Main of which is I want to help the battalion grow and prosper into one of the most active battalions on the server. I feel that Naval is lacking in active officers and I will help fix that. I want to be a leader in naval and help guide new NCOs and enlisted. I have been in naval before as an officer and it was the most fun I've had on the server. I love helping people and I want to be a leader. I want to help command and work my way up into command myself. I am an active NCO and I feel like I'm more then ready for senior officer. I have been in naval before and I left at the rank of LT. I said it earlier, and I will say it again it was the most fun I've ever had on the server. I loved being a leader in naval and I loved being apart of the officer team. I loved being able to help the command team and helping the NCOs and enlisted and seeing them make their way up the ranks. Naval is my favorite battalion and it has always been one of the most fun for me. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- What are the duties of a Senior Officer? --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The duties are to oversee Enlisted and NCOs to make sure they are doing as they should and not acting out of line, as a Senior Officer; you are in the stepping ranks of low command, and you are to assist the command team as they need. You are to understand inside and out what naval is and be able to help NCOs with anything they need with questions and trainings. As well as simply leading naval, as a Senior Officer, you are one of the highest ranks in naval, and you are expected to be a leader and to be able to command people in PITs and in events. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- How will you assist the battalion as a Senior Officer? --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- I will assist the battalion with activity, seriousness, and a higher knowledge level among enlisted and NCOs. In addition to actively teaching NCOs how to host trainings, SIMs and hosting some myself, But I can also do more than just help in-game; I have experience creating and editing rosters, as well as creating SOPs and other such documents. I am also active, so I can help enlisted and NCOs with any questions they might have, and if I'm not in-game, they can easily contact me on Discord, and I will almost always respond immediately. I have been playing with this community and server since 2020 (you can check my forum creation date for the exact time), and with that, I can safely say I know the inside and out of how things work, and with this, I can help answer questions better than I believe most other naval can. I am still adjusting to the changes, but I know I am the best pick for officer. And I will back that up with action. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- What qualifies you to be a Senior Officer? --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- As a former vice commander and naval officer, I have a lot of experience, which I think gives me an advantage over other naval officers. Since I've been a part of the community for almost 3 years, I believe I can help Naval the most out of all the players on the server. I have previous experience as a naval officer, and because of that, I can state that I know how the navy functions and how to make it better. With that being said, I believe I can keep SO working and making the stated battalions active, trained, and supervised to ensure everything is running as it should. I want to make security the most active and the most serious sub-battalion in naval. I want to help us grow and will work hard to ensure it. I have a lot of past experience in security and in high leadership positions and I know what it takes and the responsibility it is and not only the amount of time it will take, and I am more than ready to give it that. I also know my lack of time in security may bring doubt to peoples heads, I understand that concern, but I also have been in security before as an SSO and I understand security completely. I'm a former PRP admin, a former Imperial RP Senior Mod, a former Purge Vice Commander, and a former Naval SSO LT I have been in the community since 2020 and have been officers in many other battalions. As well only have 1 warn counting from ALL Gaminglight servers which was a year ago on ImperialRP for FailRP. As well as working with command and officers of Death Trooper & Shock and making sure all of the Security Officers and doing well and working actively to host trainings and simulations, and simply make sure they are doing their job, also seeing what any command from both battalions are wanting and work with them to make both battalions more active and more skillful. I also used to be in DT and have worked closely with Shock, so I know what both battalions are like from the inside and I understand how both battalions work and operate. What can I improve for each of the battalions? I can improve both of the battalions activity, by doing tryouts, and hosting sims regularly. With my experience as a Vice Commander, I believe this could also help the two battalions with their activity and tryout rates. As well as up the training rate, such as Formation training, Guarding Training, Weapons Training, Buddy Bounding, ETC. I will also correct any mistakes by any Enlisted or NCOs, and make each battalion better. And make sure NCOs are actively doing tryouts and helping Enlisted if they have any questions. I can also plan missions, and a lot of sims for each battalions. I will also maintain arrest reports, and make sure the ISDs security strength is very secure. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Why should you be trusted with this position?: --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- I should be trusted for this position due to how long I have been with this community and positions I have held or have with this community I am ex staff, ex vice commander and a ex SO so I already know how everything works and have had many leadership and high trusted roles before.
