  1. Had an existential crisis this afternoon and not sure what to think, I brought this question up to Rhenic and we couldn't figure out what would be the correct saying.
  2. Name : Sato Steam ID : Steam_0:0:156178585 How old are you? : 17 Staff Rank (Must be Moderator) : Moderator Have you Donated? If so, how much? : Yes, 20 Dollars. How long have you been staff? (No Less than 1 month) : Roughly a little over 1 month. What is your general knowledge on the rules? : I have read the MOTD, and many SOP's provided by sub-departments including the Event Team SOP. What can you bring to Event Team? (150 words+) : Among the things I can provide to the Event Team is daily activity and dexterity to preforming a lot of tasks under any amount of pressures. I have previous knowledge of working with individuals in creating these fun and amusing experiences to improve peoples times currently on the server. I understand a lot of things that increase the player feedback on the server and I have a lot of great ideas that I would like to work with when it comes to creating these scenarios. I also would like to provide an extra helping hand, whether I am leading multiple people in creating an event or adhering to the leader creating it. Any part of the process is something that I am well adept in preforming and would like to provide this determination to a great team. Lastly, I have great insight on what players are looking for when taking part in events and I hope this knowledge will help make PRP server a far more fun experience. How many warns do you have? (No more than 10) : 1 - http://prntscr.com/nbnbn4 Why do you want to join event team? (150 words+) : Playing on this server almost daily, participating in events has been a great experience to shake up the common monotony of roleplaying. Since I joined the staff team I have been given the opportunity to view a few event team operations up close and I very truly enjoy the work they do. I have many great ideas as I have stated before, and many friends that work within the event team. I also want to join because I see myself as a major aid in helping execute events properly, I am diligent, responsible, and above all I find solitude in seeing others enjoy the work that I do. Being able to watch people truly enjoy something I worked hard toward, not for myself, yet for them. Would be one of the greatest experiences here in PRP above all roleplaying. I thank many of the event team for recommending me to go forth with this application and support all of them in future endeavors. Many thanks for taking the time to read this.
  3. Thanks for all the few moments of amazing fun I had with my time on State. I think it hit me with meetings that I just never really felt welcome, nor earned any friends or was involved in much with State.
  4. + Support - Long standing member - Very active - Thoughtful
  5. Not sure how to format things correctly but I do hope this doesn't turn into a giant wall of text: A few things about me: I play Saxophone, Piano, Bassoon, and French Horn. I quite enjoy older more conserved music choices: (50's, 60's are bangers) Im an absolutely huge Beach Boys fan. I study Asian language and cultural history. I am a WCA competitor (I solve cubes super fast: PB 8.52S, Main: GAN 356X, PBA012 9.09, 12 Competitions and counting) (Above is Feliks Zemdegs solving with my main cube, not me of course, he is a role model for myself and is huge in the scene) I also compose a lot of music as a fun hobby, I compose DCI scores and Marching Band pieces. Sometimes I end up doing Jazz Sets and Quartets for my orchestra. (The program I use is Musescore) I collect masks from all around the world. Im also absolutely addicted to Apex (So if you want to team up pm me). I also collect a lot of Japanese artwork, not weeb-ish more like this: Fun fact, my name is although derived from a character from Ajin. A part of it also correlates to Saito Musashibo, an absolutely ruthless and infamous Japanese Samurai. A huge one I almost forgot: I am currently the Executive Director of a Minecraft Partnered company, (Basically we make all the maps and products you get to see on the store in game). My company also does commissions for companies in 3D Graphic design except that is mostly NDA and/or Confidential Information. Here are the many cool things I have made/rendered myself in C4D. P.S. I also have a Minecraft article: Check it out here! https://www.minecraft.net/en-us/article/guardian-lion Im not sure what else to add tonight, but I do hope you guys learn a little bit of stuff about me, perhaps I will add more later on.
  6. - Support You sound like a great dude, so I definitely would try in the future. You seem great fitting, but as of fitting what is expected as of now doesn't seem so. You need to involve yourself more into the community, I have barely seen you around nor interacted with you. Of course you also did not meet word requirements.
  7. In-Game Name: Sato Steam Name: Mr Sato SteamID: steam_0:0:156178585 Are you a Moderator+? Yes How often are you on TeamSpeak? Daily Do you have a working quality mic? Yes What timezone are you in? CST Why would you want to join our Support team( 100 words+) I hope to bring to the table a member of the support team who can follow the expectations and be held accountable to aid players in resolving issues regarding support. Bringing in daily activity is something I strongly would seem beneficial to the support team as how absolutely necessary activity is to do that job properly. Like all things, I quite enjoy my time here at Gaminglight, and taking part of this team is another way I can give thanks back to the people who help -daily- run it. I also have previous experience with support and the job is a comfortable, and suitable one for myself. How do you think you could affect support staff in a positive way? As stated previously, with past experience in the department (related to other networks); With daily activity, I tend to imagine I could provide a positive experience for fellow Support members and a new point of view in working with other players. How would you greet someone that has a problem in one of our support channels? Of course delivering a sense of personality to the interaction, allows them to explain and define issues they may have (whether they be frustrated or not at what is occurring). Introducing myself first, giving them a moment to define their issue, taking time to work with them on fixing. Finally before leaving, making sure they know how to contact me and send offline messages in case they encounter the same issue. Have you read our rules and do you promise to uphold all those rules to the best of your ability? Of course
  8. What you want to see? - Iron sights on PD is unrealistic, and hinders many fights. Why should we add it? - Improves realism, provides a more diverse, unique seperation among PD. (Such as adding the body groups provided did) What are the advantages of having this? - Different jobs can experience a more unique, and realistic aspect of playing. FBI can receive silencers, long-range M4's for Tac Units. Iron sites (As it is) gets frustrating. Who is it mainly for? - PD, can be enforced by PD higher ups which attachments are allowed for different ranks. (Scopes, etc.) Links to any content - https://steamcommunity.com/workshop/filedetails/?id=349050451

  10. What you want to see? - Allowing the panic button to be binded to a hotkey somehow (I was atleast never taught how, so not sure if it's actually possible) Why should we add it? - The time it takes for an officer to press their Panic Button means life or death, I am sure many individuals here can attest to dying because they spammed F2 and it glitched out and then eventually die. Also with making it to where the player is required to manually put it in (otherwise the default) goes around the issues of OFC's spamming their button. What are the advantages of having this? - Provides a realistic aspect to real panic buttons, (Which are usually immediate). Reduces the amount of glitches possible with trying to call your panic. Who is it mainly for? - All Government units, although regarding any issues the Crims may have. Pressing F2, and navigating to the CONFIRM command is an OOC kind of thing. Which makes it different than pressing it in an RP scenario. Links to any content - Not sure, as stated above. If it is not possible to do this.
