To start off I would love to progress further up the ranks of the server and gain more and more experience as a member of the Royal Guard Command and any ranks after that. I would love to bring a new face onto the servers and Royal Guard Command team as a returning player. If I were to get the position I would do my best to bring new and fun ideas to the royal guard as well as host fun missions and help them out any way I can. I would also love to get back to doing some doc work as I used to do a lot of doc work back in the day over on SCP:RP, For example, I used to lead a sub-branch overseeing about 30+ people and had to update the roster as well as write multiple documents for the command team over there so I have the necessary experience when it comes to doc work and updating rosters. On top of having experience as a sub-branch lead, I feel like my time in the Royal Guard has given me the necessary experience and insight to hopefully take on the responsibilities a vice sovereign would have. I also feel like my activity during on and off hours would be a great addition to the command team as I am able to cover a lot of time zones since I'm located in the GMT timezone. This would mean that if any officers or enlisted/NCOs have any questions during those times I have the ability to help them out. The Main purpose of a commander is to make sure everything works logistically and that the battalion stays alive and active by organizing fun missions and making sure people move through the ranks, for example: If the branch is failing behind the scenes such as officers failing to perform their duties or NCO's not hosting sims training and no one addresses it the people in the battalion won't have much else to do then their main duties. As well as people moving through the ranks if you only have people getting promoted at meetings nobody will hop on during the week That is why promotions when deserved and earned should be given out as that is another way to give people incentive to play. 6. Why should we trust you to be a commander? : I have the necessary experience and time to show that I can be trusted I feel like my time as an officer and my past experience as a command member show that I have the willpower and dedication to prove to the royal guard and high command that I can handle this position. I have been with this community for a long time now and I've seen the work of multiple forum diplomats and have talked to multiple and they explained some of the stuff they do with me so I already have a basic understanding of what is expected and required as a Forum diplomat. My ability to judge if a post is breaking any rules or needs to be locked for SMT to review is pretty good if I say so myself. I am also online during most of the GMT hours so when there are fewer forum diplomats online I can be there. I also have a lot of experience dealing with heated arguments and therefore I know how to stay cool in a situation. I am also part of the Support team so I have experience helping people. I would determine if a forum warn, restriction or content moderation is a viable option for this if so then I would talk to the Head of Diplomats or an SMT member for the punishment and leave a comment on the original post with what actions are being taken and remove all the other posts that have been spammed. How would you deal with a situation where two users are aggressively arguing with each other in a warning appeal? I would leave a message on the post with: Only leave +/- supports please, any unnecessary comments will be removed. after that, I would hide the unnecessary comments and if they continue I would restrict their access to comment and maybe ask for a forum warning to be put in place.

Check logs explain what happened or what went wrong and work it out with them and hand out a warn for Staff Diss if I feel necessary and include any warnable offenses in that warn if they were conducted. Q2: You are involved in a staff sit that involves 5 different players. The players begin to get frustrated and the sit becomes very toxic and unproductive. What would you do in this situation? If the players start to get frustrated I would tell them to let each other speak and calm down and otherwise, I would get the 2 people who were originally part of the sit to explain their sides and I would go from there, If anyone has a clip for proof or a screenshot I would let them stay and otherwise return them because without solid evidence I wouldn't have more than 2 people in a sit either way since witnesses aren't allowed while making a decision in a sit. Another solution would be to have everyone be quiet and have them explain their sides one by one and from there proceed as normal, Check logs hand out warns if needed verbal or formal. If they keep getting frustrated I would gag and or mute if needed and continue with the sit. Q3: In your opinion, what is the best way to handle a situation involving a player that clearly does not care about the punishments they are receiving? If they keep running away and or dissing I would freeze them and or mute or gag them to explain what is going to happen or happened to them. If they leave during the sit I would hand out the warn with any warnable offenses he has done and add LTAP to the warn as well as a 3-day ban for LTAP. Q4: There is a player abusing a known bug, and he has been reported to staff. He swears he followed the server rules when you talk with him. What's the best way to handle this? Ask the reporter for any solid proof they might have if none can be provided tell them to be careful either way since it is punishable. if Evidence does get provided I would tell them and explain to them that they lied and abused the bug and that they will be Warned and banned for exploiting a known bug and lying to staff as they swore they never did that. First of all, it's off hours, Now im not saying rules don't exist during this time but we where all having fun and hanging around with eachother. 2nd thing, You weren't the only that got killed the other D-Class there got killed aswell. 3rd, We weren't teaming with them to get any RP advantage over anyone or anything there also wasn't any RP in that area.
