Yea you would have to create a universal NLR for everyone for this to work and that would not be that good as it would either ruin research and utility or make combatant branches super OP, mainly foundation as CI have way more people to deal with. -

I've always been a person why liked to apply for something to where the community can give feedback, it makes it so where people can say their concerns, if any, and I can better myself off those responses. I think making people do that is a way to constructively criticize those who need it, in a way that doesn't directly offend them (hopefully). As well I have been told that the interviews are easy as pie and there has definitely been some questionable staff accepted due to this process (this isn't recent, this has always been an issue).
But some times people prefer the interviews as their shy of making a post and feeling that they can receive a 'community backlash' in the responses. I see the benefit and downside to both but think more of a community vote, even tho it's not up to us, on who is staff would be much better than a 1 on 1 or however many people are there. -

Although I have my own concerns about other things about this post, which I wont say today and my rep thanks for it, it has become an issue. I dont think he deserves a punishment but I think this will, hopefully, come as a wake up call for you mr rang friend. Ive known ya since my time here and you were an AMAZING HOS (staff) who kept the rules, and staff, in check. But recently there has been a fall of quality of staff, but an increase in quantity. Ive also have concerns about updates and communication high command wise. I hold no ill-will to you and NEVER will. I still hold you to the same reguards but I hope you see this and wake up to be the old rang who used to docso much for the server and held everyone to the highest degree, back when I was staff, and even backcin security. Again rang I think of you as a dearest friend but this is really concerning me as well many others on this server. I hope this lights a drive deep in ya to start doin what ya do best!

Bread Im gonna be honest I never thought you were gonna resign and if the day ever were to come than GL wouldnbe shutting down as well. You trully are the most dedicated person Ive ever seen and Ive always held you to high reguards about that. I wish we talked more but whenever we talked you were always a pleasure to be around! Nu7 PT's I can understand as security normally have their hands full in D-Block. But I think security needs to request E11 first and not them enter the site on their own will since security could have it handled.

I don't think E11 are ever really needed as Nu7 generally have things handled, but if not than that's when orange is called and we can normally enter.

1. D-class aren't meant to OP in any way, shape, or form. That includes ways to get weapons. If it was super easy to get guns, even shitty ones, than we would have another knife situation when they were first added.
2. This can also really buff security as they can get as many guns as they want when they want.
Basically it will only be a one sided thing instead of being balanced, whichever side has the armory will have a HUGE advantage. -

I like the current way tbh. it's self modified meaning it can create flexibility for CI, very useful in some circumstances. -

I've seen ya grow into an ideal command member and I always loved the times we were able to hang out, and I will always remember what you have done. I wish this was a longer response because you were such a great friend but I'm still in awe I'm seeing this so nothing is coming, please come back to chat and hopefully we can pan medical together!

sad to see you go m8, you were always nice whenever we spoke and it was an honor running a branch on clone wars RP while that was runnin. As well you helped form CI into a powerhouse on the server and that won't go un-noticed. Hopefully you come back some day my friend!
