks against a whole ISD or Imperial Base. This is just an example of what I want to see and this gives you an idea of what I want to see Pyke becoming a more prominent factor with more activity, numbers, and things to do. Also I notice there is little to no activity in my active weekday hours, and I also want to see that change with this application, to make pyke become a constant, continuous factor in the server as well. How many warns on Gaminglight servers do you have? None to my knowledge 5. Why do you want to be an Officer? I want to improve the battalion, make it more unique and utilized. Tank troopers don't do very much, I always notice other battalions doing sims and trainings while Tank Troopers run around the ship not doing much. I want to build more out of the battalion, see more actually doing stuff and less running around. I find this running around to be very boring at times. I feel I have enough experience in an NCO position to move up to this rank. On my time I have seen a majority of my strengths and weaknesses, I can admit when I am wrong or have failed something. But I am willing to learn from any of these encounters to be the best I can to grow and expand this battalion. 6. What time zone are you in? Central Standard Time (CST) 7. What can you do to improve the battalion? As stated in prompt 5, I want to see more things to do with tank, and get more interest into tank. Because currently tank doesn't really do much compared to other battalions and if we see more out of this battalion I hope we can see more people come and there's so much potential but the current use state prevent this. I just want to see more to do and use with it than there is now. This sub battalion is very similar to the main battalion of stormtroopers it's a skeleton crew of those who actually want to focus themselves on the growth and future expansion of the battalion. I want to be one of those few. I understand this could a long process beyond my time in the battalion, but I want to start or continue it in any way I can. 8. How do you differ from other applicants? I am willing to learn and hoping to be expected to meet beyond the standards of this position. I will also see that the expectations placed upon me are always met when able to. Though I may not have the experience of of other applicants for this job I want to find this experience. If I were to make a mistake or fail on a position such as this I would take that and see what I messed up. I want to see myself succeed, but also fail then learn to become the best on this position I can.
