Is this the base I pointed out like, literally day 1 of map change*? Haven't played much lately but it looks familiar, the one in subs taking up 2 houses right and over the 1x8 height limit with non-wireframe / transparent fences right?

@MatildaQuoting isn't working for me for whatever reason but to your multiple property mention, - Every bases' property line stops where the sidewalk/map road/fence starts. You may not extend your base or a KOS sign beyond your property line. I believe the concern was your 1 base and 1 KOS sign covering 2 houses.

(150 Word Minimum) - I'm going to be brutally honest, I've been playing Gmod so damn long 90% of any server's rules are common sense to me now. I'm going to say something that might get me in trouble here, but like I just said, the rules are so common, I've looked at the MOTD once, and that was to check Tow Truck Driver rules when I bought the job. Not only is my goal Senior Admin so I can stop switching to the admin job and having the ticket taken by someone else, making me waste the time and hop back on my CC, but like I've said before, I've been playing this game a looooong time, I'm fairly alright with handling staff sits; from a calm sit with a regular player to cracking the whip on minges, I can handle them. Out of ALL the tickets I've taken so far, I think only 2 of them were headscratchers that I've asked for assistance on, but other than that, piece of cake. How would you handle someone that is Mass RDMing and when you bring him/her to an admin sit all they do is curse at you? Well I usually try talking over them, and if that doesn't work within 2 seconds, I gag them and tell them to listen up because if they had any shred of a hope that they would take the server seriously, that their chances were on thin ice. If they have no warns and were just trollin about I'd give them a warn for MRDM, but inform them that again, if they thought about playing the server for real and not minging, that their window would close the next time they MRDM because I'd request a ban if it were to happen a 2nd time.

What you want to see? - A pizza addon similar to the one posted below, and a tip jar, also posted below in the same video. Why should we add it? - It gives everyone another legal way to make money without too much risk of being raided by anyone. I mean, who tf robs a pizza joint? Everyone loves pizza. What are the advantages of having this? - Instead of the cringe /dropmoney command we'd have a tip jar that actually acts as a store front for people who wish to sell things so there's no worry of some troll running up and taking the money nor the extra effort shop owners have to put in to make sure it isn't stolen. Pizza addon also gives another thing for people to do while they're alone on the server early mornings or something. What you want to see? - Mugging rules expanded to involve player loans Why should we add it? - It expands ways to make money on the server and improve / involve more Mob RP What are the advantages of having this? - Essentially, This rule would increase the mug limit of specific individuals with a hefty loan taken out by someone who has given them money. (With proof of course). Basically increases mug limit for someone to, idk SMT can figure out a definite number but let's say.... 100k. If I loan somebody 10mil, and expect 500k every Friday or whatever the agreement might be, if said person misses their pay date, instead of calling staff and crying about scam etc, I can handle it in RP and get some buddies to pay him a visit and mug him for 100k (or whichever figure is agreed upon by smt), and we'll keep doing so until the individual is caught up on their payments. Who is it mainly for? - Anyone who wants to RP loans and interest rates but have 0 rules or staff backing them in case the person just decides he doesnt want to pay or quits the server forever (This rule expansion probably wouldn't cover the people who quit the server, but really that's the loaners fault for not doing their homework and making sure the person they're loaning to is an actual active player who plans on staying.)
