I used to be within the old Alpha-1 and current Alpha-1 (outside the new system introduced recently) and I know how they preform on par of commanding and guarding techniques. It would also allow me to relive some memories of being a lieutenant within A1, and experience some new RP. I also enjoy being with my peers and am not afraid to have an opinion denied if it changes something major. What makes you competent enough to be an Officer?: Some things that makes me competent enough to be an officer, is the fact that I take constructive criticism and reflect upon it, and improve how I preform/run things, and my ability to maintain command and give them advise when they need it. I also work well with my branches HCMD and suggest things that would improve the branch, along with helping them manage branch related programs like FTO and sub branches (if A1 actually gets sub branches). I also believe in cooperation with lower ranking command builds a stronger relationship with their higher ranks, allowing the lower command to send suggestions to the higher ranked command, who can talk to branch HCMD about a suggestion if it majorly changes the branch and the way it is played. Overall I enjoy cooperation with my low command and senior command, as it helps to run the branch and doesn't let it die out. I also handle punishments properly and professionally, and if a person tries to make the situation worse, I would at least attempt to calm them down and assure them if they don't do anything harsh that would ruin branch relations their strike would be gone in no time. I have high patience and high tolerance levels towards people who think its alright to mess about and argue when they get punished. How will you maintain strong relationships and communication with other branches?: I would maintain strong relationships and communication with other branches by every once in a while, asking them if they want to do an event/PT for the enlisted, so they can interact with a branch they have never seen/heard of before. It would also build stronger trust with that branches command for them to do another PT with you. It also helps to build strong relationships with other branches in the events something happens SOP wise, like a PFC of a branch cuffing a SGT and selling them to CI while claiming they are brainwashed, it would help that they trust you to do something to that enlisted punishment wise, and reassure them that it would get pushed out to quell on minging within the branch. Overall, it is also needed to build strong relationship and communication with other branches in the event that a branch command member does something wrong blatantly, and refuses to admit that they were in the wrong, as that ruins branch relations in the long run as well as wanting to host PTs/events with them, as other branch members could see your branch as a very mingy and poorly maintained branch with command that doesn't do anything when their enlisted breaks rules without consequences

What are you suggesting? - The addition of a few new guns to mining NPC. tfa_contender - 50 scrap 10 ruby 25 iron 30 bronze 15 wood tfa_csgo_tec9 - 30 scrap 15 bronze 25 ruby 10 iron 5 wood tfa_nmrih_fireaxe - 25 scrap 30 wood tfa_csgo_mp7 - 55 scrap 30 bronze 35 ruby 50 iron 20 diamond tfa_csgo_famas (before you complain remember galil is in the mining shop) 65 scrap 40 bronze 45 ruby 55 iron 35 diamond 15 wood tfa_csgo_mag7 - 50 scrap 35 bronze 25 ruby 45 iron 15 diamond 20 wood 5 plastic (omg mag 7 back to shop!) Why these in particular? Because it gives more choices than the current weapons in the crafting area. Yes the rust weapons being introduced to the crafting bench was a good idea to represent the makeshift stuff class d would make to kill and escape with, but remember that these guys are flimsy and they can die the second a person with a large weapon sees them. The contender is listed because its the closest thing to a sniper (aside from the scoped raging bull but we don't talk about that) that class d can actually acquire on CCs. These stats can be altered for more materials, weapon changes should still be bound to the weapon balancing channel in the SCPRP discord. Weapons that would be considered powerful for class d are balanced with higher material counts and certain exclusives (example being wood). The thing that kills more guns being added is the fact that there aren't any guns that would balance to a class D fighting a GENSEC without a whole rework for the specific gun wanting to be added to balance gameplay. How would this change better the server? - Allows class d (the main users) and other people that use the mining system to craft weapons that aren't useless, along with giving the mining system more use. Are there any disadvantages of making this change to the server? If so, explain. - Some complaints that class D are getting better weaponry from the crafting area. Yes class d are suppose to be the weakest combative job on the server, the 2nd weakest being GENSEC (no branch diss intended everyone knows that). The boons for both sides are their numbers. gensec having the upper hand here with their equipment, but the flaw with class d in this case, is the less amount of preparation time and coordination that GENSEC pulls off during riots. In a way this would balance the way fights are picked from a class d's angle, as they can see a GENSEC, beam them with either no consequence, or die midway through. Who would this change mostly benefit? - Class D mostly, but anyone that uses the crafting bench. Ok let me explain the neutral ccs involvement here, i only responded to theres only 2 neutral ccs left in the server and never directly CLAIMED the rho ccs were neutral, i was only referring to the recorded neutrals (being jokerz and nobody), and many people find the rho ccs as personal enjoyment for slight RP bc it gives ppl stuff to do, while others (which is in their right) don't like the rhos doing this kind of tomfoolery and should do something about it. i however DO agree with the punishment but only in the form of a verbal warning as no direct CI matter was involved here nor was this intended to gain an RP advantage for a branch.

  10. +support The main cause of the issue is the way the card counts the damage dealt in X amount of hits, as well as the damage received. Its a simple script fix/removal which could be done, but in the smallest of circumstances it could break the entire card system if a backup isn't made. If this can be done then the server could benefit although TTK may need to be decreased as the hitreg would be fixed or the HP phase of gaminglight be reintroduced (where most classes had abundant amounts of HP to accommodate the guns kill time with hitreg being good)

What are you suggesting? - The change within the map to lower D Block How would this change better the server? - Currently, lower d block is just a square that leads underground and provides a unique advantage to gensec in their favor, allowing them to camp only one area with little cover being found. Some may think it's me malding about dying every 3 seconds after going upper d block. No, it is me trying to suggest that lower d block from site 50 gets re-added albeit with some changes, adding 2 elevators instead of one so more Class D to get up and down, while gensec keeps their upper d block. Site 50's D Block allowed gensec and Class D to both have unique fun, for if one side clears the opposite faction, they get to hold d block unless coordination is used to take it back. I want this suggestion to be taken into consideration by Site Admin AND SMT, instead of the usual denial that these get. Are there any disadvantages of making this change to the server? If so, explain. - Having to update the map, both factions having to change their play style. Who would this change mostly benefit? - Everyone that plays Class D, and will have newer players want to stay longer as they won't be killed every 20 seconds after coming up the elevator for the first time. Grade 50/100 Lore 10/25 I like how you at kept the idea of 076 pulling weapons from a small portal like he does in lore Creativity: 17/25 The idea of seeing what's inside the portal where 076 draw's his weapons is creative, good job on that part. Presentation: 9/25 The presentation is good, but it's mostly empty with only the words being a majority of the log. Writing: 14/25 The writing is good, apart from some punctuation errors its good.

  15. What are you suggesting? - The addition of a quest giver that could give reoccuring quests with cash and xp rewards. How would this change better the server? - The only form of quests we have are the mining quests, which are only 1 time use and are very easy. Adding an actual quest system would increase RP and allow branches based on RP (like research, R&D, etc) to get rewarded without staff intervention. Some ideas would be: (Class D) Attend and complete 1 test for 500 xp (Research) Host and complete 1 test for 500 xp (GENSEC) Escort and complete 1 test for 750 xp and 2,500$ Kill 5 security for 20,000$ and 7,500 XP Breach 2 euclid SCPs for 50,000$ and 20,000 XP Steal SCP-XXX and bring it to (location) for 75,000$ and 30,000 xp (These are concept ideas and prices should be adjusted dependent on the risk level of the quest) Quest givers should be located within spawn areas and not requiring difficulty to find them, maximum quests in progress should be 1 and a time limit of 30 minutes to an hour. Quests should refresh after 12 hours. Are there any disadvantages of making this change to the server? If so, explain. - More lag would be generated due to how the quest system could work, system could bug after a few quests or how boring the quests can get.
