What you want to see? - Like many older members may recall there was a way to make money via producing lean. Back then it was a profitable endeavor and could cause good RP and police scenarios. I and I feel many others would like to see the addition of lean back on the server. Why should we add it? - It would further elevate our status as a top tier PRP server as we would have another great way for people to make money and want to base and many servers don't have this added. I think also that it adds to RP because of having to risk going to sell and buy the lean adds for more scenarios. If it would not hurt server performance to a bad extent, I think the benefits are there. It would again also add more variety to the Crim economy especially since bitcoin was recently debuffed a little, I think we could all use something like this to drum up more bases, more RP, and more fun for everyone involved on the server. Master Sergeant How long have you been in Nova? 2 1/2 Weeks How will you assist command with this rank? I will assist command by a variety of ways. First would be tackling any task they verbally give me that I do not already assist with. I would continue hosting many tryouts and simulations to keep the Nova population growing and to keep us active and keep morale high. I will be good about updating the roster as I like spreadsheets and want them to be correct. I think being a go between from the NCOs to the Command team will also be something I assist with. Why do you want to become an Officer? Being an officer has been something that I always work hard for and want to gain. To me an officer is a person that people can respect and lookup to for direction within a battalion as well with the rest of the server and I think with my time in the community and the server that this fits me. I want to continue helping Nova to be a top tier battalion on the server and to be able to keep us active and to gain new members. I also want to be able to continue being a leader and building my leadership skills as I feel it can directly correlate with IRL tasks and being in the Air Force Reserves this kind of thing is exciting to me. Do you have any experience leading / being an Officer? I have a lot of experience with leadership and being an officer. To start I have been an NCO numerous times across this server and others in battalions like Shock, 501st, and IQ as well as clone wars battalions like the 212th and 187th. My officer experience is mostly with this server as in the past I was a Shock Vice Commander and the Seventh Sister. I have been officer on a few other occasions outside of GL as well. What is the purpose/duty of an Officer? To me there is more than one purpose/duty of an officer. The first is definitely to not only be a leader, but to be a respected and good leader. To be a leader means to be someone that can take command of many men and successfully lead them into battle with charisma and wisdom. I think officers also play a big logistical role as they help keep things organized like rosters and what not. They also help a massive amount leading sup branches when given those opportunities. I think officers also have a job of being a stand up soldier that sets an example for the men under their command. What qualifies you to be an officer? Like stated previously my experience is more than most which means I will be equipped to handle tasks that are given to me. I also feel that I have been in Nova enough to understand the inner workings of the battalion and how it should be ran. In addition I think I have a good relationship with the command team enough so that they can put their trust in me to execute the orders and duties that they give me. I am also an individual who is going to work hard at whatever I do and I know that I will be dedicated to Nova and to making sure my job is done right and that it is done well. I am a college student but with that comes a schedule with more free time, so during the week I am able to play most days. On weekends I am almost always free, I am in the US Air Force Reserves so once a month I am gone on the weekend What is your time zone? Central Standard Time What can you bring to Shock as a NCO? As a NCO I know that it is important to be a good leader and a good mentor to the men who come under their command. In the past I have taken many leadership roles on various servers including Gaminglight. I have been in the community since the Clone Wars era and have had many leadership experiences in my time. I bring a stout ability to lead and lead with charisma so the men under me feel motivated to succeed at the mission. I also have extensive experience so I can be a very useful NCO that will work hard to make shock a better place. I am also an individual who takes pride in my dedication and determination to give 110% effort at whatever I do so I will make sure that all quotas are met and that all shock I am in command of are maximizing their potential. Why should you be trusted? The first reason I can be trusted as a NCO and a leader is because of my experience. When I last played GMod SWRP Seriously was most of 2020 and in that time on GL I reached Shock Vice Commander and did my best to make shock the best battalion on the server. I also at a later time reached Senior Moderator and Seventh Sister so I think this shows I am able to be trusted in this position. Another reason I feel I can be trusted is because I am leader that can be relatable to the rest of the guys as I try to be a lighthearted guy who is serious when it is needed which I think builds a level of respect between NCOs and Enlisted. I am also a dependable person who will be able to be relied on by the Officers and Commanders to insure the success of Shock. Do you have any warns on the server?
