Your Discord ID code (EX: 204661777512923136): 706085404511567962

Which discord server were you banned on? SCP-RP

What was the reason for your ban (if you know it)? A Staff went rogue, I believe.

Why do you deserve to be unbanned? I didn't really do anything, someone went rogue.

Date and Time This Incident Occurred:
Eearly this morning, around 5-6AM I believe.

    What did the player do:
The player tried to RDM me, which I then said if you did I would report you. He then started to follow me around upper d block for a good 5 minutes until I died to a GenSec and waited my NLR. He then waited on the elevator for me (Which is where the vid starts) and kept following me around. After I told him off for it, he called me a not so nice word and tried to RDM me again but I was able to move just in time.

  3. What are you suggesting? -
Changing the amount of time you have to wait to be able to heal yourself/others. Currently, you must wait 3 seconds before being able to heal yourself/others and you need to be out of active combat. What I am suggesting is that the timer be raised from 3 second to 5-10 seconds.

The main reasoning behind this is because I have seen D-Class, Bios, and every other class just run away from combat and just start healing or heal just after closing a door. Having the timer raised would give both sides of the battle a fair and balanced chance at killing the other person.

How would this change better the server? -
It would make combat healing a little more hard to do and it would also make combat a little more balanced for everyone.

Are there any disadvantages of making this change to the server? If so, explain. -
People would actually have to count and get behind cover to be able to be healed, but that would only really balance combat more.

Who would this change mostly benefit? -
Anyone fighting against people with medkits.

    4. Total strikes you’ve ever received?

    9-10

    7. Why do you believe you should become a Medical Command member (100+ words)?
I would like to become a member of Medical Command because I love playing as a medic and that branch itself needs more active members. I also just want to be able to help out the lower enlisted, since there aren't alot of command members that get on throughout the day and night. I should also become a Medical Command member because I used to be in command before for E-11 and R&D, so I can be trusted with that type of power. Being a command member for Medical would also help out the branch itself because more people would be able to get promoted and trained for sub-branches. Being a command member would also show the enlisted that they have more of a chance to be active and get promoted/trained. I do mostly want to become a command member to fully be able to help out Medical, because if I were to be accepted I have a few new and fun ideas for ACM and FW that would better help the sub-branches out.

[The following questions are intended to test your response and ability as command. You must answer 2 (two) of the questions, though you may answer all 3 if you wish.]

8-2. There is a Medic requesting to be trained for Field Work, how would you train them?
I would firstly hand him the FW SOP and go over it with them just to make sure they read it. After they have read it, I would then ask a few questions about the SOP and FW to fully make sure that they understand. I would ask about 5 things and if they get most of them right, I would give them the whitelist and log the training if it is required.

8-3. You see an Exp Medic shooting D-Class in D-Block, what do you do?
I would firstly make sure that the EXP was defending himself rather than just shooting the d-class to RDM them. If the EXP was not getting shot at first, I would call the EXP aside and kindly remind him of this rules regarding RoE and that he is a non-combatant if he is playing on any Medic job that isn't ACM.

  5. 1. What is your Ingame Name:

    Mary

    2. SteamID (steamid.xyz if you need to get it):

    STEAM_0:1:519066521

    3. Rank:

    Medic

    4. Time on server:

About 8-9 weeks, give or take.

    5. Total strikes ever received:

    I think 1 for missing a meeting when I was in E-11.

    6. How many warns do you have on GL:

    Zero.

    7. Who gave you permission to apply:

    Bison and Xnmora

    8. On a scale of 1-10, how active are you?:

9-10, I will most likely be maining Medical from now on.

    9. Why do you think you’re fit for ACM (60+ words):

Well for starters, I used to be an ACM a few months ago along with being (If I can remember correctly) a past Senior Medic. I was also in E-11 and RRH so I am very confident in my combat skills as far as fighting CI and d class go. I am also very good at protecting others while they are doing research or any other type of thing that might cause them to be able to be killed or kidnapped very easily. I can also be trusted to hold the rank/whitelist of an ACM because I am not one to ever RDM or break the rules. Now, I may minge with friends but I do know when to take my job seriously and cut the shit.

10: (Bonus question, this is in no way required, but it gets you some brownie points) CI is currently raiding. You see an MTF E-11 CPL at 27% health running away from a fight. Just as you start to examine his condition, an MTF A1 Captain comes up to you and asks you to help them fend off the CI. What do you do?

I would first ask in comms or the MTF where the CI were located in the site and depending on where they were, my reaction would be different. If the CI were near/in the medbay area, I would help to fight them and try to stop the raid all together. However, if the CI would in HCZ or EZ I would of course heal the CPL then the A1 so that I could go and fight with them.

This video says you're wrong. Unless you provide any actual proof like video.

Also @islandtoad what is your POV on this? Would love to know.

(Completely on related but there used to be a manhole in the outside part of 173 which is what I thought he was talking about until the clip.
