MAJOR +SUPPORT Wheat is by far the best pick for the Commander position. For starters, I see him everyday his activity is insane. Wheat is also a very nice person, every encounter I have had with him has only been positive, and I think that's what it should be like for ANY commander! Why do you want to be a Vice Commander of this branch? I want to be the Vice Marshall of the Starfighter Corps for multiple reasons. For starters, I love SF with all of my heart. Without SF I don't know where I would've ended up in the server. I have made many friends in this regiment and it is the first one I have reached NCO and Officer in. I joined SF for the first time in August, 8th of 2020. I'm not going to go into details but ever since then I have prioritized Starfighters over my other life's, and even left other life's so I could focus on SF. I believe that SF has a ton of room to improve and I want the chance to help them, working next to Mike and Jabronie. I just want SF to be the way it used to be whenever everyone was kind and respectful to everyone else. How much game time do you have on the server? I have 11 weeks in the server What is the Main Purpose of a Vice Commander for a branch? There are multiple purposes for a Vice Commander. Some of them being... • Leading the battalion. • Ensuring everything runs smoothly. • Assist the Commander. • Be a good example for the rest of the battalion. • Updating Roster Personally, I believe the most important purpose is being a good example for the battalion. Enlisted look up to NCOs, NCOs look up to Officers, and Officers look up to the command team. We all do this because we want to be like them so we can someday reach that point in our battalion. If the Vice Commander or Commander acts poorly or makes bad decisions, that may rub off on officers who then thinks it's ok to do that. Once the command team starts slacking the whole battalion slacks. Another good example to mention from the list is Being a leader. Leading the battalion is a big task and takes a lot of willpower. Leading the battalion well can result in everyone believing that said regiment is very good and responsible, overall adding to the respect for the battalion and everyone in it. Why should we trust you to be a Vice Commander? : I should be trusted to become a Vice Marshall because of my experience. I have been Vice Marshall once, before leaving due to past events. This time I'm ready to take the title and keep it. I believe I have gained the trust of many members of SF and I believe most of them could back me up that I am trustworthy. I am trying my best to be a good officer in SF while balancing that with my personal life. As stated before, ever since I joined SF I have loved every second of it and I wouldn't trade it for the world. This proves my loyalty and dedication to my battalion. How often can you be Online? : I can be online for a few hours during the week due to school, but during the weekend I can be online all day. Do you have any Warnings? And if you do why? I have no strikes currently. Why should we trust you with an Officer rank? (120 Words) I can be trusted with the officer rank for many reasons, but one of the main ones is my experience, being Vice Marshall and being in SF for about a Year and a half (Not consecutively). I have gained the trust of many people and have proved to many that I am worthy of this rank, I worked hard to do a good job and I plan to do it again. Some more reasons I should be trusted is that I am friends with majority of Current Starfighters and I believe they trust me to help lead them to be the best they can. Another reason would be that I work hard, I completed this weeks Tryout quota in 1 day, and I have done more tryouts apart from that, plus I am a Senior Engineer and have done a Engineer Tryout recently. I also am trying to help Lead SF as we are short on command and they need someone who can be a good example for the whole battalion. What can you do to assist command with this rank? (60 Words) I can assist command by communicating. One thing that this battalion is lacking is communication, no offense to the people that are trying to communicate but some people just won't listen and I want to make sure everyone can understand each other clearly without any questions. It is very important that this happens as without communication, there is no way we should be able to fly TIE Fighters. I can also assist by hosting as many Sims, Trainings, and Tryouts as possible and promote the NCOs to do the same. The more tryouts we get to happen the more new members we will have and right now we are in desperate need of new people. What is the point of being an officer? (50 Words) The point of being an officer is not only to assist command, but to also make sure NCOs are doing what they should be. Officers basically oversee the NCOs and make sure they are acting properly and not breaking rules or making the battalion look bad, they are also to help the NCOs with their quotas by requesting that they do a tryout if someone wants to join. Officers are examples to Enlisted, NCOs, and even the entire ISD. They represent this battalion therefor they must show responsibility and accountability. What would happen if you see a fellow officer messing around and then commanding NCOs to mess around with him? (75 Words) If I were to see another officer messing around and telling Enlisted And/or NCOs to join him I would try to tell him to stop and warn him before he gets in any trouble, If he does not listen and continues I will go to a Group Captain+ and report the Officer to them. (120 words) I think I should be trusted with the NCO rank because I have been in SF 4 times including this one. I have gotten to SP the first time, the second time I got Group Captain, and the third time I got Vice Marshall. And this time I'm hoping to get farther than SF. I know a lot of current and old SF who have gotten far in the regiment and I think they could all back me up that I'm fit for the job. Another reason I think I could be trusted is that I work hard. I will reach my quota, and surpass it by hosting extra tryouts and I will do multiple SIMs to make sure SF Stays Active. What can you do to assist Officers with this rank? (50 words) To assist Officers as an NCO, I will host multiple tryouts and SIMs for them so SF can grow. I will also assist officers by helping people in the Starfighter Corps. Due to my prior knowledge (And being named the best combat pilot by Guy) I think I can help people out if they ever have a question about SF. What is the main point of NCO? (60 words) The main point of an NCO is to not only to host Tryouts, but to host SIMs too as they are very important to keep the battalion alive and thriving. NCOs are also expected to show respect to any and all members of SF or other battalions, as they are looked up to by Enlisted who will see those actions and think it's Ok. NCOs should be a good example to the Enlisted and possibly the Officer Corps. Question, what would happen if you see a enlisted not following orders and they are messing around? (75 words) I would try to tell the Enlisted to listen to his Seniors. If he refuses, I would let an Officer+ know about the Enlisted and what they are doing wrong. After that It is up to the Officer+ to decide how they will be punished. Do you agree that if you are striked within the first week you will be put back down to the Enlisted rank? Yes. (120 words) I believe I should be trusted with the rank of Flight lieutenant because for one, I have a lot of experience within SF having been in it multiple times and getting Vice Marshall the most recent time. I have good relations with a lot of people in the battalion and I try to set myself as a good example during events, SIMs, and Missions as I know how frustrating it can be to host those when SF is minging. I have only been striked once for minging around June of 2021. But since then I think I have improved a lot and I could set a good example for those below me, which I believe is what a good officer should do. What can you do to assist command with this rank? (60 words) I can assist command by hosting more SIMs, more tryouts, and helping manage the NCOs and Enlisted and make sure they do what they are supposed to when needed. I can also help by being a good leader whenever needed so everyone can stay on task and be the best pilot they can be. I can host Flight SIMs for those that need help with flying their TIE or even a ITT/VTOL. What is the point of been a officer? (50 words) The point of being an officer to set a good example for NCOs and Enlisted. They look up to officers for advice, and they want to be like them so that one day they can also become an officer, because if they do what an officer did, It should get them to the same rank eventually too. Overall, Enlisted and NCOs need a good leader who they can look up to and respect. What would happen if you see a fellow officer messing around and then commanding NCOs to mess around with him? (75 words) I would first clip it with Medal, then I would try telling him to stop. But if he doesn't, I would ask the next highest rank above him to stop, If that doesn't work I will make a report and send it to a Group Captain. And after that it is up to Command to determine if it is striking worthy. Do you agree that if you are striked within the first week you will be put back down to the NCO rank? I agree.

+Support I do believe that Hotshot has not been taking his job seriously, he has a high rank which in my eyes makes me think that he believes he can get away with doing anything, which he generally does. In regards to the messages found in the High Command chat I find it insane that Keegan was removed for being argumentative which in my opinion makes no sense, In my eyes Keegan was very calm throughout the entire the entire conversation. Hotshot was the one being argumentative. Which further proves that Hotshot is simply not fit to be in this position. People have worked hard for reserves and they should not be taken away under any circumstance. (Unless they left the Discord) To address the points near the end of this report, Hotshot has been neglecting the Battalions by not doing the updates, there are multiple posts that have been accepted and there has been NO action taken to complete them. When Marshall Given of Starfighters was still with us, SF made a suggestion for SF to make 2 squadron jobs for specified ships and such, it was completed but we were given the wrong ships on one of the jobs. There has been no action to fix this, we have waited for over a month at this point. This right here is unacceptable, a man with such a powerful rank, being a symbol to not only ImperialRP but to Gaminglight as a whole, disrespecting all below him. I feel that Hotshot is only using his powers to manipulate other players into doing what he wants, and not what is best for the server like a good Manager should be doing. With Rivers promotion to Head Admin, Sawick and Pepper left, along with Sawick we also lost Marshall Given. I feel there could've been a better way to figure out who the next Head Admin should be as there were so many good candidates to be SMT who were not given a chance.

I can be trusted as I have never done anything to hurt Starfighters in the past. I know all of the rules for the Starfighter Corps and follow them. What can you do to assist Officers with this rank? I can assist the Officers by hosting tryouts and SIMs whenever possible. I can also assist new players whenever needed, as previously stated I have a lot of Experience within this Battalion and I want to use it to help others.
