[Remove the no building out side spawn rule. - Denied]

What you want to see? -  the rule stating players cannot build outside of spawn, removed or edited

Why should we add it? -  Well, the green space outside spawn is a place where a lot of people hang out. And to be frank they also build there. The main buildings we see are gun shops, hobo huts or rp bases. There’s always a lot of people around that area, and I just think it should be allowed at least if hobo huts, shops and rp bases( Idm about actual bases)

What are the advantages of having this? - More rp, more opportunities for some jobs ect ect.

Who is it mainly for? - crims/civs

Your not new to the server, it is common sense not to pull a gun when someone else has a gun on you. Even if you didn’t shoot. Your still starting combat by pulling the gun out

also this comment about bias during a sit is absolutely redundant given the fact that there is a Littoral video that shows you breaking the rule .

I showed no sign of giving Otis more support. I got both sides of the story. Gathered evidence in the forum of the video, and warned you, don’t accuse me of somthing I didn’t do. I couldn’t care if someone is in my family or in my department I will still warn and treat them like other players.

also the comment about me not caring for you sit of the story is completely wrong as I got all sides from you and the reporting player.  
As a moderator you’re  expect you to uphold the rules and not break them. However, there are mistakes, and I think you really need to learn from this. As well you also had a bad attitude during the sit towards myself and the person whom reported you. 
please don’t have a bad attitude next time, try learn From these situations.
