The reasons I would like to become a vice commander of this branch is because I would like to lead a battalion and help, guide and mentor them into the ranks and teach them everything thing I know. I would give plans for the battalion to have fun and roleplay since player count is rising, I would maybe help command with ideas so the starfighter branch isn't bored and get off the job so easily. I would love to make passive roleplay with them so they would stay on for much longer and make new sectors for events because most SF can't fly their ships during some events at high player count. I would also love to help the battalion out at anyway possible, by helping doing basic things like roster updates, and help planning certain events for the starfighter corps battalion as a whole. I would risk any thing just to help or improve the battalion like setting things up like a mission for SF like a SIMs or mission on ship, here is an example "a rebellion fleet has hyper spaced to our ISD and it is our job to take it down! there will be many enemy aircraft and that is our job to take it down rewards will be handed out, hop on for the mission and maybe you could win a prize!", therefore people would get on for these types of things and that would show how active we are as a battalion as a whole and people will see that and would want to join the starfighter battalion, then we would gain more active members. 4. How much game time do you have on the server? 5 weeks, most of my hours on Garry's Mod were spent on this server. Joined the community roughly around May 25th 2020, made forums account on June 27th 2020. 5. What is the Main Purpose of a commander for a branch? The main purposes for a commander or a vice commander is being a leader. -Leadership Without leadership there wouldn't be being able to control a battalion just like SF, that is why we all have a ranking system and I will step up and lead the Starfighter battalion if no one else is going to, if our battalion on ground OR air doesn't know what to do I will step up and command them if no officers or anyone at all is not going to. Another purpose of a commander or a vice commander is to be responsible. -Responsibility It is a big purpose to be responsible, if none of our command were responsible we wouldn't have the stuff and ideas we have as of right now. Because if we have responsible commanders and vice commanders we would be able to be a role model to to not only our battalion but to others as well. Another part I wanted to talk about is being a role model to all battalions and ours too. -Being a role model It's a another big purpose to become a role model because it will teach other people in the battalion to be serious when it comes to role playing as of not minging on the job, or other thing like jumping out of the SHB. Being a role model is a great way to teach people to follow your foot steps as of being active and a great person in general. The last purpose is to be nice and kind to each other, and to be respectful. -Being kind and respectful Being kind and respectful and doing it in front of other will also too help other people because that shows that you are a kind and loving person to them, and you wouldn't want a battalion full of people who hate you for who you are you just need to show that you are respectful to others for them to give you their respect. 6. Why should we trust you to be a commander? : There are many reasons I should be trusted to become a vice commander, first reason is that I am active within the battalion and would never leave it for any other battalion. Second reason is that I do not minge while on the job. Third is that I am a staff member on the gaminglight server. Fourth reason is that I am respectful to all members in the Starfighter battalion and just want to have some fun. Another reason is that I am pretty known in the starfighter battalion and would never do anything out of the sort. Second to last reason is that I have many hours on this server in general and I find lots of fun in it and would never leave it. Finally last reason is that I donated on this server and I wouldn't do anything to get me banned on it cause that would be a waste of money and I would NOT abuse my power I will be given, as a staff member and maybe becoming a vice commander. 7. The main reason I wanna become a vice commander for this regiment is because I would like to be shown as a role model for the battalion and also with everyone in it and also being professional, I also would like to give ideas for the battalion like maybe new guidelines or rules for the battalion. Another reason I want to be a Vice Marshall is because I want to be a leader and lead all of SF through the ranks and make them feel welcome in the battalion. A third reason I would like to become a Vice Marshall is I could maybe even have daily SIMs or missions that I have ideas for so SF wouldn’t have anything to do like a PvE SIM. A fourth reason I would like to become a Vice Marshall is because I would like to become part of command and to be shown as a leader cause I would like to lead the starfighter to become the best battalion out there, but I wouldn’t force it if someone else has a different opinion it’s their opinion not mines. Fifth reason I would like to become a Vice Marshall is is that I would like to assist what the command structure problems that they have and maybe could help solve them, and finally last reason I would love to be Vice Marshall is that I would like to really help out the battalion as a whole. 4. What the main purpose of a Vice Marshall or Marshall is to guide your enlisted, NCOs, and officer to be professional and to make them learn something within the battalion or even mentor them to be professional as they have a say too, Another purpose for a commander or a Vice commander is to make sure their enlisted, NCOs, and officers are listening to orders cause if they wouldn’t do that we wouldn’t really have a command structure and that’s is where us command to PT to make sure they are doing what they should be doing like making sure they don’t crash into bridge, The Vice Marshall really also oversees the battalion and are to assist the Marshall with any problems within SF. 6. Why should we trust you to be a commander? : Few reasons I should be trusted to become a Vice Marshall is the fact I am staff member on the server, second that i am dedicated to the battalion and have much ideas I would love to share to the battalion, third I have a lot of time on the server so I know what I can and cannot do, fourth reason is that I am professional within the battalion and treat everyone in SF with respect and like we are all family and friends, fifth reason I am able to with stand a rank in sf and have about no strikes within the battalion, and last reason I should be trusted is that I am active within the battalion and we always will be, and will always welcome new people into the battalion. 7. Are you familiar/experiences with ULX?: Yes Are you experienced with being a Game Master and how they function?: No Give a brief example of an on-ship event, as well as an example of an off-ship event: [ONSHIP] A rebel fleet has hyperspace in imperial airspace and are planning an attacking on ISD-GL after that the rebel fleet sends drop pods among the isd and the imperial must defend the Isd at all costs, after they defend of all of the drop pods that the rebels have sent they plan a final attack by sending a jedi and a rebel squad to steal an holocron but the rebels fail and the rebel fleet and destroyed and ISD-GL imperial can live to another day. [OFFSHIP] An ISB agent has gathered information and has been sent to give a message to the imperial command that there is an rebel base planning an attack on an imperial ship, after that imperial will be brief before their arrival on the rebel base, after that they are sent to the an planet that the rebel is located they then plan an attack on the base then enroutes towards the base and attacks it. After the attack the rebel base is destroyed and the imperial gets an rebel commander for interrogation on why they were going to attack an imperial base, after they gather all the information out of the commander they then execute him. The reason I should be trusted within an officer rank is because I had officer experience, I was a Shock 1LT and leading a sub battalion as a CSAL I also have been in DT and Naval with reaching Lieutenant GO (Gunnery Officer) and DT SPC which are both serious battalions. I also don't minge when on the job I also am now trying to do a tryout or two every time I get on the job, I also can put a good example in front of the NCO's and Enlisted. Why should you be trusted to be a Game Master?: I was once a staff member on gaminglight but then resigned, but I am in two serious battalions and would never minge on either even off job, I also spent money on this server and would never abuse such power I have Are you familiar/experiences with ULX?: Yes Are you experienced with being a Game Master and how they function?: No Give a brief example of an on-ship event, as well as an example of an off-ship event: [ONMAP] An ISB informs High Command that they have received radio chatter and received that there will be a pending attack on a imperial ISD [The one that they're on] and prepares for a pending attack, after a few minute 2 ships hyperspace in the airspace and informs that if the imperial do not surrender they will attack, and the high command decides if they do or don't, and if they don't of course so the rebels fire upon the ISD and sends drop pods in the ISD and the imperials overwhelm the rebels and destroyed one of their cruisers they surrender and the highest ranking rebel is taking for interrogation then executed. [OFFMAP]An ISB has arrived on the ISD and tells High Command that they have found a rebel base with lots of weapons, ships and information about where all their bases are located, and are planning to attack a imperial base, and the ISB would let High Command decide if they should intervene and destroy the rebel base and gather the information, then the imperial forces overwhelm the rebels so the rebels surrender and prevents the attack and gathers the information and supplies and heads back with the information. What I can do to improve the branch i am responsible for is persuade people to get on and do many fun things with them like sim's or fun training, cause how i see havoc activity wasn't do so good. Also I will give havoc command any ideas to make havoc more fun for people and get more people in to the regiment and let other people have fun in that regiment. I will ask new havoc if they needed help with anything and just tell them if they needed anything they could just ask me or an PVT if they are a TRN, as will go on like PVT to PFC, like chain of command. I would also assist havoc when they need it like flagging on and protecting Upper ER if there is no havoc protecting that vital area, I will also be friendly with havoc I do not wish people to fear me as a gunnery officer but just to have fun with my assigned regiment. I would persuade havoc to get on for events and would ask Havoc command for someone to be promoted and I can't promote anyone cause i'm still enlisted still but when i get promoted i'm pretty sure I can recommend promotions. Another purpose for my assigned regiment is to help oversee Havoc when Tenn Graneet is not present.
