  1. 1. What is your IGN? (In Game Name) : ARCL LTCOL Stec 01 2. What Regiment are you applying for? I am applying for 501st VCMDR. 3. Why do you want to be a commander of this branch? I want to become a VCMDR for the 501st for some very high key reasons, one of the reasons I want to become a 501st VCMDR is to help improve the activity as a 501st, as an officer I have helped improve it but even then I am very limited on what I can do. If I can become VCMDR I can have a little bit more access as to what I can do such as protocols to call for the troops of the 501st!! As well if I can become a VCMDR of the 501st I would like to help communicate with the officer team on changes that can be made to improve the troopers gameplay and discuss it with 501st CMD/SNRCMD/HC as to help provide a better feedback and get better experience for everyone. I would also be there as a scout for potential officers for the 501st officer core and mentor them in the right direction so in case they seek 501st CMD I can get them prepared and ready for it! Ultimately I wish to become a VCMDR to help out the 501st grow as a battalion as a whole! Helping out grow ARC, PHZ as well as heavy, I could help assist these sub branches in any way possible. I also mainly want to become a VCMDR for the 501st as it is something I’ve been considering on seeking ever since reaching 2LT within the battalion, I care for each and every one of the troopers within the battalion and I would do absolutely anything for them to improve their experience on the server! These are just a few reasons why I wish to become a VCMDR for the 501st! 4. How much game time do you have on the server? https://www.battlemetrics.com/players/967233329 2,077hrs but I started back in 2019 on another steam account so I have a little over that. 5. What is the Main Purpose of a commander for a branch? When it comes to a VCMDR/CMDR of a branch there is no “main purpose” as a command member you have multiple purposes for your branches. As a command member within a branch you are to set the example for your troopers on how they should behave while on a day to day basis, you should act professional whenever handling stressful situations on the server, being able to make decisions on the fly to help improve the battalions relations with other battalions as well as the structure and condition of the battalion to be well over what is expected. Another big purpose that a VCMDR has is to make sure that the officers are staying on top of their game, not just their quota but activity, flag ups and communication within the battalion, the VCMDR should be encouraging officers to talk to enlisted/NCO’s to get a hold of stuff that could potentially cause an issue. VCMDR’s as a whole are the 2nd in command in case the CMDR is not available so they are trusted to make big decisions that could affect the battalion, they are to also be a mentor to any officer that may need the extra help on their day to day duties! VCMDR’s should also work with leads to improve docs, loadouts or anything that feels needs to be changed. These are a few major purposes a VCMDR has within the branches. 6. Why should we trust you to be a commander?: I feel I should be trusted with VCMDR as I have shown that as an officer, I fully know my responsibilities as an officer. I do my best to keep the battalion running day in and day out, from recruiting new troops into the battalion to improving the member count within the battalions I do everything possible to improve the 501st with no fail, as a LTCOL I have improved the members within Phase, JT and ARC alone. I have also helped grow the NCO team from 3 members up to around 8-9 members as of right now. I do my best to keep the battalion growing and will continue to do so regardless of my position. I also make sure to keep my troopers/officers up to date about anything and everything going on with the battalion unless needed to be kept until the time is right, as well as I make sure to keep my troopers behaved punishing them if the were to act up (given I am provided evidence about their behavior) and to hand out excess actions if need be! I have also had multiple experiences within a position of power, I have been an officer within shock and IC many times with shock reaching all the way up to LTCOL/COL, as well as I have been in IC CMD as VCMDR Sev and IC CMDR Boss and did very well in those positions! With these things I feel I should be trusted with the position of 501st vice commander. 7. How often can you be Online?: My schedule is as follows: Sat: 2:30PM-8PM (5.5 hours) Sun: 2:30PM-8PM (5.5 hours) Mon: 2:30PM-2:30am(12 hours) Tues: 10AM-2:30am(17 hours) Wed: 10AM-2:30am(17 hours) Thurs: 10AM-2:30am(17 hours) Frid: 10am-6PM(8 hours) 8. Do you have any Warnings? (What for?): As of typing this Application I have 0 warnings.
  2. What is your Ingame name? 501st Phase Zero SSGT PZ23 What is your SteamID? STEAM_0:1:179702578 How Long Have You Been In 501st? I have been a part of the 501st for a while, I have left and rejoined throughout the 4 years I've been a part of Gaminglight. Recently I have been within 501st for 1 month or so. Why Do You Want to Become an Officer? [100+ Words] I want to become a 501st officer to help the battalion run smoother, I see a lot of officers tend to get on then hop off the server quickly. This causes the enlisted and NCOs to get off as well, I wish to join the officer core to help out other officers with ideas on how to improve the battalion as well as ideas for sims to do to hopefully keep more enlisted on the server as well as hopefully collab with other battalions to hopefully get some more new members within the 501st battalion. I want to become an officer to help keep any minging or disrespect from the 501st down to a minimal by giving out disciplinary actions if needed as long as I'm given proper evidence for each situation. I can say some NCO's did NOT receive the proper training they needed in order to become an NCO, nothing against the NCO's but most never got the full proper training they required such as a tryout hosting or taught how to handle an issue whenever an enlisted would act up, most NCO's have not been trained on how to handle these situations whenever they may occur. It's also caught my eye a lot of the NCOs don't fully know or understand how much of an influence they have on troopers, as an officer I would like to make sure I helped teach the NCO's while they worked their way up on how to become an officer and to help hone their leadership skills in case they need to take over if an officer is not online. This is an important step in case they wish to also one day become an officer like me How could you assist the 501st Command with this rank? [75+ Words] I would assist the 501st Command team with the officer rank by helping with coming up with several sims a week to try and keep the 501st busy throughout the day! I would also make sure to hand out promotions of my own to troopers I feel like deserve them. I would also become more involved with each of the sub-branches such as Phase Zero, jump troopers, Heavies and ARC to see where they need to improve on, what they may need changed or what they feel like could help them out. If it requires full on changes with loadouts, model changes or buffs I would get as much information as possible and bring it up to the command teams' attention instead of them having to hear about it from several other people at once to avoid any irritation or spam within their discord or team speak inbox. I would also get with each enlisted I may come across and ask them for feedback on how to change or improve the 501st for the better then report it back to command. How many strikes do you have? As of right now I have 0 strikes within the 501st. What Qualifications could you bring to the 501st Officer Team? For qualifications for 501st officer team are as follows: -I'm Active within the community -I'm reliable. -I do my job to the best effort -I know what is expected of me as an officer Have you had any previous experience has an Officer? I have had multiple experiences as an officer. I've been an officer within 501st a couple times before within the past 4 years I've been on the server, I have been a commander within IC in the past. I have been an officer within IC multiple times as well and have done my best to help them out for what they need. What is the purpose/duty of an Officer? 1. Activity- As an officer you must ensure that the enlisted and officer are maintaining a well-rounded activity on the server, make sure to have flag ups happen and keep sims going being on whenever you can to help keep the battalion going. 2. Promotions/punishments- While an officer is online it is their job to make sure that enlisted (and NCO's) are either promoted for their good hard work during events or on ship, recommended for promotion if the officer can't promote or they also must be ready and willing to punish any trooper that may conduct themselves poorly towards any other battalion, such as PTing them or to have the trooper striked or possibly removed. 3. Sims/Trainings- Whenever an officer is online they must make sure to evenly spread out sims and trainings for their troops, this is to make sure they are A: Always having something to do on the server so they aren't walking around bored out of their mind or getting off reducing activity and B: the trainings could help increase the skill the 501st have to increase their enjoyment within the server. 4. NCO training- While you are an officer you are also required to help any newly made NCO figure out what to do such as making sur they are tryout certified, an office must make sure they are doing it properly and by the doc so that the person joining has earned the role within the battalion. Officer should go through and let the NCO know what is expected of them and to explain how to handle certain situations in each aspect and when to seek out guidance from an officer. 501st MAJ+ Approval: Jimmy/Hammer Hanjo/Stec
  3. +Support -Has previous experience -Knows what is expected of them as an officer -Good app -Pretty active on the server Good luck Obito!
  4. +Support -Has previous experience with being an officer -Good application -knows what is expected of them Good luck!
  5. What is your in-game name? Shock HVY 1SGT Suki SK956 What is your current rank? Current rank is 1SGT How long have you been in Shock? I have been in shock recently for about a month or so, but I have had around a year or two overall within shock from previous experience. How much time do you have on the server? As of right now I have around 2-4 years on the server as of currently, I started around late 2020 or early 2021. I started on the server around Aug 2020 but the steam account I used back then was hacked so I lost it and the time, so my battle metrics won't show that time! Why do you feel that you deserve the position of officer? I feel like I deserve the position of Shock officer for several reasons, and I will list them down below: -Experience: I have a lot of experience within being an officer not only within shock and other battalions. I have been a CMDR within IC back in 2020-2021, I have also been a LTCOL within shock in the past and did as many sims as possible to try and keep up the activity within shock. I have also recently been a 501st officer, I did my best to handle any situation the troopers faced as far as issues with other battalions or within the battalion. -Professionalism: As far as I've been told from my fellow officers and command team, I have proven to them and myself as well as enlisted that as an NCO I can do my job and I can execute it well. Whenever I find an issue within the NCO team or in shock overall, I always try to handle the situation as quickly as possible and as professionally as possible!! I always do my best to let the lower NCO's know what part of their job is and teach them how to do it as well. Why do you feel you can be trusted to hold this position? I feel like I should be trusted with the rank officer within shock by my actions within the shock battalion when I am on job, I make sure that shock take their role seriously whenever we are doing events or doing roleplay on the server during uptime as this is the time, we need to make sure the minging and law are kept to standards. However, as it is a gmod server I make sure to let the troopers know it's okay to have fun every once in a while, on the job, such as going on sims, having some fun in teamspeak with jokes and such. I feel like I can be trusted as I help make sure the job gets done while making it fun for everyone in game or in teamspeak. If chosen, what can you add to the battalion that other applicants can't? If I am chosen to be an officer within shock, I will do several things which I will list below: -Discipline: The shock troopers as a whole (Enlisted, NCO and officers) have lacked discipline as far as listening to leadership to shock, as an officer I will ensure that it is enforced that when it comes to serious roleplay or events that all shock need to listen to their superiors regardless of the situation. If any shock trooper is to not listen or follow orders within the appropriate time I would PT them accordingly and if it gets to the point needed, I will consult with a MAJ+ on a possible strike to the trooper. -SIMS/Activities: I have seen as of late shock tend to struggle with keeping busy other than guarding sectors, this leads to us losing A LOT of troopers for small reasons! If I am given an officer, I would increase this by doing as many sims as I can such as parkour, PVE, Breach and clear and many more so that other shock troopers can not only stay active but may also work with other battalions or other subbranches to learn and grow from one another! This could help not only shock, but any battalion relations shock may have and possibly get more people into shock. -NCOs: I already do this as a 1SGT within shock however as an officer I would push even more so, I would ensure that all NCO's are keeping up with their quota and doing my best to help assist them if any need it! This being said, if an NCO isn't able to do their job such as being tryout certified I would ask to confirm it was the case and afterwards I would certify them on the tryouts. If any NCO were to feel like they are confident in their skill to do the tryout I would pull them aside and give pointers on how to do their tryout and what to look out for. Additionally, I would make sure to remind the NCO's that their job is to ensure the Enlisted are taken care of such as teaching them what all they need to do such as showing PVT's arrest bails, how to handle sector assignments and much more. How active can you be? I can be active 4-12 hours Tues-Friday I can be active 2-6 hours Sat-Mon
  6. Major -Support I have had very little interactions with Trey, but I can tell from the few that I have had he is not ready for the position of Deputy director as he is hot headed, aggressive and is extremely rude towards anyone and anything that does not go his way. I feel as if he should have more time as a SO before receiving the position of Deputy Director.
  7. +Support -Has previous experience -willing to help improve the battalion -Loyal to the battalion he joined As someone who has had experience with Osiris in the past, I can say he is a very dedicated trooper to the battalion he is in, he has done several tryouts and helped bring good recruits into shock in the past and I am confident he can do such again! Good luck on the application Osiris!!
  8. -Support As someone who has been under and above you, I can say with a clear conscience you ARE NOT ready for Shock officer. On several occasions I have had to talk to you about your attitude towards troopers as well as to higher ups, you are a very active member of shock, but you don't listen to your higher ups which is a crucial part of being an officer as you show the enlisted and NCO's that its "okay" to talk back or not listen to their higher ups. I feel you need to improve on being open to criticism from You're a good person overall but as a shock NCO you are NOT ready for this position. As well you need to make sure you follow the format of the application like everyone else has in the past. Good luck on the application and have a good day Quinn!
  9. What is your in-game name?: ARC 2LT Suki 07 What is your steam name?: [GL] Suki What is your steam ID?: STEAM_0:1:179702578 Do you have any other experience with staffing?: Yes, I have had experience with other RP servers. I was a Moderator for GL a while ago back when I first joined and helped out keep the ISD clear of minges. What date did you start playing on the community? Vaguely I believe it was October in 2020. What date did you make your forums account? November 17, 2020 Current rank on server (This is a ULX rank ONLY! Not a RP Rank)? Gamemaster/Darth How many warns do you have on the server? 0 warns. Have you donated? Yes, I have donated a good bit to the server. What rank are you applying for? Trial Moderator Have you read the staff guidelines at You will be tested on it: Yes. Timezone: Eastern Standard Time (EST) Permission (Admin+ need this): N/A Why do you believe that you deserve the rank? (Can be any length): I believe I deserve the rank of Trial Moderator as I have been in the spot previously in the past and never did anything to break the trust of those higher up, I also believe that I deserve this spot as even though I'm not currently staff I try my best to keep everything peaceful within the server, I want to make sure everyone is happy and satisfied with each time I am on the server. I keep myself cool headed with a lot of situations on the ship when most would lose their patience, I have experience handling stressful situations such as staff not only in the past but the present with being in shock I learn each day how to find new ways to help newer ST's stay within the rules while having their own fun. While in the position, regardless of if I am on the job or on my RP life, I would make sure to conduct myself of a higher standard for other staff and members of the community to look up to as a Staff role is also a role model position for other players to see. How would you handle someone that is Mass RDMing and when you bring him/her to an admin sit all they do is curse at you?: If I were to accept a ticket where someone Mass RDMed there are several ways to go about it. A: If it's being reported by another player, I would ask for both to remain silent, if one if not both continue to curse at me or at each other I would have them both gagged and let them know if they kept the same behavior, they both could be warned. After hopefully the situation is calmed down, I would ask the reporting player to provide evidence of a mass RDM, if the evidence is provided and checks out, I would make sure to warn the person for Mass RDM then ask an Admin or someone who can do so in the staff discord to ban them for the 5-day ban that is given for the punishment. I would make sure to put the request in and provide the evidence that is given to me. Regardless of if the person is a friend, messing around with their friends or having a good time, it could potentially ruin someone else's game time on the server and must be dealt with by the book.
  10. What is your In Game Name? Arc MSGT Suki 08 What is your SteamID? STEAM_0:1:179702578 How Long Have You Been In 501st? Most recently I have been in 501st for about 4-5 weeks, however I've been on the server for almost 3-4 years and have been in 501st throughout the majority of my time on the server. Why Do You Want to Become an Officer? [100+ Words] I wish to become an officer within the 501st for several reasons which I will list below so it is easier to understand and read for everyone. Reason 1: Discipline/professionalism- I have been back in 501st for about 4-5 weeks now and from what I can see from the troopers and other NCO's is that 501st has seem to lose its since of self-discipline, I'm not trying to make the battalion sound bad or anything, but some people have begun to stoop down become toxic to one another. I wish to become an officer so I can help teach the NCO and enlisted how to handle situations, I also would like to deal with any kind of toxic trooper who may end up being disrespectful or toxic towards another battalion. As an officer it would be my job to help communicate not only within the battalion but with others as well. I would do trainings and sims to help increase communication and patience for the 501st. Do PT for any trooper that wouldn't wish to listen or minges while on the job. Reason 2: Activity- I understand the server as a whole isn't as active as it used to be, however I feel as an officer my job would be to get people online and get people active, that being said as an officer I would make sure to host sims, not just pvp or parkour sims, but I would mainly aim to host entire missions for the 501st. I would give each subclass a role in these missions to ensure everyone enjoyed the sim/mission. I would also host trainings to make sure people were never going too long without something to do on the server. I would encourage flag ups whenever a event is about to happen and promote troopers who do exceptionally well within them, as well if I see a trooper doing a good job overall for the battalion to give them a shoutout so that they know they are doing a good job, cause at the end of the day everyone wants to be recognized for their hard work. Reason 3: Trainings/Leadership- As I went through the NCO ranks as I am currently a MSGT, I can say some NCO's did NOT receive the proper training they needed in order to become an NCO, nothing against the NCO's but most never got the full proper training they required such as a tryout hosting or taught how to handle an issue whenever an enlisted would act up, most NCO's have not been trained on how to handle these situations whenever they may occur. This is an important step in case they wish to also one day become an officer like me. How could you assist the 501st Command with this rank? [75+ Words] There are a multitude of ways to help command as an officer regardless of the rank within the officer core. 1. Documents- While you are an officer more or less you will end up being an AL or Lead of a sub-branch such as Heavy, JT, ARC or Phase Zero. While in this position I would help the command team by looking over the documents of each sub-branch tryout and SOP to help recommend some additions or removals to ensure the person trying out is fit for the spot or so that the person in the branch knows exactly what to do in a circumstance in case a higher up is not on. 2. Handling troopers- 501st Command gets pinged a lot by other troopers and officers from other sub-branches about enlisted or NCOs who may not being conducting themselves to the imperial standard, as an officer I would encourage others to come to me with an issue, as an officer I can PT or talk to the trooper and see why they may be conducting themselves in a poor manner for it to be brought up to command. I would make sure to gather all the info from not only the other troopers side but as well as the 501st troopers' side to make sure command or myself can make a good decision on what the best course of action should be. How many strikes do you have? As of right now I have 0 strikes within 501st as far as I have been made aware of What Qualifications could you bring to the 501st Officer Team? My qualifications as an officer can be summed up short: I have had loads of experience as an officer on GL, I have been an officer in IC more times than I can count as well as I have had experience within command as well, being ex IC VCMDR Sev and IC CMDR Boss, I understand the role and responsibilities of being an officer within the 501st. I am willing to do as much for the 501st to help it get back on its feet, I can keep my calm while under stressful situations as well as talk to anyone that may have an issue or concern about the 501st. Have you had any previous experience has an Officer? As stated above in the previous question I have had a lot of experience as an officer: 1. IC- When I first joined the serve I was an officer in IC a long time before reaching IC VCMDR sev then moving on to IC CMDR Boss. Ever since then I have come back to IC and on many occasions I have gotten up into the officer ranks and helped host sims and tryouts. What is the purpose/duty of an Officer?: As state a little bit in the question previously in the application the purpose and duty of an officer is a lot: 1. Activity- As an officer you must ensure that the enlisted and officer are maintaining a well-rounded activity on the server, make sure to have flag ups happen and keep sims going being on whenever you can to help keep the battalion going. 2. Promotions/punishments- While an officer is online it is their job to make sure that enlisted (and NCO's) are either promoted for their good hard work during events or on ship, recommended for promotion if the officer can't promote or they also must be ready and willing to punish any trooper that may conduct themselves poorly towards any other battalion, such as PTing them or bringing it up to a MAJ+ to have the trooper striked or possibly removed.
  11. 1. Your full in-game IC name and rank: IC DMS MSGT 4956 Suki 2. Have you ever been striked in IC? (How have you improved?): No I have not been striked within IC. 3. How many warnings do you have?: I at this current moment have 0 warnings in IC or on the server as a whole. 4. How is your in-game activity? (Officer activity is tracked by IC and HC.): Overall, I'm normally always on the server every chance I get. Saturday I can be on for around 4-6 hours, Sunday I can be on for 4-6 hours, Monday I can be on around 4-6 hours, Tuesday I can be on for 6-8 hours, Wednesday I can be on around 7-9 hours, Thursday I can be on around 7-9 hours, Friday I can be on around pretty much all day. I try to stay as active on the server as possible rather it be on IC or other battalions. My main focus would be on IC. 5. What is your current sub-specialty?: I currently have a sub-specialty in both Scout Sniper and Demolition, I am a Demolition Senior in which I guide and help mentor the newer demolitionist on what to do and how to act while on the demolition job! 6. Why do you want to become an IC Officer?: I want to become an IC officer for several reasons on which I will provide answers for and reason for all below. Number 1: IC as a whole is lacking activities to do as well as morale, As an IC officer I wish to help give the Enlisted and NCO's something to do while they are on the server. I will host sims such as parkour, PVE, PVP and much more. As well as host trainings like Breach practice as some IC tend to struggle with it. I would also quiz them on the SOP so that any new enlisted or newly made NCO knows the SOP by hand in case they need to explain it to someone else down the line or if they are asked what IC does by any trooper interested in the job. Number 2: IC has been going through a state with lack of discipline, I would love to help IC get back on track with discipline. For any member that may act up or misbehave while they are on the job I would talk with them and explain the expectations we have set for them so they can strive and enjoy their time. If they refuse to listen to the rules we have set for them then I will do my job as an officer and discipline as seen fit such as PT, making them alt walk around the MHB, something small but enough for them to understand what they did is wrong. Number 3: Promotions/Recommendations- As an officer in case no Command team is on or someone is out of the promotion limit for you, I would like to become an officer so I could recommend someone for a promotion to a higher officer or to High command if a cooldown skip is needed. I would love to be able to keep an eye out on any enlisted or lower NCO so that I may Recognize their hard work via in TS, in game or even in the discord to let them know what they are doing is amazing and to keep up the great work! Helps them know they are doing great within IC. 7. Why should you be trusted to become an IC Officer?: I should be trusted as an IC Officer for many reasons and I will be listing them down below. 1. I have had experience as an IC officer in the past 3 years numerous times, each time I proved that I can be trusted as an IC officer and will continue to do so. I have also been IC CMD in the past and though it has been a while since I have been in that position I can adapt pretty quickly to the position I'm in no matter what it may be. 2. I have shown so far on the sever I can be trusted as in when to use my powers and when not to, such as when someone calls an IC clone indirectly or just even directly talking about clones to contact staff instead of just RDMing them for no reason. 8. What advantage would you bring to IC by becoming an Officer? The advantage I bring to the table of being an IC officer is that I will be one of the most active troopers on the within the branch, I also will be one of the most professional IC officers on the server aiming to make IC a serious battalion again. I will also make sure to communicate with other battalion officers and keep the relationships between IC and other battalions at an all-time high.
  12. What is your IGN (In Game Name)? 501st HVY SPC Suki 4956 What is your SteamID? STEAM_0:1:179702578 What is your Discord (Akeru#1483)? Suki#6666 How long have you been in 501st? I have been in 501st for about 2-3 weeks but I have been in and out for about 2-3 years Why Do You Want to Become an NCO in 501st? [65+ Words] I want to become an NCO in 501st to help in multiple ways, first reason I want to become an NCO within the 501st is to help recruit more people into the 501st, it would help make the numbers of the 501st grow and increase the opportunities such as increasing the members within Heavy, Marksman, Phase zero, Engineers and other jobs we have to offer. Second reason why I want to become an NCO in 501st is to help by helping keep an eye on the Enlisted as well as guide them on the right path for the server, I would be there to help mentor the enlisted if they need answers to question, they may have such as defcon procedures, what to do if Lord Vader is on or much more they may have. As an NCO I would also love to host sims for enlisted so they have something to do and in case no officer is on to do them. How often can you be Online? How is your in-game activity? (Officer activity is tracked by IC and HC.): Suki - BattleMetrics My in game activity is above average from what I can tell and have been told. I can be online every day of the week as followed: Saturday: 3 hours 9PM-12/1am Sunday: 3 hours 9PM-12/1am Monday: 6-7 hours 9PM-3/4AM Tuesday: 4-16 hours 6AM-12/1AM Wednesday: 4-16 hours 6AM-12/1AM Thursday: 4-16 hours 6AM-12/1AM Friday: 4-8 hours 6Am-2PM Hours may vary depending on work or personal life that may intervene, but this is my most common schedule. 5. What is your current sub-specialty?: Currently I have all specialties excluding Omega. I am a Demo Senior and I enjoy training and teaching any Demo enlisted the rules about demos. I'm also currently Scout Sniper Enlisted, and I enjoy it very much, I plan on becoming a Senior in Sniper so I can train more people into the subbranches and help both grow. 6. Why do you want to become an IC Officer: I have a multitude of reasons to apply for officer, IC has always been the battalion I have always wanted to take care of it to the best of my ability. I will list the couple of numerous reasons why I wish to be a part of the IC officer core team: 1. Discipline- A lot of Imperial Commando from what I have noticed lack discipline, they go through out the server losing their patience or cool immediately without thinking clearly. To me this shows a lack of discipline being given from any officer in the past or present (not saying the officer team now doesn't do their job.) I want to join the officer team so I can help them give out disciplinary punishments to any Imperial Commando who breaks the rules, such as Kill binding in DB, disrespecting another battalion, player dissing, RDMing, stealing anything that is unbecoming of an Imperial Commando I wish to be there to help give the right punishment needed to help the Commando improve!!! 2. Professionalism- After spending some time to sit back and observe all of IC I have come to find a lack of professionalism or maturity within the branch, One of the reasons why I want to join the officer core is because I want to help encourage and teach each commando the importance of being professional. If an ST is constantly harassing us instead of always killing him or straight up screaming at him to hold IC's head high and call a sit to report him. In my opinion there is no need to yell at anyone regardless of what they may have done. This could also help IC build up a better reputation and increase our chances of bringing in new members AND to help shape up things for how IC can be in the future. 3. Reputation/Connections- As I've noticed and seen from my own eyes while being on the server no other battalion seems too thrilled to work with IC, I won't call anyone out because it's just how some are, but this is another reason why I wish to be a part of the officer core team, I would like to be able to host missions, do more in depth sims and just try to communicate with other officers in different battalions in order to help reshape some of the connections IC has with other battalions so everyone can see we are more than just a "pay to win" battalion. I want to let people know we are here to help out and not just mess around or cause trouble. These are just a few of the multiple reasons why I wish to be an officer in IC. 7. Why should you be trusted to become an IC Officer?: I should be trusted to become an officer with the Imperial Commando branch for a few good reasons: 1. Experience- Within the past 2 years I've been a part of the gaminglight server I have been an officer in IC about 3-5 times. When I first came through IC I reached the rank of LT (before we used 1LT or 2LT) in a span of maybe 1 week due to how active and involved with the battalion I was showing. I have experience leading as my past experience was being VCMDR Sev and CMDR Boss, I do my best to take what I learned from my experience then and use it to help shape how I act now. 2. Professionalism- While I am on the IC job I do my best to act as professional as possible, anytime a ST or even another trooper comes up and starts complaining about this and that I try to calm down the situation and let them explain their issue, after learning about their situation I tend to point them to someone who may be able to help them if I'm not able to. I hardly ever get an attitude towards someone on the server, if I ever do feel like I'm getting an attitude I will get up from my desk and walk off for a couple minutes to calm down or cool myself off before coming back to deal with the situation with a clear head. I do my best to show as little bias as possible, if I have very strong feelings or emotions about a certain situation, I tend to let someone else deal with it so I don't end up making a decision that could very much cost someone their job or position over something so small. 8. What advantage would you bring to IC by becoming an Officer? If I were to be accepted and brought into the IC officer core team there would be multiple advantages I would bring to the team such as: 1. Professionalism- whenever it comes to dealing with something regardless of how dire it is I try to deal with everything with the utmost serious manner, even if its as little as showing an ST where to go on the ship I handle it as serious and calm as I can. I tend to try and do everything with the utmost respect to the individual. This includes bias, as an officer I would ensure that every call I made was a fair and trustworthy decision for all parties involved. 2. Sim/Trainings- As an NCO I currently strive to have a lot of sims out, not because I'm trying to beat the other NCO's, but because I want to keep everyone on the server, not just IC, but everyone entertained and connected to the server. I almost always have my sims open so new people or older ones can see exactly what IC is like so that they could hopefully get a grasp on how great a battalion can be!! I hope in the future I could get a sim going to where EVERYONE on the server can attend and witness how great a battalion IC can be!! 3. Sympathy/Compassion- As someone who has gone through a lot on the server and off the server I fully understand when people get on or get irritated, they don't usually act like themselves, they get upset easier or lash out at people through raw emotions. This is one thing I feel would make me stick out because I'm willing to sit down with any member of IC high officer, Command member, NCO or enlisted and let them blow up, I am willing to let them complain and vent their issues to me rather it be big or small in order to get their feedback on the battalion, because after all...most of the time officers or command can't see issues most enlisted see AND most enlisted typically have great ideas that could help us improve!! I would show each one understanding before immediately punishing them. Thank you for taking the time to read my Officer application!!! I am open to feedback and constructive criticism, but please be respectful
  14. What is your in-game name? Shock HVTR SPC Suki SK956 What is your current rank? Specialist-SPC How active can you be? I can be active majority of the week for at least 6 hours up to 12. Saturday: 3-4 hours Sunday: 3-4 hours Monday: 3-4 hours Tuesday-Friday: 6-12hours I work Sat-Monday 12 hours each day so it would be less likely for me to spend a lot of time on the server, but I can hop on whenever I got home around 8PM EST. What is your time zone? I am in Eastern Standard Time- EST What can you bring to Shock as an NCO? As an NCO in shock, I can bring multiple series of tryouts, in the past I have always done as many tryouts through the day as to try and bring in multiple new members regardless of if they are brand new or if they are veterans on the server. As an NCO (even though it's not needed) I would also bring forth more sims for enlisted to try and get them more involved not only just with the battalion but with other battalions as well in order to build up the connections between shock and the other branches! As an NCO my main focus would be on tryouts however, I would also divide my attention on helping out the NCO/Officer team with upholding tryouts/sims as well as helping keep shock enlisted on learning how to play and enjoy their time. I've noticed a lot of shock tend to be unable to tell the difference between doing their job and having fun while doing so. As an NCO I would help enlisted know it's fine to have some fun all while upholding the law on the ISD. I would also take enlisted on patrols in order to help get them familiarized with the ship so whenever we are on a defcon or on an AOS hunt they won't get lost and can find shortcuts on how to cut off the criminal. I would also like to be able to help the other NCOs learn how to have a little patience when it comes to dealing with enlisted as some tend to go over the top very quickly (not trying to throw disrespect just something I've seen and heard). These are some of the multiple things I can bring to the table when it comes to helping out shock as an NCO. Why should you be trusted? I feel like I should be trusted as an NCO within the shock branch for multiple reasons: 1. Experience- I have been an NCO within shock in the past as well as I have experience as a Command member in a battalion within the server and multiple others, not saying this should 100% give me NCO but just a portion. 2. Professionalism- In the past and current present I have shown in situations/events that regardless of how I feel towards someone or certain characters I hold my head up high and ignore disrespect, I do my best not to stoop down and just start insulting someone over some "disrespect" on the server. I also try to spread that through my peers and make sure they understand what I mean from the situation, and I hope that they take it in and learn from it!! 3. Unbiased- Whenever I have to deal with someone that may be my friend or more, I look at them as another trooper, if they break a rule, I punish them regardless. In my eyes if anyone on the server breaks a rule they must face the punishment, no exceptions!!! IF, at any point I myself feel as if I cannot deal with an issue regarding a friend or someone close to me, I would ask another NCO or officer to deal with it, so I don't make a decision based off of my emotions or because they are my friend. Do you have any warns on the server? As of right now I have been on the server for 2 years and I have 0 warns and 0 bans! THANK YOU FOR READING AND LOOKING OVER MY BIO!!! I AM OPEN TO CONSTRUCTIVE CRITICISM OF ANY KIND AS LONG AS YOU ARE RESPECTFUL!!!
