I am a very helpful person I try to assist people when the need help as a staff member I would try to assist fellow staff members If they are In need of help or anyone off or on duty. I can control my temper on duty I'm not the type of person to get seriously mad over things and I will always stay calm during sits while on duty. I am a very well known member In the community I am very Active I try to get on the server at least once every day and I spend about 5 to 10 hours a day on the server either playing on Criminal, Gov or just AFK'ing. Well, I would bring the person to a secluded area and ask the person to calm down and to relax If they refuse to calm down I would Gag the player and explain the situation to them. After I have explained the situation to the player I would check logs to see how many people they RDMed and how long ago then they will be punished accordingly most likely a warn and a ban for Mass RDM | Refusing to comply with Staff | NITRP | FailRP

I am a very well known member In the community as I'm very active on Gov every single day I'm am very familiar with the police Guidelines and MOTD which helps me out when I'm on duty as PD so I know what's right from wrong and to help out a fellow officer who doesn't remember a rule or just needs help with which tools they are allowed to use on PD.
