Plus it doesn't sit well with me that you decide to bad mouth another community in your application. "yea i was staff on icefuse yet i didnt like the community much as much of the people there were toxic and stuff"

Changing my answer based on reconsideration - I realized I didn't put enough thought into my last response and missed a lot of details. - Support - Based on your last answer it is clear you are not experienced enough as a staff member to be put into a supervisor position. - Reading your second to last question it doesn't say much on why you proved yourself other then that your trying to improve, we need context of how you improved. - No poll was added till called out
