The following Data has been recovered & confirmed by the Hazardous Materials Team:SCP-008 is a complex prion, samples of which are stored in each of the known G2 sites.
Research into SCP-008 is highly classified and primarily aimed at preventing research which may lead to the synthesis of SCP-008 in the distant future.
Traits of the SCP-008 prion include:100% infectiousness.
100% lethality.
Transmission through exposed mucous membranes and all bodily fluids.
Not airborne or waterborne.
After testing with several D-Class, The following symptomatic discoveries have been made :Flu-like symptoms with high fever, plus severe dementia in later stages.
Coma onset approximately 20 hours after first symptoms appear and 12 hours after noticeable dementia. Coma onset will be considered onset of death.
A period of sporadic cellular necrosis occurs which comes to resemble gangrene. Surviving tissue assumes its original function and is highly resilient.
Red blood cells greatly increase oxygen storage capacity, resulting in slower blood flow and increased muscle endurance and strength.
Nervous and muscular systems are unaffected by total organ failure for several hours.
Metabolism may decrease to extremely low levels, allowing subject to survive for over 10 years without nutrition.

Hypothesis:There is strong evidence to suggest SCP-008 itself did not form naturally on Earth, since variants of similar complexity would have displaced much of the ecosystem. In 1959, a short collaborative effort with the USSR to locate G2 sites and eliminate SCP-008 was negotiated following their discovery. The status of SCP-008 in Russian custody since collaboration ended is unknown.

Background Research:SCP-096 | Code-named 'The Shy-Guy' Research :
SCP-096 is a humanoid creature measuring approximately 2.38 meters in height. Subject shows very little muscle mass, with preliminary analysis of body mass suggesting mild malnutrition. Arms are grossly out of proportion with the rest of the subject's body, with an approximate length of 1.5 meters each. Skin is mostly devoid of pigmentation, with no sign of any body hair.
SCP-096's jaw can open to four (4) times the norm of an average human. Other facial features remain similar to an average human, with the exception of the eyes, which are also devoid of pigmentation. It is not yet known whether SCP-096 is blind or not. It shows no signs of any higher brain functions, and is not considered to be sapient.
SCP-096 is normally extremely docile, with pressure sensors inside its cell indicating it spends most of the day pacing by the eastern wall. SCP-076-2 | Code-named 'Able' Research :
SCP-076 consists of two components: a stone cube (SCP-076-1) and a humanoid entity contained within (SCP-076-2). ;
SCP-076-1 is a 3 m cube made of black speckled metamorphic stone. All surfaces outside and within SCP-076-1 are covered in deeply engraved patterns corresponding to no known civilizations. Radioisotope analysis indicates that the object is approximately ten thousand (10,000) years old. A door is located on one side, sealed with a lock 0.5 m in width, surrounded by twenty (20) smaller locks in a circular pattern. As of yet, none of the keys have been found, making the door impossible to lock once closed.
Interior temperature is approximately 93 Kelvin, and cannot be altered by any means, internal or external. Directly in the center of the room is a 2.13 m tall stone coffin, held in place and sealed shut by several chains of unknown make and substance, which are attached to the inner corners of SCP-076-1.

However, occasionally SCP-076-2 will awaken, effectively "reanimating", complete with all vital processes needed to sustain a living human being. Subject will then attempt to leave SCP-076-1. If successful, subject will enter a trance state and seek out the nearest human being, ignoring all other living things in the process. Upon coming into contact with living humans, SCP-076-2 will enter a rage state in which it attempts to engage and kill all human beings encountered. To date, only the subject's death has been shown to be effective in ending these rampages.
Terminating SCP-076-2 is often problematic due to its significant physical abilities. Subject has superhuman strength and speed, and although not invulnerable, has shown a remarkable ability to ignore pain and shock, pressing on despite what would be debilitating wounds in normal humans.

SCP-049 is a humanoid entity, roughly 1.9 meters in height, which bears the appearance of a medieval plague doctor. While SCP-049 appears to be wearing the thick robes and the ceramic mask indicative of that profession, the garments instead seem to have grown out of SCP-049's body over time1, and are now nearly indistinguishable from whatever form is beneath them. X-rays indicate that despite this, SCP-049 does have a humanoid skeletal structure beneath its outer layer.
SCP-049 is capable of speech in a variety of languages, though tends to prefer English or medieval French. While SCP-049 is generally cordial and cooperative with Foundation staff, it can become especially irritated or at times outright aggressive if it feels that it is in the presence of what it calls the "Pestilence". SCP-049 pitied SCP-096, Calling it a poor thing.
Usually the sight of SCP-096's face would cause it to go into a assault mode, However something was different.
SCP-049's touch would usually kill anything... But it was patting SCP-096 as if it was his friend or son?
SCP-096 was crying in the corner, Alone when we put him in the Containment Chamber, When SCP-049 came up close to him, He stopped crying?

I would like to test how SCP-280 re-acts to different types of light, Ultra-Violet, Infared, Visible Light & Also some forms of X-Rays & Inserting Gamma-Rays into SCP-280's Chamber. Along with that I would also like to test on how SCP-280 kills Subjects in further depth.
Background Research:SCP-280 is a black human-shaped mass with two large white eyes on the head and two hands with very long and thin fingers. No feet or legs are visible, as the lower portion of the body appears to fade away several centimeters from the ground. SCP-280 appears to be wholly composed of matter that can gain or lose corporeal form. This matter is very black, with only the eyes showing any other color, and when changing to a non-corporeal form, looks much like smoke.
The eyes are non-functioning, and appear only when SCP-280 is retreating, appearing to be used like eyespots on some insects. SCP-280 is very strong, and has been observed pulling apart steel with its hands, showing no sign of stress. SCP-280 moves with a gliding motion, with its hands extended, described as a “sleepwalker pose” by observers.
Hypothesis:
I only have a Hypothesis for the First Test on SCP-280, Testing his Limits to different Variants of Light-Exposure,
I believe that Visual Light will be the 2nd Most Strongest light, However InfraRed maybe the Strongest Light-Exposure we have.
Observations (What Happened During Test):
At the beginning, Me & the Supervising Research Staff - Senior Researcher Yeetus - decided it would first be better to analyse how SCP-280 kills it Subjects, All present equipped Infa-Red Goggles as the Specification Safety Measures specifies, Excluding the D-Class. The D-Class was then thrown into the Containment, Several pictures were taken of the body below.
Afterwards we brought in a cart of different forms of Light-Exposure.
Results shown below ;Ultra-Violet Light : SCP-280 didn't re-act
Infa-Red : SCP-280 Cowered into the Corner & Closed it eyes, As if he was trying to become uncapable of seeing such light
Visible-Light : SCP-280 Immediately broke the Box displaying the Lights

There will be a Dominance in Pathogen.Observations (What Happened During Test):
Firstly, We headed to SCP-008 & Grabbed 1 Vial of SCP-008. That was then transported by Hazardous Materials Team to Research Labs,
We then headed to SCP-049, Gave him a D-Class, The D-Class was instructed to give a Vial to SCP-049 for which we traded that D-Class for a Vial of this Black Substance he uses so much.
After returning, The Hazardous Materials Team changed SCP-008 from Gaseous to Liquid. This was then chemically bonded with SCP-049, The Substance began fizzing which at-least gave a sign of Reaction,
A use of a Microscope was used, Pictures below of SCP-008 Alone, SCP-049 Alone & SCP-008/049-3
SCP-008/049-3 was Injected into a D-Class, The D-Class then began having the following Symptoms:

SCP-173 was Carved by a Cult also known as [DATA EXPUNGED] - The Foundation Seized the SCP & Brought it to Containment, Whenever a Subject in-front of SCP-173 Blinks, SCP-173 moves at ultra-speed to Snap the neck of that Specimen. It's been known to make a "Concrete" sound when moving, The only way of containment is for it to be Carried and stared at. We still have no details of how this Creature was brought to life. - Due to it's killing & some-what hard Containment Procedures, It's classed as EUCLID for now.
Hypothesis:
SCP-999 will relay positive Emotions causing SCP-173 to become non-violent. The test will then conclude of SCP-999 showing affection & the D-Class will need Escorting out of the Containment and administered Amnestics.Observations (What Happened During Test):
SCP-999 was instructed to latch onto SCP-173, After latching and a solid 10 Minutes of ~ Purring ~, I decided to close the Shutter of 173's Containment, Upon re-opening the Shutters, The D-Class was killed & SCP-999 was shaking & ran into a Corner, MTF & Security were dispatched & SCP-999 was taken out & was re-comforted.

After further analysis, SCP-173 has no Emotion or no form of Emotion. The Sculpture had too many eyes on it & due to Blinking, He could hardly move.

Question / Idea: Does this 'Cure' That SCP-049 Produces actually cure SCP-008?
Background Research:
It's hypothesised by SCP-049 Himself that SCP-008 as we call it, Is this so-called "Pestilence".
In Further Discovery most Researchers believe that SCP-049 is referring the the Emotion of Anger, Fear or Hate. I would like to test this theory to a new-level.
Hypothesis:
I believe that SCP-049 will 'Attempt' to cure this...Disease, And fail. - If done so, 049's CC will be De-Contaminated & the D-Class will be Executed.Observations (What Happened During Test):
The D-Class was Injected with SCP-008. [ All Present wore Hazmat Suits ] - He was then pushed down into SCP-049's Containment Chamber, SCP-049 made some interesting noises, As if he was thinking. The D-Class then began coughing & showing Symptoms of SCP-008. SCP-049 procured his usual Black Hand-Bag of Medical Tools & Re-Animated the D-Class into SCP-049-2. SCP-049-2 still had the Symptoms of SCP-008 & SCP-049 Ran away... Worried & Started Screaming.
The Protection Detail assigned to this Cross-Test was then ordered to - TERMINATE - the D-Class & Maintenance was called to De-Contaminate the Containment Chamber.
Evidence/Visual Stimuli:Analysis / Conclusion (What Could Of Caused The Results):
Either the D-Class could've touched SCP-049 prior to Re-Animation, Or SCP-008 is on such a Atomic Scale that the Re-Animation didn't kill or augment the cells infecting the D-class.

It was some-what correct, I didn't believe that SCP-008 would pronounce Symptoms after the Subject was Re-Animated.
