i think instead of a map change now we implement a map rotation for every 3 months or so, that way its always fresh feeling and if we really wanna change maps earlier than 3 months its a simple suggestion

This is just one of those warns where it falls under the common sense category, demoting a cadet is not your place as you are not over anybody in PD as a vp or as a president for that matter, if this happened at a meeting the command members present would act on this if necessary. Regardless talking during PTS usually doesn't result in a /demote.

-support its a good idea for a dark rp server, not a police rp server just pointless for the most part, someone had a similar idea to this and many others shot it down.

-Support I believe the biggest reason this isn't a good idea is that this would double the amount earned by players, meaning those who afk all day every day instead of getting ~7 credits a week they are getting ~14 credits a week, a better suggestion if it is such a problem for your computer is to make 10 hours = .5 credit, that way you can still gain and still support the server.

-support as it stands the vcmod npc doesn't DIRECTLY allow something like this, it would require an entire custom addon, or for this to work with vcmod you need ALOT of new ranks in game all with the same name of their corresponding rank which would extremely overcomplicate things, for example for this to work under vcmod you would need a 4 user usergroups, 4 silver usergroups, 4 gold usergroups, 4 diamond usergroups, 4 platinum usergroups, (4 as a example there would need to be more if people bought perms to 1 and 2 or 2 and 3 or 1 and 3 or all of them because 3 npcs) (this isnt even including staff ranks) however that is only if gaminglight hasn't created their own secondary usergroup function, if they have this should be a walk in the park because vcmod offers compatibility for secondary usergroups, but i say this because i dont believe they have done so on account that you lose your donator rank when you become t-mod and gain platinum permissions when you become mod this would also affect people that have already 1. paid a premium to have the car added to the server 2. paid to have a pre-existing car added to their cc

This is a department issue and should not be considered in a staff application as it serves zero purpose other than showing your bias against him.
