As i have been here for a while i have seen how the department has grown to be and to be honest its been minging more and more. As a SM i can only do so much when it comes to them minging. But as a Lieutenant or higher talks to them they tend not to ming as much or to not ming as cop anymore. if i was Lieutenant i would be able i have that power to enforce the rules as a Low Command. I have noticed the lack of of any Low PD command witch means all officers would just go right to high command witch deffest the purpose of chain of command. Im also a well known Officer in the department witch means i am easy to come and talk to. This is why i would like to apply for LT is to stop all of the officers thinking they can get away with what ever they want, and then fix the minging and bring that down to a minimum. But in the end i want to help build a place where we can have a great Department and have fun at the same time <3. But i have noticed that we dont have much leadership on i thought i would apply to in cress the departments Low command and make sure people have someone they can come up to and ask questions, or if there is a report and i see evidences and if i have the right power i can Handel so called officer that brakes rules. I have seen the department start to take a wrong turn and we are lacking in backbone and being strict when it comes to officers braking rules and minging. How would you handle someone that is Mass RDMing and when you bring him/her to an admin sit all they do is curse at you? Well the first action i would do is bring to person that is Mass RDMing to a rooftop and i would freeze them and make sure that they are the one Braking the rule and if that is the case i would fallow the staff hand book and go by this (4+ RDM/RDA (Mass RDM/RDA) - 10,000 second minge).
