I've shown the department and the others in the server I've got what it takes to move up. I know I'm not the best Officer but I do what I need to and do it to the best of my ability. I've come to know my strongsuits and weaknesses. I see that I am mature enough, trustworthy, and active enough to become the next Major of the Great Lakeside Police Department . I have been a help in anyway I can. I help new OFCs-SMs with problems and training them to be the best they can be. I try to let all ranks know the right ways to handle situations from complaints to major crime situations. I make sure other officers are doing their correct job. Make sure all officers are treated correctly and equal. I am fair and not bias towards ranks or friendships. I have been very active on PD. I am on everyday for atleast an hour. I have lead 2 meetings. I know I haven't been active I'm meetings, but that is due to my work schedule, but I try my hardest to be flexible and be there for PD. I ask questions when I don't know the answer to them from higher and lower ranks. I am not all knowing so I know when to ask. I honestly believe I am 100% ready for the promotion to Major. I see that the PD is expanding and we need more leadership. I want to be apart of that leadership team to a greater extent. Even more so that we have change the map to a bigger more impressive map.. we need need experience at the higher levels. +Support Rather it be a bit of a grind to get into PD rather some people be not just mingey and become OFCs . As the Chief Supervisor of OFCs I believe this would benefit the PD side of the server a lot.
