Max fine of 5mil? and not paying is FailRP? Makes no sense to make not paying an insanley large fine that some players do not even have a warnable offence. I might plus support the fines if it was something like max of 5k and not paying gets you wanted. I can see this being exploited by judges fining people left and right for 5mil just to get money. None of this is really needed and I dont think would be a good thing to add to the server
