I feel because of multitude of reasons that I'm ready for the next step in the chain of command. On my first day on the job I was presented already with a bunch of problems that were put into my hand to deal with. Through those interactions of people I've been able to provide basically the punishment if needed and to satisfy the person who made the report apologizing to him or her and making sure it doesn't happen again. Through that I learned to keep it always professional and kind of keeping your cool especially when you are being pushed to almost the extent. One example of this was when a Youtuber and his friends decided to join the server and do some stuff on the PD job. In that situation without a clue knowing it was a Youtuber, I treated him the same way as every other officer. From that I was complimented about being so patient and professional with him the whole time trying to steer him in the right direction. The final reason is I care about the future officers and I want to see them succeed in every way. Through my time I was presented with many mentors that helped me in that way and I want the same for others. You can see me in the training room basically supervising training's to make sure he or she fully understands the procedures of our department. I have also had the pleasure of watching people I've trained climb the ranks and even do great thing in their respective other departments. For these reasons, I feel like I am fit for the next rank of Captain. Thank you for your time in responding and reading this. Throughout my time in the department, I'm blessed to have some of the best mentors and learning something new from each command member and applying them in game. I've always been heavily involved in Police operations from the training aspects to what goes in the field. With all my experience that I've had I apply to my cadets that I've trained, thinking about more about the quality of the cadet I'm training over the quantity of them. With that in mind, I posses a strong leadership role in the field. I'm lifeguard for one of the busiest beaches in California and where I'm in charge of whatever area that I'm given and 2 year Co-captain for the water polo team. One example of this was being the only PD unit with Ford Explorer filled with OFC's and being able to control them. I was able to teach them how to proceed on certain situations we were given and being able to keep track of each one. We even got practice in doing setting up some 10-38 situations and I provided feedback on each of their approach. The last trait that I posses is the ability to work in teams well. Throughout my life I've always loved playing team sports and especially working with other departments in the server. I've learned that the chemistry and working together as a team is much better than going solo with everything. Whenever someone isn't doing their best that day there's always other people on your team that are going to help you up and keep going. Throughout playing on other departments I realized working with other departments whether it's setting a perimeter or prisoner transport helps each department run efficiently. I feel like as a Lieutenant I can progress in expanding my understanding of the police department and helping the future of officers of the police force become the best officers they can be. + Support At this time of the night people were just winding down and trying to just socialize and talk to other people and just play some mini games. They were just out there to brighten up the mood and I feel like it made the server more fun since no one was raiding, robbing banks / gen stores, etc. If someone really felt like the Fubar's were ruining their experience on the server and had a problem with it, it should be at most just a talk to the individuals to just tone it down a bit and I think the punishment is excessive.
